འི་དཔལ་དང་ལྡན། །རབ་ཏུ་དགའ་སོགས་ས་ལ་རབ་བཞུགས་པ། །བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་དབང་པོའི་ཚོགས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆི། །བསམ་དང་རྣམ་པར་སྨིན་པ་དག་གྱུར་པས། །སྒྲིབ་པ་ཀུནགྱི་བག་ཆགས་ཡང་དག་འབྱིན། །ལྷག་པར་མོས་པས་རྣམ་པར་བརྒྱན་པ་ཡི། །སེམས་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་དམ་པར་བསྐྱེད་པར་བགྱི། །བདེར་གཤེགས་སྲས་བཅས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ལམ་གཅིག་པུ། །སྦྱིན་སོགས་རྣམ་བཅུ་དཀར་པོའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཚུལ། །རྫོགས་སངས་རྒྱས་བདག་མ་ལུས་ངོ་བོའི་བློས། །ཡང་དག་ཉིད་དུ་ད་ནི་གནས་པར་བགྱི། ཞེས་འཁོར་གསུམ་རྨི་ལམ་བཞིན་དུ་བལྟས་ནས་སྡིག་པ་བཤགས་པ་དང༌། གང་ཟག་ལྔའི་དགེ་བ་ལ་ཡི་རང་ཞིང་དགེ་བ་བསྔོ་བ་དང༌། དཀོན་ཅོག་གསུམ་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྲོ་བ་དང༌། བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་མཆོག་ཏུ་སེམས་སྐྱེད་པ་དང༌། ལམ་ལ་བརྟེན་པར་ཡི་དམ་འཆའ་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དོན་ལེགས་པར་དྲན་པར་བྱས་ལ་བྱའོ། །རིགས་ལྔ་སྤྱི་དང་སོ་སོའི་དམ་ཚིག་སྔར་བཟུང་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་དེ་ལས་འདའ་བར་མི་བྱ་བར་བརྟན་པོར་གཟུང་ངོ་སྙམ་དུ་བསམས་ལ། སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཀུན། །བདག་ལ་དགོངས་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །བདག་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི། །དུས་འདི་ནས་ནི་བཟུང་ནས་ ནི། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སྙིང་པོར་མཆིས་ཀྱི་བར། །ཇི་ལྟར་དུས་གསུམ་མགོན་པོ་རྣམས། །བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་ནི་ངེས་མཛད་པའི། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ནི་བླ་ན་མེད། །དམ་པ་བདག་གིས་བསྐྱེད་པར་བགྱི། །ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་ནི་བསླབ་པ་དང༌། །དགེ་བའི་ཆོས་ནི་སྡུད་པ་དང༌། །སེམས་ཅན་དོན་བྱེད་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་གསུམ། །སོ་སོར་བརྟན་པོར་བདག་གིས་གཟུང༌། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་དང་དགེ་འདུན་ཏེ། །བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ། །སངས་རྒྱས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ལས་སྐྱེས་པའི། །སྡོམ་པ་དེང་ནས་བདག་གིས་གཟུང༌། །རྡོ་རྗེ་རིགས་མཆོག་ཆེན་པོ་ཡི། །རྡོ་རྗེ་དྲིལ་བུ་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཡང༌། །ཡང་དག་ཉིད་དུ་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །སློབ་དཔོན་དག་ཀྱང་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །རིན་ཆེན་རིགས་མཆོག་ཆེན་པོ་ཡི། །དམ་ཚིག་ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བ་ལ། །ཉིན་རེ་བཞིན་དུ་དུས་དྲུག་ཏུ། །སྦྱིན་པ་རྣམ་བཞི་རྟག་ཏུ་སྦྱིན། །བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་པོ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི། །པདྨའི་རིགས་ཆེན་དག་པ་ལ། །ཕྱི་དང་གསང་བ་ཐེག་པ་གསུམ། །དམ་ཆོས་སོ་སོར་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །ལས་ཀྱི་རིགས་མཆོག་ཆེན་པོ་ལ། །སྡོམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལྡན་པར་ནི། །ཡང་དག་ཉིད་དུ་སོ་སོར་གཟུང༌། །མཆོད་པའི་ལས་ནི་ཅི་ནུས་བགྱི། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ནི་བླ་ན་མེད། །དམ་པ་བདག་གིས་བསྐྱེད་པར་བགྱི། །སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་གྱི་དོན་གྱི་ཕྱིར། །བདག་གིས་སྡོམ་

具德者。极喜等安住于地上者。皈依禁行自在众。由思和异熟所清净，能净除一切业障习气。以殊胜的信解所庄严，我发殊胜菩提心。唯一善逝及佛子之道，布施等十白善之功德，圆满正觉我以无余自性之心，于今安住于真实中。如是观三轮如梦，忏悔罪业，随喜五种人的善根，回向善根，皈依三宝，发殊胜菩提心，忆念依止道之本尊等之义，善加行持。五部总和各自之誓言，思惟不应违越以往所受之誓言，应坚固受持。祈请诸佛菩萨垂念我。我名某某，从今时起乃至菩提果，如三世诸佛所证悟之无上菩提心，我今发起。别解脱戒律及，摄集善法戒及，饶益有情戒三种，我当一一坚固受持。佛法僧，是无上的三宝，我今受持从佛瑜伽所生之律仪。金刚部殊胜大种姓，金刚铃杵手印等，我当如实受持。亦当受持阿阇黎。珍宝部殊胜大种姓，于悦意之誓言，每日六时中，恒常行四种布施。从大菩提所生之，清净莲花大种姓，外内密三乘，我当一一受持正法。于业部殊胜大种姓，具足一切律仪者，我当如实一一受持。尽力而为供养之事业。我当发起无上菩提心。为利一切有情，我受持

Endowed with glory. Those who dwell greatly on the earth, such as the Extremely Joyful. I take refuge in the assembly of the powerful ascetics. Through the purification of thought and maturation, may I completely eliminate the imprints of all obscurations. Especially adorned with faith, may I generate the supreme Bodhicitta. The sole path of the Sugatas and their sons, the qualities of the ten white virtues such as generosity, may I, the complete Buddha, now abide in reality with a mind of complete essence. Thus, viewing the three circles as a dream, confessing sins, rejoicing in the virtues of the five types of individuals, dedicating the merit, taking refuge in the Three Jewels, generating the supreme Bodhicitta, and remembering the meaning of relying on the chosen deity as the basis of the path, one should practice well. Thinking that one should not transgress all the vows of the five families, both general and individual, that have been taken in the past, one should firmly uphold them. May all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas be mindful of me. I, named so-and-so, from this time until reaching the essence of enlightenment, just as the protectors of the three times have definitely attained enlightenment, I will generate the unsurpassed, supreme Bodhicitta. The discipline of moral conduct, the discipline of gathering virtuous qualities, and the discipline of working for the benefit of sentient beings, these three, I will individually and firmly uphold. The Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha are the unsurpassed Three Jewels. I will uphold from today the vows born from the Buddha's yoga. The great and supreme Vajra family, the vajra, bell, and mudra, I will truly uphold. I will also uphold the teachers. The great and supreme Ratna family, in pleasing vows, every day, six times a day, I will always give the four kinds of generosity. From the great Bodhi, the pure great Padma family, the outer, inner, and secret three vehicles, I will individually uphold the true Dharma. In the great and supreme Karma family, possessing all vows, I will truly and individually uphold. I will do as much as I can the work of offering. I will generate the unsurpassed Bodhicitta. For the benefit of all sentient beings, I will uphold
