第七尊之前的祈愿和，仪轨的意念行持特别之诸位宣说，八者全部汇集于，毗琉璃大陀罗尼的，利益宣说后如是劝请般，如今在此精进所获之善聚，愿我等众生立即获得，遣除无明黑暗明灯之最胜，消除痛苦疾病良药之精华，于一切殊胜之法宝，顶礼供养并皈依，念诵七遍。此下如同上方各自加上自己的赞颂是：断尽轮回黑暗之种子，连根拔除痛苦之根源，圣母般若波罗蜜多等，于三乘圣法顶礼，供养一切奉献忏悔所有罪业，随喜善事劝请法轮常转，祈请勿入涅槃长久住世，将善根回向圆满菩提，以顶礼供养圣法之威力，仅闻其名亦能罪障尽除功德增上，如是等善逝不变之教言，愿我等众生证悟真实。于大菩萨摩诃萨圣者妙吉祥童子顶礼，供养皈依，念诵七遍。法王子童子智慧之宝藏，于我等为罪业所困之众生，令此甚深广大之道得以显现，至尊妙音天顶礼，供养一切奉献忏悔所有罪业，随喜善事劝请法轮常转，祈请勿入涅槃长久住世，将善根回向圆满菩提，以顶礼供养妙音天之威力，您的功德无量此经部，恳请于能仁所问之所有利益，祈愿我等众生立即获得加持。于大菩萨摩诃萨圣者救脱顶礼，供养皈依，念诵七遍。以善巧方便殊胜大悲之威力，为救度非时而死延续王政等，清晰开示供养之行持，于圣者救脱作顶礼，供养一切奉献忏悔所有罪业，随喜善事劝请法轮常转，祈请勿入涅槃长久住世，将善根回向圆满菩提

The prayers before the seventh and, the special thoughts and actions of the rituals are spoken, all eight are gathered, of the great Beryl Dharani, after explaining the benefits, as encouraged in this manner, whatever merits are obtained from the efforts here today, may we and all beings quickly obtain them. Supreme lamp dispelling the darkness of ignorance, the essence of medicine that cures the suffering of diseases, to all the precious and sacred Dharma, I prostrate, offer, and take refuge. Recite seven times. From here onwards, as above, adding one's own praises is: Cutting off the seeds of the darkness of samsara, uprooting the roots of suffering, Mother Prajnaparamita and others, I prostrate to the sacred Dharma of the three vehicles. Offering all offerings, confessing all sins, rejoicing in virtues, urging the turning of the Dharma wheel, requesting not to pass into Nirvana and to remain long, dedicating the roots of virtue to perfect enlightenment. By the power of prostrating and offering to the sacred Dharma, merely hearing the name eliminates faults and increases merits. Such are the unchanging words of the Sugata, may we and all beings realize the truth. I prostrate to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Arya Manjushri Kumara Bhuta, I offer and take refuge. Recite seven times. Dharma Prince, youthful treasure of wisdom, to us beings afflicted by hundreds of faults, making this profound and vast path manifest, I prostrate to the venerable Manjushri. Offering all offerings, confessing all sins, rejoicing in virtues, urging the turning of the Dharma wheel, requesting not to pass into Nirvana and to remain long, dedicating the roots of virtue to perfect enlightenment. By the power of prostrating and offering to Manjushri, may all the benefits of this immeasurable Sutra, which you earnestly requested from the Thuba, be quickly obtained and blessed by us and all beings. I prostrate to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Arya Kyabdro, I offer and take refuge. Recite seven times. By the power of skillful means and extraordinary compassion, for saving from untimely death, extending the kingdom, etc., clearly showing the practice of offering, I prostrate to Arya Kyabdro. Offering all offerings, confessing all sins, rejoicing in virtues, urging the turning of the Dharma wheel, requesting not to pass into Nirvana and to remain long, dedicating the roots of virtue to perfect enlightenment.

于此作回向。 顶礼救脱者，以供养之威力， 药师之名号，衰弱病苦者， 以及非时死，寿命国政增， 我等众生等，愿速得加持。 顶礼供养皈依大菩萨摩诃萨金刚手等一切菩萨众。 念诵七遍。 顶礼供养皈依梵天、帝释天及四大天王等护持圣法之诸天大善士。 念诵三遍。 广严城中八如来聚集， 共同个别嘱咐守护教法， 各自以真实语作承诺， 顶礼秘密主及眷属众。 献上一切供养，忏悔一切罪恶， 随喜善行，劝请转法轮， 祈请不入涅槃，住世。 将善根回向圆满菩提。 秘密主怙主与梵天自在天四大天王等， 以顶礼供养具誓护法之威力， 愿您等善来行持此经， 守护救护遣除违缘，成办一切功德， 如是发誓，宣说众多利益。 赐予陀罗尼，开示金刚手修法等一切， 愿我等众生等迅速获得加持。 尤其祈请遣除障碍，圆满顺缘。 顶礼具威神力之大善士药叉之主吉益等十二药叉大将。 供养顶礼，皈依。 念诵三遍后， 广严城中听闻药师之名号， 誓言守护此见真谛之经， 七百万眷属围绕之十二位， 顶礼药叉将领众。 献上一切供养，忏悔一切罪恶， 随喜善行，劝请转法轮， 祈请不入涅槃，住世。 将善根回向圆满菩提。 以顶礼供养药叉众之威力， 您等听闻药师之名号，见真实谛， 如誓守护此经。 尤其祈请遣除障碍，圆满顺缘。 如是说。 此时念诵长短陀罗尼后， 如所有尽所有等， 善行。

Homage to the Liberator, by the power of offering, By the name of the Medicine Buddha, the weak and sick, And untimely death, life, kingdom, and prosperity, May I and all beings quickly receive blessings. Homage, offer, and take refuge in the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajrapani and all the Bodhisattva assembly. Recite seven times. Homage, offer, and take refuge in Brahma, Indra, the Four Great Kings, and all the great virtuous gods who protect the holy Dharma. Recite three times. In Vaishali, the eight Sugatas gathered, Individually and collectively entrusted to protect the teachings, Each promised with words of truth, Homage to the Secret Lord and retinue. Offer all offerings, confess all sins, Rejoice in virtue, urge the turning of the Dharma wheel, Request not to pass into Nirvana, but to remain. Dedicate the root of virtue to perfect enlightenment. Secret Lord, Protector, Brahma, Indra, the Four Great Kings, etc., By the power of homage and offering to the oath-bound protectors, May you come well to practice this sutra, Protect, guard, dispel obstacles, accomplish all qualities, Thus vow, and explain many benefits. Bestow the dharani, teach the practice of Vajrapani, May I and all beings quickly receive blessings. Especially pray for the removal of obstacles and the completion of favorable conditions. Homage to the great virtuous Yaksha chiefs, such as Ji'yi, the lord of power and glory, and the twelve great Yaksha generals. Offer homage and take refuge. After reciting three times, In Vaishali, hearing the name of the Medicine Buddha, Vowed to protect this sutra of seeing the truth, The twelve surrounded by seven hundred thousand retinues, Homage to the Yaksha generals. Offer all offerings, confess all sins, Rejoice in virtue, urge the turning of the Dharma wheel, Request not to pass into Nirvana, but to remain. Dedicate the root of virtue to perfect enlightenment. By the power of homage and offering to the Yakshas, You heard the name of the Medicine Buddha and saw the truth, As vowed, protect this sutra. Especially pray for the removal of obstacles and the completion of favorable conditions. Thus speak. 現在開始念誦所有由此產生的七支。第三是後續的次第：七支，讚頌是： 末世憐憫眾生的薄伽梵啊！ 七如來和釋迦牟尼的聖法啊！ 文殊、救脫、金剛手及眷屬啊！ 對所有夜叉首領恭敬頂禮！ 如此祈請時，身語意三門的過失， 所有造作的錯誤，都懺悔並懊惱。 請寬恕並返回各自的住所。 迎請時，祈請以慈悲迅速降臨。 吉祥一切自在的薄伽梵啊！ 七如來和釋迦牟尼的聖法啊！ 文殊、救脫、金剛手及眷屬啊！ 願所有夜叉首領帶來吉祥！ 如是藥師佛的八位如來兄弟， 儀軌能息滅三毒疾病，甘露之流。 此乃同伴德孜的善知識， 如瑪蒂巴扎受瑪尼的催促一般， 由名為菩提心普賢利他的， 依於意義，為了國王的事業， 雖然依照經部儀軌七支的論典， 為了與密咒相合，便於修持， 此安排與經部密咒二者不相違， 是清淨論典在顯現中升起的形象。 是天神和上師以加持所獲得的財物， 對具信者必定有利益，具有加持力。 因此，不被邪見的過失所玷污， 是暫時和長遠都能給予利益和安樂的道路。 如是如是，以信心、恭敬、虔誠三者， 受用修持，必定能獲得殊勝的果報。 願此奇妙的大乘佛法的善根， 不漂泊於有寂和聲緣的道上， 與遍知大海融為一味之後， 成為利益無邊眾生的因緣！ 善哉！
