Stirring from the depths, the snorting sound of the black pig face resounds on the crown of the head, employing the eight classes of beings as servants. The right hand holds aloft a human-skin banner, while the left hand blows a flute made of a human leg bone. Surrounded by hundreds of thousands of self-like dakinis, in the sky, the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Lamas, Yidams, and assemblies of dakinis abide as witnesses of impartiality and fairness. Thinking thus: "Kye! Listen, Three Jewels, Three Roots, deities! Hearken, oath-bound protectors! Listen, arrogant gods and demons! I am innocent, yet harmed by enemies and demons. In the beginning, middle, and end, in any instance, My three doors of body, speech, and mind are innocent. You all abide as witnesses to my innocence. This oath-breaker, enemy slayer, sinful one, Destroys the Buddhist teachings and disparages the Three Jewels, Disrespects the Lama and curses the mantras, Disregards vows and commitments, abandons the ten virtues, Practices the ten non-virtues, harms sentient beings, Especially harming me and what I protect, People, wealth, horses, livestock, and everything. Diminishing life, glory, power, wealth, and abundance, Creating obstacles to hearing, contemplation, and meditation. You have committed various evil deeds, Therefore, you have become a field for liberation. You, the enemy slayer who possesses the ten fields, This ritual of slaying that is performed, is a sign of leading out from the lower realms. Displaying various implements of slaying, is a sign of spreading the activity of taming. Accumulating various substances, is a sign of being skilled in the means of interdependent origination. Ema, executioner, how pitiful! Having repeatedly practiced the ten non-virtues, fearing falling into the three lower realms, the commitment of slaying with compassion is, not to kill and suppress, but to liberate after slaying. All the gods and protectors, please partake of this precious golden drink, please assist me, the yogi, in accomplishing the task!" Thus speaking, visualize the executioner as separated from all support. Phat! Recite many times. Then, the various taming implements. Phat! The executioner's base, the human-skin banner spread across the earth. The executioner's stones, on the three-legged stove made of human heads. The pot, like a red copper pot of hell, filled with boiling blood. The executioner's feathers, arrows made of human skin that can withstand the wind. The executioner's rope, a nine-cubit-long rope made of intestines. Furthermore, the executioner's curved knife, the executioner's iron hook, bows, arrows, spears, knives, and drums, hammers, poisons, vajra pegs, beating flesh, hands, etc., blazing with fire, emitting heat, turning to dust with the slightest touch.
