短暫的生命線，四大假合的蘊聚，感受痛苦的自性，被恐懼迷惑所折磨，被寒冷飢餓乾渴三者所逼迫，壽命沒有定數，如鳥毛被風吹起一般，去往何處沒有自主，以中陰的眾生為首，所有流浪於中陰的眾生，願他們眼睛所見皆是美麗的形色，耳朵所聽皆是悅耳的聲音，鼻子所嗅皆是芬芳的氣味，舌頭所嚐皆是甘甜的滋味，身體所觸皆是柔軟的觸感，心中所想皆是安樂幸福圓滿的景象，與殊勝的顯現永不分離，如同飲食如須彌山，飲用如大海，衣著如南方的雲朵一般，毫無貪戀執著地享用，願他們具備這樣的福分，並得見聖觀世音和菩薩的除障，願中陰身能認識到自己是中陰身，不再增長迷惑的幻象，憶念上師和三寶本尊以及見解，剎那間淨除惡業的障礙，獲得覺性的自主，能夠前往極樂世界和蓮花莊嚴等殊勝的淨土。如是說。那嘛 薩瓦 達他嘎達 阿瓦洛給爹（藏文，梵文天城體：नमः सर्व तथागत अवलोकिते，梵文羅馬擬音：namaḥ sarva tathāgata avalokite，漢語字面意思：頂禮，一切，如來，觀自在），等。願一切都如虛空藏一般，享用無盡。沒有爭執且沒有損害，自在地享用。如是供養欲妙。願亡者的嗔恨慳吝，愚癡貪慾的障礙，地獄餓鬼畜生和人類的痛苦完全止息。願圓滿安忍禪定智慧和持戒到彼岸。願清淨識、受、色、想，清淨地、水、火、風，完全清淨實執的垢染，獲得世尊不動、寶生和遍照、無量光的身。願嘛吉拉尊的慈悲鐵鉤，穿過四層佛塔，牽引至寶瓶的腹中，再次，祈請您切斷三惡道和人類的生門。之後將名條依次移至寶瓶下部和頂端之上。寶瓶底部是金色八輻輪，頂端是八輻藍綠色輪之上，下方是兩個蘇字，上方是白色的阿字，願嫉妒和傲慢的種子字完全轉化。

May the short life line, the aggregates of the four names, the nature of feeling suffering, those tormented by fear and delusion, those afflicted by cold, hunger, and thirst, those whose lifespan is uncertain, like a bird feather lifted by the wind, those who have no control over where they go, led by the intermediate state beings, may all beings wandering in the intermediate state, may their eyes see beautiful forms, their ears hear pleasant sounds, their noses smell fragrant scents, their tongues taste sweet flavors, their bodies feel soft sensations, their minds think of blissful and perfect scenes, never separated from the supreme appearances. Like eating as Mount Sumeru, drinking as the ocean, wearing clothes like the southern clouds, may they enjoy without attachment or clinging, may they have such fortune, and may they see the noble Avalokiteshvara and the Bodhisattva's obstacle removal. May the intermediate state being recognize that they are in the intermediate state, and may the illusions of delusion not increase. Remembering the Lama, the Three Jewels, the Yidam, and the view, may the obscurations of bad karma be purified in an instant, and may they gain autonomy of awareness, able to travel to the Pure Land of Sukhavati and Lotus Adornment. Thus it is said. Namaḥ sarva tathāgata avalokite (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमः सर्व तथागत अवलोकिते, Sanskrit Romanization: namaḥ sarva tathāgata avalokite, Chinese literal meaning: Homage, all, Thus Gone One, Avalokiteshvara), etc. May all be like the treasury of space, may enjoyment be inexhaustible. Without strife and without harm, may they enjoy freely. Thus offering desirable qualities. May the anger and miserliness of the deceased, the obscurations of ignorance and desire, the sufferings of hell beings, hungry ghosts, animals, and humans be completely pacified. May they perfect patience, meditation, wisdom, and the perfections of discipline. May the consciousness, feeling, form, and perception be purified, may the earth, water, fire, and wind be purified, may the stains of clinging to reality be completely purified, may they attain the bodies of the Blessed One Akshobhya, Ratnasambhava, Vairochana, and Amitabha. May the compassionate iron hook of Machig Labdrön, pass through the four levels of the stupa, lead them into the womb of the vase, and again, I pray that you cut off the birth gate of the three lower realms and humans. Then, move the name tag sequentially to the lower part of the vase and above the top. The bottom of the vase is a golden eight-spoked wheel, and the top is above the eight-spoked blue-green wheel. Below are two Su syllables, and above is a white A syllable. May the seed syllables of jealousy and pride be completely transformed.

Non-gods and gods of the three realms, All appear clearly like mirages. Listen, son of the deceased lineage, Due to the power of jealousy and pride, Even if born in those two realms, Embrace the great mother's secret place and, The Dharma wheel Dondup and, Vajrasattva, both of their own, Consorts, and complete the Sambhogakaya's, Marks and characteristics. Holding a hand drum, making a melodious ringing sound, with a beautiful voice calling out: Son of the lineage, come up! You will go to the pure realm of Khechara, Joyful and happy! Thus it was spoken. Alas! Son of the deceased lineage, You have passed away, From this world you have gone to the other shore, You are in the intermediate state of non-appearance. With mere thought, you can circle the three thousand worlds, You possess unobstructed miraculous power, You have no shadow in the sun and moon, nor footprints, You have no fixed abode, wandering everywhere, You can befriend both the living and the dead, You are satisfied with mere offerings of food, You pass through walls and rocks without obstruction, You are a Bardo being, son of the lineage, You are not the only one who has died, All have the nature of death, Do not grieve, do not suffer, son of the lineage, The sounds, lights, and loud noises, All are illusions of your own appearance, There is nothing that comes from outside, Do not fear, do not be afraid, son of the lineage, The blood-drinking wrathful deities and the assembly of heads, The sounds of uproar, the sounds of crashing, the rain of weapons, All are the welcoming of the Yidam
