By introducing the profound Madhyamaka, from igniting the inner heat, the moon at the crown of the head melts, and through the process of pervading the wheel, with the characteristics of joy and so on, the co-emergent joy arises, and by abandoning all conceptual thoughts, one contemplates that the mandala is unattainable at once. Gradually gather into emptiness. The order is also the same as before. Thus it is said. Bell! Or, this refers to the practice of wisdom heroes, performing the gathering sequence, etc., first focusing the mind on the syllable Hum itself. When the wind enters the central channel, the greatness of the co-emergent appearance, even if not gathered by visualization, the key point of the wind dissolving, the mandala becomes unattainable at once. The navel lotus, etc., refers to: In the central channel in the center of the navel wheel, meditate on the syllable Hum in the bindu of the union of the sun and moon. The sequence of bindus like the tip of a lotus is a slightly longer thread-like bindu. Hold the mind on this and make it stable. Also, the commentary says that the accomplished instruction is: In the center of the navel chakra, the extremely subtle bindu residing on the moon, in the bright and equal practice, visualize the syllable Hum, and from the letters such as Om, radiate light, so that all vessels and contents merge into oneself, and enter the bindu union. Also, radiate light, so that the main deity, father and mother, merge into the light and dwell as before. Also, radiate light, so that the moon, bindu, Hum, etc., merge into the light, and it is said to merge into the clear light. First stabilize the mind on the syllable Hum, and then perform the gathering sequence in this way. In this regard, the initial visualization of gathering is only a fervent hope, and when one cannot gather as it is, it is enough to practice visualization in the center of the navel chakra as before. When one can gather as it is in the mind, one should practice visualization directly pointing with the finger in the central channel of the chakra. Thus, the gathering sequence speaks of three different visualizations, which is also a slight adoption of the previously spoken extensive explanation. Also, do not meditate in the nature of mind. The so-called Nadabala means not thinking about anything in either of the two. This is further divided into two situations: the initial time of gathering the wind and the time of the wind dissolving, here is the initial situation. Pama Ta.

From the lineage transmitted from India, this system has two appearances: doing Vajra recitation and not doing Vajra recitation. However, doing it is according to the commentaries of Lui-pa. The method is to gradually gather and focus the mind for a long time. Finally, when Heruka is in union with his consort, in the center of the navel chakra, in the Duti nadi, visualize the red and white bindu at the center as the letter HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: HUM), or the red and white Nada. When the breath enters, visualize the sound of the breath from the Duti nadi entering as the sound of the letter OM (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: OM), and place it on the letter HUM or Nada. Then, hold it for the duration of either inhalation or exhalation, and visualize its natural sound as the sound of the letter AH (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: AH). Then, when exiting from the letter HUM or Nada in the Duti nadi, also visualize exiting from the Duti nadi. At that time, visualize the natural sound of the breath appearing as the sound of HUM, and without distraction, do the Vajra recitation. The three commentaries say that after reciting the three letters, one should do the Vajra recitation of the breath. Therefore, it is necessary to combine the sounds of rising, entering, and abiding with the sounds of the three letters, and to combine the two, breath and mantra, without separation. This is what is said in the Special Clarification, and it is done according to the view of the oral instructions. If the rising, entering, and abiding are not done from within the central channel, but the Vajra recitation is done by generally going in and out from the abdomen, no matter how much one tries, it is impossible to truly generate innate wisdom from the entering, abiding, and dissolving that place the life force in the central channel. This is because one does not understand the location of Vajra recitation at all. Doing Vajra recitation from the central channel is the supreme of the oral instructions, doing it as the oral instructions truly are. The commentaries say that when the breath rises outward, one should visualize the deities of the mandala radiating out, and when the breath enters, one should visualize the Buddhas entering and dissolving together with the breath and mantra without separation. Thus, focusing the mind on letters and so on in the Duti nadi in the center of the navel chakra, and doing Vajra recitation from the central channel in the center of that chakra, these two are one branch of the forceful branch of the six yogas, and the way it transforms there will be explained. In the commentary of Jowoje, the first, second, fourth, and sixth lines are not explained. The moon is the seat of the wisdom hero, body, speech, and mind.
