With deep breaths and playful gestures, in the realm of appearance and existence, great and powerful, unparalleled, like an unreturned arrow, like a vajra weapon, subduing all. The fierce Norbu (Tibetan: ནོར་བུ་, Sanskrit: Ratna, Romanized Sanskrit: ratna, meaning: Jewel) with the power to subdue enemies, and the retinue of Werma (Tibetan: ཝེར་མ་), the ocean of subduing enemies and obstacles. To those enemies who break their vows, offer a mountain of flesh and blood, an ocean of blood, a desert of bones, a forest of marrow, a swamp of marrow, a mist of breath, a great cloud of sacrificial smoke, and flowers of the senses. With the power of the oath, cast all the enemy's strength, power, ability, life, glory, and wealth into the burning mouth. Offering! Blessing! Praise! Fulfill the oath! Offer the warrior's drink! Confess transgressions! Generate joy! Inspire the oath! May the realized Vidyadhara yogis, we who are harmed and injured, all evil thoughts and actions, hateful enemies, haunting demons, wherever they may be, please gaze with burning eyes, hook their hearts with the iron hook of summoning, bind their limbs with the rope of binding, sever their heads with the sword of cutting, pierce their hearts with the spear of piercing, strike their lives with the arrow of throwing, burn their hearts with the fire of wisdom, cut their bodies with the vajra weapon, send down rain of disease, weapons, and poison, destroy their power with ominous omens, uproot the male lineage from its roots, completely dry up the female womb, destroy their thoughts, actions, strength, and ability, may the poisonous arrow of evil thoughts strike themselves, may the weapon of evil actions turn against themselves, do not leave years or months, annihilate them in days and nights, dispel all curses, subjugations, evil thoughts, and evil deeds, may the black enemy turn head over heels and sink into the ground, may the reputation of the white friends be raised high in the sky, may my strength, power, and ability be as blazing as the fire at the end of the kalpa. In short, may all the fierce manifest actions be perfectly accomplished as desired. Ho! Sometimes manifesting uncertain illusions, wandering in the space of heaven and earth, possessing the power of limitless activities, granting accomplishments with mere thoughts, moving like lightning at the slightest call, abiding by the oath once practiced, engaging in activities with mere encouragement. To the army of Sengchen Dorje (Tibetan: སེང་ཆེན་རྡོ་རྗེ།, Sanskrit: Siṃha Vajra, Romanized Sanskrit: simha vajra, meaning: Lion Vajra), the enemy god Werma (Tibetan: ཝེར་མ་), offer the outer, inner, and secret cloud of offerings, the nectar of wisdom, and the supreme offerings arising from the manifestation of Samantabhadra.
