If it is thought to be so, then the thing that should be destroyed is the meaning of gradually decaying from the inside out, so there is no fault. The breath of air, etc., refers to the way of entering the bindu, because the way of collecting the bindu is described in the same way in the Compendium of Conduct. This is the order of collecting the thing to be destroyed from the outside in. The method of collecting with the two dhyanas is that Lakshmi says to collect with the rays of the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal meaning: A) in the center of the wheel. Manjushri's Oral Instructions say to collect with the light of the seed syllable in the heart, and this should also be done here. That is, the Samaya-sattva is merged into the Jnana-sattva, and the Jnana-sattva is merged into the Samadhi-sattva, and then gradually merged into the clear light. This is ultimately merged into the heart and enters the clear light, so if you understand the key points of the heart well, you can gain certainty about such instructions. Other treatises only talk about subsequent destruction, but here two are mentioned, which are not optional, so both should be learned. Here, according to the order of death, the first method of collecting appearances is the Vajra recitation, and then the mudra symbolizing the three wisdoms is also an external method. By becoming accustomed to the wisdom symbolized, one can also collect the prana into the central channel, so it is a method of collecting appearances. Because one has already mastered these beforehand, at this time, one repeatedly becomes accustomed to collecting only through the object of the two dhyanas. After becoming accustomed to this, the signs of earth dissolving into water, etc., will appear. Although other treatises praise the coemergent wisdom of clear light a lot, and the way in which one should mainly become accustomed to it, by collecting appearances through the dissolving order of earth dissolving into water, etc., and entering the clear light, and the way in which the signs appear before that, and the way to determine by external metaphors, and the way in which the three appearances need to be purified, and the key points of the fundamental Vajra recitation of the method of collecting in this way are complete and clear, and the way to accomplish the illusory body after entering the three emptinesses through the dissolving order, and the way to accomplish the union body after the fourth emptiness, are not very clear in other than the Sutra of Noble Deeds, so it is important to understand this supreme tradition.

The four (postures) refer to the fact that meditation or yoga itself should be practiced even during walking and other activities. Secondly, the four phrases "Self-existing light, that and that" indicate that the way of arising from the clear light is to arise for the benefit of sentient beings like an illusion body. The four phrases "Like a river" illustrate the simile of arising from the clear light. The term "depending on the five Buddha families" indicates the distinction of the bodies arising from that. Now, shouldn't this be explained during the union stage? How is it appropriate to explain it at this time? Although it is true, here we will explain both samatha and vipassana, which will be explained below. For that, it is necessary to know how to arise from the clear light, and therefore it is taught. The Compendium of Conduct only explains the clear light of samatha, and here the way of arising is not explained, but it is explained during the union stage. Thirdly, the four phrases "Binding the mudra" indicate that binding the mudra and reciting mantras, and all other activities, are performed while abiding in the samadhi of emptiness, which is the way of acting after arising from the clear light. The four phrases "Eating everything and looking at everything" indicate that the one who abides in the samadhi of clear light eats everything and so on. "Doing everything" refers to all actions that are in accordance with or in contradiction to the world. All the signs refer to touching the head and so on. By abiding in the wisdom of emptiness, all siddhis are accomplished. This is the same meaning as what is said in the Yoga Tantra, "By abiding in the co-emergent wisdom, it is accomplished in that way." In the texts of the Five Collections of Noble Ones, the aspect of co-emergent bliss accomplished by burning and dripping is not explained much, but it is explained in terms of clear light. In this tradition, one should not think that bliss is not taken as the main path as explained in the texts. As mentioned earlier, the nature of wind is awakened by vajra recitation to awaken the fire of tummo, and from that, the path is traversed by the bliss of the melting of bodhicitta, as stated in the Vajra Garland. The glorious protector Great Bliss also said that the path of co-emergent bliss and emptiness is itself the path to manifest enlightenment, which is explained very extensively in the meaning of the Gathering from the Secret Accomplishment.
