愿我抑制恶劣的念头，祈请加持，使身语意三门皆能入于正法。 愿由往昔业力与因缘所生，人与非人等鬼神之损害，以及阻碍身命行善的一切灾难，皆得平息。 愿阻碍生起闻思修证功德的障碍，以及处所、道友、受用等恶劣缘起，所有内外秘密的魔障，当下平息。 愿我永不为身为痛苦之因的处所、衣物、食物，以及加害之鬼神等所染污。 在未获得不为错觉与痛苦所动摇的无畏见地之前，愿能消除一切非时而死的恐惧，长寿安住。 因愚痴所惑而放纵烦恼，因不谨慎而未能守护身语意三门，愿我从无始以来所造作的恶业与罪障皆得清净。 愿能觉察以无根的‘我’为执着的无明，以及由二元对立的贪嗔所生的错觉，此乃无尽轮回痛苦之根源，愿能觉察烦恼的自性。 愿我不逐逐追逐如海市蜃楼般虚幻不实的现象，不承受无意义的分别念所带来的疲惫，舍弃无法实现的妄想，使自心堪能自在。 愿我了知毫无顾忌地胡言乱语，乃是生起散乱与烦恼之因，除了确定对自他有益的言语外，减少无意义的言谈。 愿能时时以良好的正念作为守护，策励放纵不羁的身语意三门行于正道，永不分离。 愿因恶缘被魔所趁或受散乱迷惑之时，生起上师之显现，使我之心安住于正道。 愿我不贪执如幻的欲妙财物，具足知足少欲的圣者之财，安住于令佛欢喜的行为，舍弃今生的俗务。 愿我远离本性难满、施恩不知报、亲近则欺骗，如罗刹般的恶友，奉行如犀牛般的独行之行。 愿我从他人的控制与喧嚣的束缚中解脱，不听闻贪嗔之语。

May I subdue my evil thoughts, and be blessed to enter the Dharma with my three doors. May all harms from humans and non-humans, arising from past karma and conditions, and all adversities that obstruct body, life, and virtue, be pacified. May all obstacles to the arising of qualities of learning, contemplation, and realization, and all adverse conditions such as places, companions, and resources, and all external, internal, and secret demonic influences, be pacified right now. May I never be defiled by places, clothing, food, and harmful spirits that cause suffering. Until I attain the fearless view that is not shaken by illusions and suffering, may all fears of untimely death be dispelled, and may I live a long life. Deceived by ignorance, I have indulged in afflictions. Due to recklessness, I have not restrained my three doors. May all the evil deeds and obscurations I have accumulated since beginningless time be purified. May I realize the nature of afflictions, the root of all endless suffering in samsara, which arises from the ignorance of clinging to a non-existent self, and the deluded mind of dualistic attachment and aversion. May I not chase after illusory phenomena like mirages, nor bear the burden of meaningless conceptualizations. Abandoning the pursuit of unattainable thoughts, may my mind become workable. Knowing that unrestrained and reckless speech is the cause of distraction and afflictions, may I reduce meaningless speech, except for what is definitely beneficial to myself and others. May I always have the good mindfulness as a guardian, urging my unrestrained three doors onto the right path, and may it never be separated from me. When taken by evil influences or deceived by distraction, may the appearance of the Lama arise, and may my mind abide on the right path. May I not be attached to illusory sensual pleasures, possess the wealth of contentment, abide in the conduct that pleases the Buddhas, and renounce the activities of this life. May I abandon friends who are difficult to please, ungrateful, and deceitful like rakshasas, and uphold the conduct of a rhinoceros. May I be liberated from the bondage of dependence on others and busyness, and not even hear words of attachment and aversion. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

愿加持我，能占据那自性喜悦、诸佛赞叹的寂静山林。 愿加持我，能拥有内外善良的善知识。 愿加持我，能获得远离二边的衣食受用，以及能增长善妙功德的道友等，毫不费力地获得顺缘。 愿加持我，能像抛弃路边的呕吐物一样，抛弃贪图安乐、贪恋此生的恶念，以及看似利他实则散乱等八法，最终圆满修行。 于三皈依之本体、具德上师（dpal mgon bla ma），以视师如佛的虔诚，至死不渝地信赖您， 愿加持我，从内心深处皈依。 愿加持我，视如杀害愚痴之心的世间圆满如刽子手，从内心深处厌离痛苦本性的轮回之城。 愿加持我，认识到能渡越有海的暇满人身之船，其无常动摇的本性，不稍作停留，精进修持。 愿加持我，虽然万法皆寂灭于空性之中，但显现是依缘而生、从不欺骗的，因此能如理取舍世俗善恶因果诸法。 愿加持我，能将寒热、饥渴、忧伤、恐惧等身心痛苦，都转化为净除恶业、增长证悟的助缘，善用逆境。 愿加持我，披上卓越勇士的顶级盔甲，肩负起菩萨行的大任，即使面对亿万魔军的阻挠，也能坚定不移地精进。 愿加持我，视一切众生为自己的父母，以无量慈悲之心策励自心，生起为利他而证得圆满菩提的强烈愿望。 愿加持我，调伏嫉妒、竞争、傲慢等一切烦恼之根源——珍爱自我的魔鬼，通过善巧地修习自他交换之心，断除自利之心。 愿加持我，不贪执身体、生命、受用等一切，如救度者和慈爱者一般，恒常利益可怜的孤寡老弱等众生。 愿我迅速从难得的人身、布施的父母，以及慈爱养育的亲友等一切可怖的轮回痛苦中解脱。

May I be blessed to occupy the solitary mountain hermitage that is naturally delightful and praised by the Victorious Ones. May I be blessed to have virtuous spiritual friends, both external and internal. May I be blessed to effortlessly obtain the necessities of food and clothing that are free from extremes, as well as spiritual companions who enhance virtue and qualities. May I be blessed to abandon the evil thoughts of desiring happiness and clinging to this life, as well as distractions that appear to be for the benefit of others, like vomit on the roadside, and ultimately perfect my practice. To the glorious protector lama (dpal mgon bla ma), the essence of the Three Refuges, with the devotion of seeing the guru as the actual Buddha, May I be blessed to take refuge from the depths of my heart, never changing my reliance on you. May I be blessed to see the perfections of samsara, which delight the mind of ignorance, as executioners, and to turn away from the city of samsara, which is the nature of suffering, from the depths of my heart. May I be blessed to recognize that the boat of the precious human body, which ferries us across the ocean of existence, is impermanent and wavering, and without delaying for even a moment, to exert myself diligently in practice. May I be blessed to be able to properly accept and reject the phenomena of relative virtue and vice, cause and effect, since, although all phenomena are pacified in the realm of emptiness, appearance is dependently arisen and never deceiving. May I be blessed to transform all physical and mental sufferings, such as heat and cold, hunger and thirst, sorrow and fear, into opportunities to purify negative karma, cleanse obscurations, and enhance realization, making adverse conditions work for the path. May I be blessed to don the supreme armor of excellent courage, and even if hundreds of millions of demonic forces rise up as enemies against carrying the great burden of the bodhisattva's conduct, to maintain unwavering perseverance. May I be blessed to see all beings as my own parents, and with immeasurable love and compassion, to stir my mind and generate the supreme aspiration to attain perfect enlightenment for the sake of others. May I be blessed to subdue the demon of cherishing myself, the root of all jealousy, competition, and arrogance, and through skillfully familiarizing myself with the supreme mind of exchanging self and others, to exhaust self-centered thoughts. May I be blessed to always benefit and bring happiness to the assemblies of miserable, elderly, and helpless beings, without attachment to body, life, or possessions, like a savior and a loving one.
