Regarding the instructions and disciplinary actions given by the Guru through practical teachings and behavioral norms, I do not get angry or resentful, but rather generate respect from the bottom of my heart. Because I ate cold buckwheat noodles, I caught a severe cold. The Guru said: 'Visualize Vajrasattva Diamond Being) on the crown of your head, and from the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable) syllable in his heart, nectar descends like the warmth of wrathful nectar, which can dispel all cold diseases and fill your entire body. Visualize all cold diseases being expelled from the two lower doors.' As instructed by the Guru, I meditated with unwavering focus, and my body began to generate warmth. By persisting for a period of time, the cold disease completely disappeared. At the age of eighteen, I gradually traveled to the Ü-Tsang region and arrived at the auspicious E-wam Monastery. From Jetsun Ngagwang Lodro Nyingpo, the fifty-eighth throne holder of the Ngor tradition, I received the pacifying practice, the subduing practice, and the അനുഗ്രഹം of Nāroḍākinī (Namgyal Ma, Rikchok Ma), and with these three അനുഗ്രഹ as preliminaries, I fully obtained the ripening liberation of the Lamdre gathering discourse. I also received the latter three initiations of the Hevajra (Kyedor) lineage, the transmissions of the 'Yellow Book' and 'Red Book', the transmission of the 'Practice Manual' compiled by Thartse Panchen, and the അനുഗ്രഹം during the face-to-face retreat of the glorious Protector (Palgon). Through three stages of acceptance, I received the vows of a fully ordained Bhikṣu. After that, I went to Sakya Monastery. From Rabjampa Sherab Choephel, I studied the 'Root Text of the Vinaya Sutra'. From Khampo Jampa Chö Tashi of Lhakhang Chenpo, I received the explanation of the Three Vows and Jamyang Lama'i Gonggyen. In the summer, I returned to Ngor Monastery. From Khenchen Gadensapa, I received the forty-five great initiations of the Vajra Garland (Dorje Trengwa), including the Kriya Samucchaya, and the transmission of Thar Panchen's 'Ornament of the Vajra Garland'. At that time, Moché Sherab Gyatso, who was famous in Ngor Monastery for his erudition, was very well-known, and I studied the Manifestation Continuum Ornament of the Lamdre, Moonlight (Zla zer) from him. I also studied the Explanation of the Instructions and Sunlight (Nyi zer), and consulted that great scholar about my doubts. I also received the Hevajra Path Initiation, the teachings on the generation and completion stages of the Drupgyal lineage, the transmissions of many texts, the അനുഗ്രഹം of the Eight Deities of the Ngor tradition Protector (Ngorluk Gonpo Lhagyé), and the transmission of the 'Bodhicaryāvatāra' (Chöying Jug). That winter, I planned to return to my hometown. One day, my heel hit a stone, and my foot was very painful, almost becoming lame. After a few days, the situation improved somewhat, but my heel was swollen and pus was draining out. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Being sick for about four or five months seemed to be a sign that the Dharma protectors of Ngorpa were preventing me from going to Kham. I went to Lhasa to see the Jowo. I properly venerated the three sacred objects of Lhasa and prayed from the bottom of my heart. Afterwards, as I gradually progressed, when I arrived in the Damzhung area, because I was reciting four sessions of practice each day at that time, the burden of recitation was heavy, and due to the cold and hardship, I missed reciting Brang rdzong ma for many days. One night, with repentance, in order to increase the oath of the protectors, I recited one million Mahakala mantras, and that night I dreamed that I had arrived at the golden statue temple of Ngor. There, a curved knife (藏文:གྲི་གུག་,梵文天城体:कर्तरी,梵文罗马拟音:kartari,汉语字面意思:curved knife) and a skull cup were placed. I took the curved knife with my right hand and the skull cup with my left hand and did many dances, and this dream was considered a wonderful omen. When returning to Tibet, seeing the butchers slaughtering many animals, I developed a strong sense of renunciation and sadness, not just in words. Later on the road, I saw some sheep being slaughtered again, and I felt a non-artificial compassion for those animals being slaughtered, and I thought: 'When will the time come when I can practice in a place where I cannot see these sinful deeds?' Whenever I saw their flesh and blood, I would lose my appetite for many days and not want to eat much. Therefore, since taking the Bhikshu vows mentioned above, I have given up meat and alcohol, as well as afternoon meals, and gradually worked hard to prepare the three Dharma robes, cushions, and alms bowl, blessed them, and carried them with me. As soon as I returned to my homeland, I stayed in retreat for eight sets of the white fasting practice of Eleven-Faced Avalokiteshvara (Ekadasamukha) according to the Palmo tradition. Usually, even for a hundred recitations or a hundred days of retreat, I would sit on the same seat. After that, I entered a Hevajra retreat and completed all the practices within eight months. In the spring of my twenty-first year, I went to Dege. I met the face of the second Thub dbang (usually referring to a great master) Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, which made obtaining a human body meaningful. In the presence of Rinpoche, I received the Bodhicitta vows of the Madhyamaka tradition twice, the explanation and transmission of the Maitreya Prayer twice, the blessings and complete guidance of Khachodma three times, the empowerment and guidance of the union of Mahakaruna and Mahamudra three times, the concise oral instructions of Mahakaruna, the wisdom transmission of Manjushri Gangloma, and the empowerment of Arapacana, as well as the blessings of Sajampa practice, and so on. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
