Here, it is said that even if one enters the central channel by meditating on vital force, it will be controlled by wind, so it is said to be a forced union. For a person whose wind channels have not yet been subdued, one should first perform the Vajra recitation of the lower gate. The key points of body and time are as explained elsewhere. The object of focus, the key point of the object, is from the tip of the secret place. About four fingers above the navel wheel, the central channel is blue and clear in color, clearly visible. From the lower end of the central channel to above the navel, entering is the sound of Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), and abiding in the center is Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and going out from above the navel to the tip of the secret place is the form of the sound of Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊). By focusing on the three states of entering, rising, and abiding, and performing the Vajra recitation, when the wind becomes gentle, the actual focus to be done is to straighten the body. The hands form Vajra fists and cross at the heart. The tip of the tongue and the eyes turn slightly upwards, and the sound of Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) is emitted from the mouth. The abdomen is pressed against the spine, etc., and the operation of body and speech is slightly and simultaneously guided gradually downwards from the lower end of the central channel to about four fingers above the navel, and held slightly. Do not suppress the upper breath, and leave it effortlessly. When exhaling, exhale slowly from the nostrils, twenty-one times, etc., do as much as is appropriate. If the head is particularly like a balloon, or if the vital veins are stretched, etc., stop immediately and perform the Vajra recitation as before. After the discomfort has cleared, proceed as before. By this means, the wind is slightly subdued, and then perform vigorously, and before that, perform slowly. The key to performing vigorously is that the vital force is below the navel, and the downward-moving air is above the navel, and in either case, it should be within the range where no major obstacles occur that harm the practice due to stinging pains, etc. By becoming skilled in practicing in this way. The entry of the life force and the downward-moving force into the central channel, etc., will produce benefits such as being faster than other wind channel practices. The second part has three points: identifying the special characteristics of emptiness form, whether or not there are differences in the methods of practice, and the way in which special qualities arise based on this. The first point is: the manifested form mother with complete characteristics, such as the variegated mother (Namkha Yum), etc., which has not been examined, appears. Moreover, one's self also appears as the father like Kalachakra, and the two appear as being in a state of mutual union, this is the special characteristic of emptiness form.

So it is. In this case, two kinds of appearances arise: wanting and not wanting. What is not wanted must be recognized as something to be abandoned. As for what is wanted, there are two kinds: forms given by special individuals from the outside and forms not given. Forms that are given arise from forms given by transcendent individuals such as the various Mothers, and also from the giving of special worldly yoginis. Although it may become a special object for inducing co-emergent (bliss), it is not considered to be the empty-form great seal spoken of here. Forms that are not specifically given are the forms of the Mother that arise without examination, like lightning; this is the Great Bliss Mother spoken of here. In this case, two kinds of forms arise: the form of a special goddess and an ordinary form. The second is that for some people it appears even without special practice, but it is not stable because it cannot be done at will. Here, among the two kinds of accomplishment, form accomplishment and life accomplishment, the special form accomplishment that is transformed by wanting form is to place the special body posture and the eyes and mind at the eyebrow center. Thinking that one should unite with the desired deity, father and mother, of the unexamined empty form, and earnestly hoping for it. After that, without thinking about anything such as empty form, if one becomes accustomed to meditating with the mind single-pointedly placed at the eyebrow center, it will be accomplished in accordance with what is desired, and because the wind enters the central channel, the practice is easy. The practice of this is that because the special empty form and not entering the central channel, the practice is somewhat difficult, and what is accomplished by it is also ordinary, as previously stated. It is impossible not to induce melting bliss by relying on the former, but by relying on the latter, there are two possibilities: inducing bliss and not inducing bliss, as it is said in the sutras, if the forms have not turned into joy. Therefore, when bliss is not induced, other special methods for inducing bliss must also be done. That is, first, as before, transform the deity with which you are most familiar with desire, and then, as before, meditate on the object, and it will be easy to accomplish. The third is that by relying on such an empty form great seal, one gives special co-emergent (bliss), and by becoming accustomed to it, one will obtain the limbs of samadhi. Relying on wisdom seals and so on, melting bliss
