The empowerment of wearing ornaments: with dry, rotten, and moist skulls, the headdress and necklace symbolizing the three kayas, and white, yellow, red, and black snake strings, today I empower you, may you obtain the power to subdue various beings. The empowerment of wearing three garments: with a field animal skin as a waistband, a majestic wet elephant skin as an upper garment, and a wet tiger skin as a lower skirt, may you obtain the power to destroy the three poisons. Through the empowerment of the eight charnel ground ornaments, may you be able to liberate all conceptualizations of the eight worldly dharmas and signs into the expanse of the Dharmakaya free from conceptualization, and obtain the supreme empowerment.
