With your left hand wielding a sky-iron eight-spoked wheel, fiercely rotating clockwise and counterclockwise above the Lord of Death, imagine the flesh, blood, and bones of all harming flesh-eating demons and Lords of Death being chopped into fragments, consumed by countless dakinis.

持血者，左肘套着铜钩，右持尸林空行母黑色的铁钩和颅血于胸前，左持事业空行母绿色的宝剑和颅血。此三者为无量眷属所围绕。念诵帕（藏文：ཕཊ྄ཿ），以光芒如铁钩般勾摄诸损害者，令其安住于前方。无数印度圣者以哈（藏文，梵文天城体：ह，梵文罗马拟音：ha，汉语字面意思：哈）音、帕（藏文：ཕཊ྄ཿ）音和迪日日（藏文：དི་རི་རི་）音围绕。以无量慈悲作血肉之布施。又从自身心间放射出无数蓝色吽（藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），令天地虚空、土地岩石山崖皆化为空行母，手持铁钩和班杂（藏文，梵文天城体：भण्डा，梵文罗马拟音：bhaṇḍā，汉语字面意思：班杂）。聚集三千世界之寿命、福德、光彩、威严以及诸元素之精华，融入颅器之中，充满甘露。诸空行母亦互相融入，最终融入自身，观想光彩威严增长。帕（藏文：ཕཊ྄ཿ）。自身观为红色至尊母，右手从慈悲铁钩之尖端放射光芒，聚集世间之天、魔、人三者，特别是凶煞之地之神魔以及损害者、怨敌之寿命、权势、福德、光彩、威严，融入自身及左手所持之颅器中，此颅器为柳叶状，额头朝向自身，其中充满白、红、蓝三色光点，由此迅速获得不死寿命之成就等殊胜与共同之成就，如是思维。自身之住所亦如意宝珠般，如竖立之自在王，从中降下如雨般的需求与享用，思维自在地掌控圆满之财富。由此能增长施身法之享用，并得长寿。于此说：圣地之班智达祈愿成就者，在此藏地化现为女子之拉布准玛，其断法之无量教诲之中，最为殊胜者，即是名为白断法之阿惹嘎，其优良传统能调伏凶煞，断除恶毒，乃由赡部洲之水藏中成就之，胜过一切之如意宝轮，为咒语之转轮王，为预先之因缘，由菩提心普贤之利他而弘扬。

Holding blood, with a copper hook on the left elbow, and in the right hand holding the black iron hook of the charnel ground dakini and skull blood to the chest, and in the left hand holding the green sword and skull blood of the karma dakini. These three are surrounded by immeasurable retinues. By uttering Phat (Tibetan: ཕཊ྄ཿ), the light rays like iron hooks draw in all harm-doers and cause them to abide in front. Countless Indian saints surround with the sound of Ha (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह, Sanskrit Romanization: ha, Literal Chinese meaning: Ha), the sound of Phat (Tibetan: ཕཊ྄ཿ), and the sound of Diri Ri (Tibetan: དི་རི་རི་). With immeasurable compassion, make the offering of flesh and blood. Again, from one's own heart, countless dark blue Hums (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) radiate, transforming all of heaven, earth, space, land, rocks, mountains, and cliffs into dakinis holding iron hooks and bhandas (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: भण्डा, Sanskrit Romanization: bhaṇḍā, Literal Chinese meaning: Bhanda). Gathering all the life, merit, splendor, glory of the three thousand world realms, and the essence of all elements, infuse them into the skull cup, filling it with the nature of nectar. The dakinis also merge into one another, and finally merge into oneself, contemplating the increase of splendor and glory. Phat (Tibetan: ཕཊ྄ཿ). One's self is visualized as the red Jetsunma, from the tip of the compassionate iron hook in the right hand, light rays radiate, gathering all the life, power, merit, splendor, and glory of the three realms of gods, demons, and humans, and especially the gods and demons of fierce places, and harm-doers and enemies, into oneself and the skull cup held in the left hand, which is willow-shaped, with the forehead facing oneself, filled with white, red, and blue light drops, thereby swiftly obtaining all the supreme and common siddhis, such as the accomplishment of immortal life, and so forth, thus think. One's own dwelling is also like a wish-fulfilling jewel, like an upright king of power, from which needs and enjoyments descend like rain, thinking of freely controlling perfect wealth. By this, the enjoyment of Chöd is increased and one becomes long-lived. Here it is said: The great Pandit Mönlam Drub of the holy land, who manifested in this Tibetan land as the woman Labdrönma, among the immeasurable teachings of her Chöd practice, the most excellent is the Araga known as the White Chöd, whose excellent tradition can subdue the fierce, cut off the wicked, is accomplished from the water treasury of Jambudvipa, the all-victorious wish-fulfilling wheel, for the sake of the wheel-turning king of mantras, for the sake of the prior cause, propagated by the altruism of Bodhicitta Kunsang.
