The eye is able to clearly see all subtle and coarse things of kalpas and non-kalpas. The direct knowledge of the exhaustion of defilements is the method of knowing how to abandon the two obscurations, and the direct knowledge of the liberation of abandonment. The ability to abide even if one wants to live until the end of the kalpa is the mastery over life, obtaining countless samadhis is the mastery over mind, mastering the enjoyment of the treasury of space is the mastery over resources, mastering crafts and illusions etc. is the mastery over actions, wanting to be born wherever one desires is the mastery over birth, being able to show that the realms of beings are filled with the bodies of the victorious ones etc. is the mastery over faith, being able to spread the emanations of great enlightenment is the mastery over aspirations, being able to show various kinds of miracles to various kinds of beings to be tamed at the same time is the mastery over miracles, the wisdom of knowing all knowable things without obstruction is the mastery over wisdom, and being proficient in all the words and meanings of the Dharma is the mastery over the Dharma. The door of dharani is: not losing mindfulness, not distracting thoughts, not being foolish in intelligence, manifesting wisdom. And so on, knowing the very different words of all dharmas. The ten powers are: Chandrakirti says: The power of knowing what is and is not the case, Likewise, the wisdom of the ripening of karma, Understanding various aspirations, The power of knowing the various realms, Likewise, superior and non-superior powers, Wisdom and skillful means in all actions, Meditations, liberations, samadhis, And the power of knowing samapatti etc., The wisdom of knowing past lives, Likewise, the wisdom of death and birth, The power of knowing the exhaustion of defilements, These are the ten powers. The four fearlessnesses are: I have attained complete enlightenment, thus promising to know the nature of all dharmas, because there is no opponent in accordance with the Dharma, there is no fear in the perfection of realization. All these things to be abandoned are included in the two obscurations, this has not been abandoned, because there is no opponent in accordance with the Dharma, there is no fear in teaching the Dharma of obstacles. Knowing the ground and the path etc., there is no fear in proclaiming the path of definite emergence of liberation and omniscience. Although this path has been proclaimed, it cannot be definitely produced, because there is no opponent in accordance with the Dharma, there is no fear in proclaiming the path of definite emergence.

The fearlessness regarding the absence of opponents, and the commitment to exhaust all outflows, with no one making a lawful refutation saying, "This outflow is not exhausted," hence the fearlessness in the perfection of abandonment and realization. The four individual correct knowledges are: knowing the boundaries and names of all defilements and pure dharmas, is the individual correct knowledge of dharma; not being confused about their own characteristics and general characteristics, is the individual correct knowledge of meaning; speaking in various languages that are in accordance with the faculties of the beings to be tamed, is the individual correct knowledge of words; knowing one's own nature and all distinctions, proceeding without obstruction in everything, is the individual correct knowledge of eloquence. The eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha, Maitreya says: There is no confusion or clamor, there is no loss of mindfulness when teaching, there is no mind that does not enter into samadhi, nor are there various different thoughts, there is no abandonment without examination, desire, diligence, mindfulness, wisdom, liberation, and the wisdom of liberation do not decline, all actions are preceded by wisdom, there is no obstruction of wisdom in all gatherings, thus these eighteen natures are the unshared qualities of the teacher. Incidentally, the physical marks and signs of the Buddha and the qualities of speech should also be explained. As stated in the Sutra of Repaying Kindness, I will write it with slight reductions: The soles of the feet are level and full, with the marks of a thousand-spoked wheel. The heels of the feet are round and full. The fingers are slender and long, with webs between them. The hands and feet are soft and supple. The legs are round like the legs of an antelope and gradually taper. The ankles are not visible. The body is as upright as a banyan tree. The hairs grow upwards and curl to the right. The body is like pure gold. The back of the neck has a fathom of light. The skin is soft and smooth, without the need for dust. The seven places are full. The upper body is like a lion. The arms are round and gradually taper. The collarbones are full. The upper and lower body are distinct. There are forty teeth. The teeth are well-aligned and white in color. The cheeks are full like a lion. Possessing the best of tastes. Possessing a fleshy protuberance. Tongue
