Through this door, one cultivates the empty form, The method of generating the supreme and immutable bliss by relying on the Mahamudra of the Empty Form is more prominent than other tantras, and clearly explains the fourth transcendental empowerment. Specifically, the fruit to be cultivated is the supreme and immutable great bliss. Although the means to achieve this fruit also involve cultivating through action and wisdom mudras, the only actual method of achievement is the Mahamudra of the Empty Form. In this tantra, the greatest praise for the Empty Form lies in this. Relying on the Mahamudra of the Empty Form, from the moment of arising of the supreme and immutable bliss, it is established as the ultimate fourth empowerment. Even if some experiences of the Empty Form arise, and happiness arises from them, if they are considered the Mahamudra of the Empty Form and immutable great bliss, then they will also arise during the absorption phase, and they will also arise through the cultivation of common samadhi. Therefore, it is reasonable that the tantra does not praise it excessively. The Mahamudra of the Empty Form arises after obtaining recollection; it does not arise before obtaining it. Such a Mahamudra of the Empty Form is cultivated through the finger contemplation of the first four limbs to achieve form, and through the life force practice to achieve life force. In short, the fruit to be cultivated is the supreme and immutable great bliss, and the actual method of achieving it is the Mahamudra of the Empty Form. The first four limbs are the methods of achieving it. The so-called Empty Form actually achieving great bliss also means that other tantric mudra sequences are not needed. Thus, in this tantra, cultivating the Empty Form Mudra and relying on it to clearly explain the method of generating the supreme and immutable bliss, if one understands it with such certainty, then one will have great confidence in understanding the essence of the path. This has three aspects: the limb of cultivating the Empty Form that actually leads to great bliss, the limb of actually achieving great bliss by relying on this form, and the limb of samadhi, the fruit to be cultivated that is achieved through cultivation. The first point is divided into two: the limb of cultivating form, and

These are the limbs of the life-accomplishing practice. The first part has two aspects: the limb of retraction that causes the unformed form to be accomplished, and the limb of contemplation that stabilizes the accomplished form. The first part has six aspects: the name and meaning of retraction, the initial time for meditation, the characteristics of how to meditate on the limbs, an examination of what the standard of measurement is, classification, and the temporary and ultimate results. The first point is: 'individually retracting' is applied in many senses, but here it refers to retracting the eye faculty and other things that individually enter into objects, so that they no longer enter. That is, it is the severance of the connection between the five faculties and the five objects, but it is not the severance of the connection between mind and dharma. This is because it is necessary to see the forms that arise from mind and dharma. In general, even with a common, stable samadhi, the sense consciousness does not enter into objects because the immediate condition of the sense consciousness is incomplete. But here it is not just through that means, but through blocking the five branch winds that serve as the vehicle of sense consciousness. Moreover, it is not enough just to sever the connection between sense consciousness and object, the object-possessor. Because it is said to 'see the place,' it is necessary to see the five objects in emptiness. The second point is: the initial start of meditation is when the air flows in the right nostril. Because the start of meditation is at that time, there is a special dependent arising that makes it easy to retract the air. The third part has four aspects: the reason for dividing into two, the individual ways of meditating, the ritual for dispersing after accomplishment, and even if one dies in the midst of meditation, one can enter through the power of yogic habituation. The first point is: externally, the year has southward and northward movement, and the day has day and night. Internally, sentient beings have birth and death, because there are two processes of expansion and two processes of retraction. Although it is said that way, the way of proceeding as a reason should be examined. The second point has two
