Recite the fierce mantra of suppression and reversal. For the yogi, ourselves, patrons, retinue, etc., from all directions, the four cardinal directions, the eight intermediate directions, above and below, may all enemies, thieves, and robbers that arise directly be completely chopped into pieces, divided into segments, turned into dust, ground into powder. Nṛtri abhyo ja jaḥ (Sanskrit). O Māraya bhaṭ bhaṭḥ (Sanskrit) to the lives of the enemies. Recite this. Then bury the yak horn at the crossroads of the great road, or under the old kitchen, or at the confluence of three valleys, or at the foot of the Mani Hundred Thousand Shrine, etc. If not available, bury it under the doorstep or in the ashes, and say this: Hūṃ, from the nine levels of the earth, from the doorless prison of karma, black Lord of Death, arise! Tonight, this enemy obstacle, I entrust to you, come quickly! Send it, send it into the crocodile's throat. Send it away, send it into the depths of the ocean. Entrust it, entrust it to you, the worker. Suppress it, suppress it with the weight of Mount Meru. Bury it, bury it in a prison from which there is no escape. Bury it, bury it in the center of the crossroads of the great road. Bury it, bury it under the blessed stupa. Suppress it, suppress it at the confluence of three valleys. Suppress it, suppress it under the doorstep of the temple. Bury it, bury it under the gray ashes. Bury it, suppress it, Māraya (Sanskrit). May it not rise for a thousand kalpas. Nṛtri sarva stambhaya nanḥ (Sanskrit). Oṃ laṃ a laṃ hūṃ laṃ, all enemies, demons, and obstacles, Māraya nan nanḥ (Sanskrit). Then, visualize the soles of the feet as crossed vajras and perform the dance. Then return inside and perform the subsequent rituals such as summoning life force. Alas, this is an easy method that requires little effort but has great meaning, a profound and special method for suppressing enemies. Whoever is afflicted by enemies, thieves, and robbers, experiences quarrels and disputes, suffers from curses, faces poverty, ghostly influences, hailstorms, hunger, and the rising of evil spirits, or whose horses, cattle, and livestock are harmed by wild animals, etc., this is beneficial to all and has been proven through practice. Those who perform village rituals, please practice in this way. When performing important ripening rituals for suppressing enemies, perform the suppression of Mahabala, etc., in unfavorable locations with great suppressive power, such as ridges, rocky corners, and north-facing undersides. In public places, under one's own doorstep, suppress the yak horn in a triangular pit that has been dug. Place a torma plate on top and perform the horse dance. This is also very beneficial and has been proven effective through many experiences. So says Raga Agase, in the waning period of the royal month of the Sheep year (unverified), at the time of the Nine Offering Torma.

The practice of the phurba was performed grandly, and many rituals of yak horn enemy subjugation related to it were accumulated. On the 29th, the work was concluded with the three methods of burning, throwing, and pressing. That night, at midnight, it rained. It is said to be the place of the mantra practitioners who subdue demons. Inside the tall, triangular house of red and black, on a low seat covered with tiger skin, a lama with mantra attire, said to be Padmasambhava, held an iron phurba in his hand and a scripture wrapped with five-colored silk. In front of him, I saw a skull cup (bhaṇḍa, Sanskrit: रक्त) filled with blood (rakta, Sanskrit: रक्त). I prostrated to him and requested the reading transmission of that scripture. Immediately, he opened the scripture and recited the complete reading transmission of this enemy subjugation practice three times, from the generation and summoning of the target to the suppression. Then, he handed me the iron phurba, the scripture, and the skull cup (bhaṇḍa, Sanskrit: रक्त). As soon as I drank that blood (rakta, Sanskrit: रक्त), I felt that the lama merged into me. When I woke up, the firm conviction that Padmasambhava and my own nature were inseparable filled my body and mind with bliss. I did not forget the words of the enemy subjugation recitation. In the morning, I prepared ink and paper and wrote it down. When I proofread it with the enemy subjugation practice that I had compiled before, there was almost no difference except for the blood writing and the bull shape. This is different from other ritual compilations, and it is equally appropriate to consider it as an oral transmission or a mind treasure. It is not spoken randomly, so it is very profound and important. In the past, in the era of the red offering mantra practitioners, that enemy subjugation practice that I had compiled was compared with many previous tantras, ancient texts, and many Kama and Terma enemy subjugation practices. After praying to the Dharma protectors, oath guardians, and the assembly of enemy deities, I wrote it down, so that night also some auspicious dream omens occurred. Similar to the enemy subjugation practice written at that time, but within the similarities, there are different profound key points. This should not be widely disseminated, and the seal should be strictly guarded. Because it is like a book of power, it should be passed down in a single lineage. When you need it, you can obtain it and understand it. This instruction is entrusted to Mahakala, Gonpo, the Arrogant Ones, and the Eight Classes of Gods and Demons, entrusted to you to protect, Samaya. Drink the heart's blood of those who break their vows and have wrong views, and for those who hold their vows, provide unwavering assistance. By the merit of writing this, may the Buddha's teachings flourish. May the enemies, thieves, robbers, and burglars who harm beings be liberated in their own situation, and may the life of the yogis and patrons increase.
