Combining the two kinds of selflessness with the fifteen, abandon the remainder. This is to say that the last of the sixteen vowels is explained without being combined with the goddess. Third, determining the essence, one must know the three channels (rO rkyang dbu ma, Sanskrit: ida pingala sushumna, Romanized Sanskrit: iḍā piṅgalā suṣumṇā, literal Chinese meaning: left channel, right channel, central channel) in terms of where they are located, how long they exist, and how they exist in three ways. Some say that it is unreasonable for it to exist together with the central channel inside the joints, so it is located in front of the joints. The so-called heart channel is the heart of the life channel, and the life channel is located inside the vertebrae, relying on the vertebrae to exist. The three channels (rO rkyang dbu ma, Sanskrit: ida pingala sushumna, Romanized Sanskrit: iḍā piṅgalā suṣumṇā, literal Chinese meaning: left channel, right channel, central channel) exist relying on the life channel. The head of the life channel is triangular, the throat is like the breast of a young girl, the heart is like the eye of a cow, the navel is like a lotus, the secret place is like a vajra, and the tip of the jewel is like the shape of a saffron flower. Saying that it is like a thread means that it exists like a straightened thread, not the degree of thickness, because it is much thicker than that. It extends from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet, up to the tip of the jewel in the secret place. The two channels (rO rkyang, Sanskrit: ida pingala, Romanized Sanskrit: iḍā piṅgalā, literal Chinese meaning: left channel, right channel) are coiled around the central channel like coiled threads, and there is a knot at the center of each chakra, up to the navel. The central channel is located in the center. The left channel is located on the right side, and flows out from the inside, mostly blood, slightly mixed with semen. Although there are openings both above and below, it is said that only the upper opening exists, which refers to the function of blood ejection and retention being performed only by the throat. The right channel is located on the left side, and the majority of what flows out is semen, slightly mixed with blood. Since the function of semen ejection and retention is performed only by the navel, it is said to face downwards. Below the navel, the right channel is located in the center, and feces flow out. The central channel is located on the right side, and semen flows out. The left channel is located on the left side, and urine flows out. Furthermore, in the "Great Seal Drop," it is said that there are thirty-two chakras, which is because the knots of the left and right channels are counted separately, but in reality there are no more than sixteen chakras. Furthermore, in the "Instruction Spike," it is said that there are seven chakras, and in the "Explanatory Tantra Vajra Garland," it is said that there are six chakras, but the main ones are the four that are widely known. These other meanings have been stated in the stages of the path, so they should be looked at there. At the center of the chakras

The root of the petals is fixed as if buckwheat seedlings were planted in the three channels. Second, in the explanation of bindu and prana, there is the explanation of bindu and the explanation of prana. First, regarding the sixteen bodily essences mentioned in the tantra, the first "ra (ར་)" and the last "ta (ཏ་)" refer to blood and white bodhicitta. Saying these two first is to understand the nature of the body, and that the others are its transformations. Where does the consciousness of the intermediate state first enter, and where does it finally abandon? It is the heart. The first channel is also formed there. The original abode of white and red bodhicitta is also there, then semen goes up, and blood goes down to the navel. This is like sesame oil in sesame seeds, not like pouring it into a container. The commonly known heart and the navel heart of the channel wheel are not the same, this refers to the heart of the life channel. The latter is located directly in the middle of the two breasts. Thereafter, the place of the white bodhicitta is the crown of the head, and the place of the red bodhicitta is the navel. In the meantime, it also flows through other chakras, so the twenty-four channels of body, speech, and mind are divided. As stated in the Tantra Vajra Garland: "The lord of absorption and enjoyment." This distinguishes that in the channels of the twenty-four places, the white and red bodhicitta and the channels where prana flows more are called the channels of body, speech, and mind. Each of the twenty-four places has three thousand channels where the wheel, white and red bodhicitta, and prana flow, so there are seventy-two thousand in total. When fierce fire blazes and white bodhicitta melts, when it comes from the petals of the channels to four fingers below the navel, the bliss that arises is the way the body combines the four joys in sequence. There are also the four joys of rising and stabilizing. The knots of the channels are untied by the yoga of prana and bindu, and the main one among them is the knot of the heart channel. As stated in the Tantra Vajra Garland: "It is also difficult to distinguish, and the center is wrapped by three knots." Just like that. Inside the knots, there is also a small hole in the central channel. In the central channel of the heart, there is the prana that arises together with consciousness, that is the wisdom prana.
