The meaning that is established by its own characteristics as it appears is non-existent. This is established by the wisdom that examines whether self-nature exists or not, but it cannot be established by conventional valid cognition at all. Therefore, it is not a delusion that relies on conventional consciousness. The consciousness of appearance, such as the appearance of two moons and reflections, is the meaning as it appears, the two moons and faces, etc., do not exist, but are established by conventional valid cognition itself without relying on rational consciousness. Therefore, it is also reasonable to establish the difference between true and false conventionalities for these and the previous ones. Suppose there can be a difference in realizing delusion based on rational consciousness and conventional valid cognition, but just as the meaning that appears in faces, etc., does not exist, the meaning that appears as its own characteristics also does not exist. Just as forms, etc., that are empty of their own characteristics exist, reflections, etc., that are empty of faces, etc., also exist. Therefore, for these, even if one relies on the self-satisfied thoughts of the conventional mind, there is no difference between being inverted and not inverted. If you think so, then the nature established by its own characteristics and the meaning as it appears in the face are both the same in that they do not exist in the conventional world, and both forms, etc., and reflections, etc., are the same in that they exist in the conventional world. The Commentary on Entering the Middle Way says: "Reflections and reflections in water, etc., which arise dependently, are slightly false and appear to those who have ignorance. Blue colors, etc., forms, minds, feelings, etc., are slightly true, but self-nature does not appear to those who have ignorance in any way. Therefore, that and whatever is false in the conventional world is not the truth of the conventional world." If it is said that the difference between establishing blue colors, etc., as conventional truths and not establishing reflections, etc., as conventional truths is unreasonable, then what is the answer? Both of them appear the same to conventional consciousness, but reflections, etc., are realized as false by the consciousness of worldly people themselves, so they are not established as worldly conventional truths. Although blue colors, etc., are false, the consciousness of worldly people cannot comprehend that they are false, so they are established as worldly conventional truths. If you think so, then for those two objects, relying on conventional consciousness

Just as truth and falsehood are compatible, the two objects also depend on conventional knowledge, and it is reasonable to be inverted or not inverted. If it is not inverted depending on conventional knowledge, then it seems to contradict the illusion in the conventional. Then, what conventional and knowledge depend on the illusion in the conventional, and what conventional knowledge is established as not inverted, if the two are the same, there will be a contradiction, but if the two conventional are different, what is the contradiction? In this way, the reason for preventing the self-nature of form and so on from being established by its own nature is that it is not allowed in the ultimate, so it must be done in the conventional. For such conventional knowledge, the consciousness of the senses is an illusion, but for the conventional knowledge self-confessed by others, it is not an illusion, so it is not contradictory. For example, in the worldly common saying, it is said that some people have it and some people don't. Although the word "some" is the same, the "some" of the haves and the "some" of the have-nots are not considered to be the same meaning. Moreover, non-inversion is established by relying on the worldly knowledge self-confessed, and the Madhyamaka does not think it is non-inversion, as the sutra says: "From the world itself is true." Therefore, the Madhyamaka thinks that these are illusions, and even so, it is not contradictory to establish the realm as false. If the realm is established as true, then it will contradict the intention of establishing the realm-holder with illusion. Since all dharmas are like illusions in the conventional, it is false in the conventional, but it is not contradictory to establish it as the conventional truth, as the sutra says: "Ignorance obscures the nature, so it is conventional." Because it is true for the conventional truth of ignorance, and for preventing the dharmas from being established by their own nature, and for establishing it as the conventional truth, the two are not contradictory. It is also false in the conventional, that is not the conventional truth. It is said that it is to realize that it is false by the conventional measure, but it cannot be considered so merely because it is false in the conventional. In this way, the Madhyamaka establishes many distinctions between samsara and nirvana in the conventional according to its own sect, and the way in which the realists prevent the dharmas named by their own uncommon wishes from existing in the conventional is very difficult, so it is extremely difficult to realize the distinction between the two truths as they are.
