One should accomplish it through recitation. Thus, the meaning of the previous ritual has been shown. The benefit of that is that within a month, with sentient beings of the three realms as the object, all their activities will be accomplished effortlessly, as it is explained. In the "Lamp Illuminating," those who are said to be accomplished in one month, because the meaning of "paksha" is one month or possessing two parts, it can be established as such: In the union of the two parts of conventional and ultimate, it is said to accomplish the supreme siddhi, and it can be applied here as well. If one recites the six hundred thousand mantras born from the consciousness with the vehicle of wind, then it will be accomplished on the full moon day, that is, it will become the ultimate Vajra recitation. When is it? It is when one prostrates to the sixth Vajrasattva, that is, when one recites while focusing on that deity in the mind. Thus, reciting twenty-one thousand six hundred times every five days, totaling one million eighty thousand times, but preventing the increase or decrease of the number, so the total is one million times, thus reciting six hundred thousand times in one month. From the first to the sixth, in front of each deity, reciting the rotating mantras of the six families such as Vairochana, finally reciting the mantra of the sixth family Vajrasattva, thus explaining the number of recitations to be accomplished in one month, as said by Lakshmi. Some say that the consciousness, that is, the mantra born of light, is wind, and six hundred thousand is the number, that is, the five winds and light. Although one recites the Vajra recitation possessing those six, if one prostrates to Vajrasattva with one's own wisdom, then one will fully realize like the full moon. Thus it is explained, but it does not seem reasonable. If it is in accordance with the Vajra Garland, then at the end of six months, with a rough calculation, reciting the Vajra recitation six hundred thousand times. Not only that, but after doing that, through the means of obtaining the equal union of the three Vajra emptiness Sattvas, prostrating in the non-difference of the object and the subject, then the illusory body of Vajrasattva will be accomplished. The subject is half a month, or like the full moon appearing in the water, accomplishing the body that possesses all the limbs and qualities. That practice of Vajra recitation has no asceticism, that is, there is no Yidam that needs to be guarded, because it is in accordance with the path of desirable qualities and contrary to that. The number of recitations...

I do not need the classifications of rosaries, because the constantly moving life force itself is its rosary. Similarly, I do not need external mantra recitation. I do not need to block thoughts by looking at the tip of the nose, nor do I need to bind the lotus posture, etc., because it is enough to focus on the bindu of light at the time when the four mandalas appear. I do not need to fix my mind on painted images and the moon, etc., because I constantly abide in that very reality. I do not need the ritual of fire offerings, because I burn the firewood of verbal conceptualizations with the fire of vajra recitation. Similarly, I do not need offering tormas and consecration, etc., because all of this is accomplished through the inner way, so Lakshmi explains. As it is said, "It transforms from one to one," this shows the sequence that because the former is not needed, the latter is not needed. The way to accomplish through the inner way is: A yogi who is proficient in vajra recitation, if he desires siddhis such as pacification, whether for himself or for others, whatever needs to be done is: With the meaning of "ཡ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: य, Sanskrit Romanization: ya, Literal Chinese meaning: ya), which is the wind of wind; the meaning of "ར" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: र, Sanskrit Romanization: ra, Literal Chinese meaning: ra), which is the fire of wind, etc., included in the meaning of "ལ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ल, Sanskrit Romanization: la, Literal Chinese meaning: la), which is the earth of wind; the meaning of "ཝ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: व, Sanskrit Romanization: va, Literal Chinese meaning: va), which is the water of wind, through the recitation, one should engage in accomplishing siddhis such as pacification. The explanation of this is: The winds of fire, wind, great power, earth, and water, when these four winds move in their respective mandalas, half and half, that is, ninety, one hundred, one thousand, respectively, there will be one main activity and one non-main activity, that is, two and two. For example, in the center of the fire wind, the activity of subjugation is the main one, and the other three are accomplished as secondary. Lakshmi explains that there are two and two, that is, four activities, but this is just a repetitive statement including both, and the meaning of the letters is two main and two secondary, as Abhayakara explains. Although the method of accomplishing activities is not explained in detail here, let me explain a little: For any of the four activities, there is no need for many different mantras, just three letters; nor is there a need for many colors of deities, just one kind of body isolation yoga; without relying on external time, direction, orientation, and posture, as well as fire offerings and wheels, etc., it can be accomplished through the inner way.
