Although it is consistent with the saying that great bliss arises from the embrace of the two (male and female), some lamas follow the saying of the Bell School: "In the heart, Avadhuti Hum! (藏文:ཨ་བ་དྷཱུ་ཏཱི་ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:) The uncreated inner self." They believe that Heruka should be meditated upon in the heart, which is good. The reason for this is that meditation in the body mandala should be done like Sambhuta. Moreover, the differences in the channels and elements from which the forty-eight retinue deities arise should also be manifested from this, and the channels of the other twelve yoginis also seem to have to rely on this. In this way, it seems that the Hum syllable in the center of the heart, the hero Heruka, also comes from this, and will not appear elsewhere. Consistent with this, there is nothing wrong with the saying of the Bell School here. In particular, the Dharika School says that all five deities of great bliss should be meditated upon in the heart. As for the method of meditation, the bodhicitta and the Hum syllable in the dhuti in the center of the heart chakra, like two drops of water, should be regarded as inseparable, and from this Heruka should be generated. This must also be done for the Nagpopa. Regarding this, if you find it more subtle and difficult to focus your mind on the outer mandala than to meditate on the four-faced, twelve-armed Heruka, then you can temporarily meditate on the one-faced, two-armed Heruka. Here, a small treatise says: "If you like observation and elaboration, the four petals of the Dharma wheel are in the navel, the place where the clear Hum syllable is born, the nature of skillful means and wisdom is clear." It seems that the two deities, male and female, are generated from the Hum syllable, and it also says that the body mandala meditation is generated from the Hum and other syllables, which seems to be done for those who like elaboration. But in Sambhuta it says: "The hero Heruka in spring, the bindu, the mother of no-self." In the spring bindu it says: "In its center dwells the hero, the size of a mustard seed, the Hum syllable seed is indestructible, falling like snow. It is called Vasanta, making the hearts of all beings rejoice. The mouth of the vulture is the shape of fire, the sow is called Tilaka. Driven by the wind of karma, it burns from the center of the navel chakra. Meeting Vasanta, it is pleased, and truly dwells in samadhi." Here, the sow is offered as an offering, and Tilaka refers to the red part of the navel, so it should be generated from the red part of the navel, and it should be together.

·skyes. It is because there is a particularly deep connection of arising. The reason why Drilbupa did not directly say it is that he intended to understand it through the power of explaining the Hum syllable. So, does it arise from the red point of the navel and then reside in the navel? Or does it take the form of the father and mother Buddha uniting in the heart? Although the Guhyasamaja Arya lineage has a practice of meditating on the father and mother Buddha residing separately in the body mandala, here, the arising is from the red point of the navel, and the place of residence is in the heart in the manner of union with the father Buddha. This can also be understood through the last two lines quoted earlier. Therefore, it is not like what was done in the daytime, with Heruka in the heart and Vajravarahi in the navel. "If you like elaboration" means either establishing clarity after it is already accomplished. It does not mean that if you like elaboration, you arise from the Hum syllable, etc. If that were the case, this would not be the body mandala of the generation stage, because there is no newly arising deity. It is said: "In all unclear channels and eyes, one should have faith and remember the pure deity." Therefore, it seems to be the lineage where the practitioner cannot instantly remember and perfect all the deities and manifest them clearly. Therefore, if the external mandala has been clear and stable before, one should generate and meditate in slight rotation. If one likes to examine gradually, that is, if there is something to think about, one should meditate gradually one by one. This is because in order to meditate on the single body mandala, it is necessary to first meditate on the external mandala, which is the view of Vajra Dakini. The fifth is, if the main deity and the twelve yoginis arise from seed syllables, the small text says: "In the upper and lower parts of the body, twenty-four including puja, remember the nature of the three wheels." Having said that, is it also possible to think that the mother Buddha arises from the bam (Tibetan: བཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Literal meaning: vam) syllable, and the forty-eight deities arise from the twenty-four letters? From the twenty-four letters, many reliable sources say that the twenty-four parts of the body's location arise, but it is not said to be the seed syllable of the deity, so it is unreasonable. Covering the reasoning of other deities, if the remaining deities arise from letters, there is nothing impermissible, just like Guhyasamaja. If they arise, then in the dictionary, it is said that each of the five groups of letters ka ca ṭa ta pa (Tibetan: ཀ་ཙ་ཊ་ཏ་པ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: कचटतप, Sanskrit Romanization: kacatatapa, Literal meaning: ka ca ṭa ta pa) is adorned with a bindu on the head, and at the end it says: "From this, fragments of the skull, etc., arise."
