It also starts from here. Regarding this, first, one must understand the structure of the body, which is, the dweller is the pulse, the mover is the wind, the arranger is the three of Bodhicitta, or understand through the two of the dependent and the depended. Among them, the dependent is the pulse, the depended are the wind and the white and red bindus. If the pulse is widely divided, there are seventy-two thousand, with the distinction of the four wheels, there are mainly one hundred and twenty, among them there are mainly twenty-four, among them the most important are the three pulses, that is, the number of the left, right, and central channels, and the order of arising is determined, and the way of dwelling, and the branch of resolving doubts about these, and how the five root winds and the five branch winds move within these, and how the white and red bindus gather accordingly, etc., will appear elsewhere. Regarding this, the key is to practice the samadhi of striking, there is also the practice of Tummo, and the visualization of bindus and letters, and holding the vase breath, and doing Vajra recitation, etc., many of which appear from the tantras, the general meaning of those will appear below. Third, the difference in numbers is briefly shown, and the meaning of each is explained in detail. The first is, in the latter part of the Guhyasamaja Tantra, it says: "Separate gathering and meditation, life force and likewise holding, mindfulness and samadhi, are called the six branches of union." Thus it is proclaimed. These six yogas, from bodily solitude to union, all become one meaning. Second, it is divided into explaining the two of separate gathering and meditation, explaining the life force, and explaining the remainder. First, separate gathering is said in the latter part of the tantra: "Of the ten senses, in all their respective places of entry, because of gathering desires separately, it is said to be separate gathering." Thus it is proclaimed, the ten senses are the five senses such as the eye, and the five objects such as form. The senses grasping the object is their own entry, and dwelling in the place of grasping the object is their own place of entry. This is also because it enters into all the differences of the inferior object, the intermediate object, and the superior object. Desire, the desire mentioned here is the intention to pursue meaning, the desire mentioned here is the latter of the two of object form, etc., and this is also because it is repeatedly gathered and taken, so it is separate gathering.

It should be known. The meaning should be understood as follows: Visualize yourself as Vajradhara father and mother, with three faces and six arms, bless the secret space of the father and mother, engage in union, and the bindu that arises from melting, blue in color, the size of a mustard seed, located in the hole of the vajra jewel, blocked by yellow (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: phat), focus on this, meditate single-mindedly, and thereby bliss arises. Bliss takes emptiness as its object, and the inseparability of bliss and emptiness that is held, the appearance of sense faculties such as the eyes and objects such as forms and sounds, the senses enjoy the objects, and focus single-mindedly on this. Regarding meditation, there is a brief explanation, a detailed explanation, a discussion of the difference between gradual absorption and meditation, and how to practice these two. First, in the Later Tantra it says: "If the five desires are summarized, by combining them with the five Buddhas, it is said to be contemplation and meditation, and that meditation has five aspects." The first three verses explain the characteristics, and the fourth verse briefly explains the number. Here, some people, regarding the connection here, based on the statement in the Lamp Illuminating, "In order to purify the individual absorptions, the second branch is taught," think that gradual absorption is merely the final sense faculty enjoying the object, therefore it is classified as something to be abandoned, it is what is to be purified, and meditation is the antidote that purifies it, it is a branch. This is unreasonable, because if that were the case, gradual absorption would not be the path, therefore the Later Tantra says: "By the distinction of common and supreme, recitation is divided into two types, the ordinary is the four vajras, the supreme is by the six branches." This contradicts the path of supreme accomplishment, the six branches of yoga. Also, explaining gradual absorption as gradual abandonment is the view of other tantras, therefore it should not be mixed with this school. Among them, the five desirable objects and the Buddhas, that is, the five senses combined with the five Tathagatas, the contemplation and thought of the samadhi, is called meditation. As it is said in the Dharma Abhidhamma, the etymology of meditation is thinking. The brief summary is that the meaning of the object and the sense faculty, that is, the Tathagata, are one. Although the five Buddhas are explained as the place of union, the union
