Could it be leading to the bliss of liberation? As oneself displays the dance of joy, Could it be increasing the virtues done before? In the forest where the wise and supreme deer roam, The five-faced god of knowledge also roams in bliss. Even though tormented by the fear of the Lord of Death, Yama, That mind without regret abides in bliss. To the clear-minded ones who are close to me, Strive to accomplish the form that possesses measure! The five characteristics of possessing and not possessing measure, Of faults and merits! The Sugata's form that has reached the pinnacle of beauty, Having become the field of faith for beings, For the artisans who skillfully create, I shall briefly speak of its characteristics. From the arising of the Hevajra vows, Being tamed and knowing all crafts, Seeing the rituals and abiding equally, As such and others have also been spoken, Those endowed with faith, diligence, and wisdom, Possessing the three vows, upasaka, and upavasatha, Those with superior and intermediate vows, Having relied on the benefits of the form, Entering this pure and virtuous path, It seems that the leisure and endowment are meaningful. Taking it up with a joyful mind, Not looking at gain and respect, Generating the mind for the sake of attaining enlightenment. Even if such a mind has not matured, One will not make the patron weary, One's own and others' merit will not diminish, The mind should be properly guarded, And let the faithful who are devoid of wealth, Become a companion in virtue. Also, repeatedly contemplate the benefits of possessing measure and, The faults, etc. In all the occasions of accomplishing the task, Since the mind of contempt easily arises towards the form, Even if it is just a semi-finished product, with respect, Offer it with a reverent attitude. Especially the unsurpassed form, If one builds it, one will obtain the supreme empowerment, And with those who are skilled in possessing the samaya deity yoga, Those endowed with wisdom, Having visualized the tools as deities of action, Practicing in a secret manner, and, Even just entering the mandala, One should accept it as indispensable. If one practices in this way, That will become the most supreme field of merit, Like the benefits that have been spoken of in the scriptures, One will surely accomplish them easily. From that, The opposite of heedlessness is, For the sake of one's own survival, and, Being intoxicated in mind by alcohol, etc., Accomplishing with great desire self-made, That is the cause of unbearable lower realms, The wise should know what to take and abandon. Give.

I, lacking in excellent intention, motivated by jealousy and competitiveness, am of the Lesser Vehicle and full of regret, impatient and with extremely little tolerance, deceiving with inferior wealth through trickery, haughty like a hero, a destroyer of virtuous customs, and a cause for the decline of both self and others' perfections. For those with intelligence, it is extremely important to examine well at the beginning. The accumulation of merit does not diminish, and the patron who accumulates well is one who, with faith and gratitude, sees no difference between gods and artisans. With a mind of faith in the path of virtue, one sets forth on the path of generosity. They are of the Great Vehicle and possess great courage, accumulating all benefits, and are the characteristics of an excellent patron. Thus, the six characteristics of divine artisans and patrons have been briefly described. This well-spoken garland of lotuses, skillfully strung together with the thread of wisdom, is well-acquainted and practiced. This necklace of well-wishing is a wish-fulfilling tree of ethical conduct, filled with the fragrance of excellent fruits of scripture and reason, and written at the urging of many seekers of meaning. May the turning of the fingers of the clear-minded, cultured ones, whose minds are stirred by the fear of existence and whose hearts are captivated by the bliss of liberation, create the priceless body of the Victorious One and immeasurable accumulations of merit and wisdom. By explaining the characteristics of the beautiful form here, may the Dharmakaya be directly seen, and may self and others quickly enter into the vast conduct of the Bodhisattvas. By the power of great compassion, until the suffering beings of this degenerate age are not exhausted, even for the sake of one sentient being, may we willingly take on immeasurable hardships and quickly dispel the suffering of existence. This distinction of hand measurements was made by the Victorious One of the degenerate age, the glorious and venerable Lama Losang Drakpa, at the glorious Ganden Monastery (甘丹寺), during the construction of the mandala of the unsurpassed secret, such as the Samvara assembly, the great Shakyamuni statue, and the size of the Jowo statue, as well as various peaceful and wrathful deities. Thinking that it would benefit the teachings and sentient beings through the form of the Victorious One, he selected from various measurement texts the explanation of hand measurements from the thirtieth chapter of the difficult commentary on the Samvara Compendium, composed by the great Indian adept Rakshita, and wrote it well.
