I empower all sentient beings with the rays of light of the mind of enlightenment, and by touching, all are purified of defilements, and from the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) arises Vajradhara, and one should view the vessel as the nature of the palace. This is the nineteenth (chapter) of the approaching ritual. Secondly, at night, approach as before, and in the early morning, recite: Oṃ Akāro Mukhaṃ Sarva Dharmāṇāṃ Adyānudpannatvāt (Tibetan: ༀ་ཨ་ཀཱ་རོ་མུ་ཁཾ་སརྦ་དྷརྨཱ་ཎཱཾ་ཨདྱཱ་ནུདྤནྣ་ཏྭ་ཏ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ akāro mukhaṃ sarva dharmāṇāṃ adyānudpannatvāt, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ, the mouth of all dharmas is A, all dharmas are originally unborn), Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā (Tibetan: ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱཧཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ आः हुं फट् स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā), and believe that all dharmas are by nature unborn. Ring the bell and vajra, and with the hand holding the vajra, first gradually gather the signs from the periphery, then with the vajra, starting from the east gate, move along the Brahma line to the position of the main deity, sprinkle a little colored powder on one's head, and then move the lotus, etc. Then, with the tip of the vajra held in the hand, destroy the gates and corners. Sweep away the remaining colored powder, and give a little to the desired pacification, etc. Pour all the rest into a victorious vase or another vase decorated with cloth, and with auspicious songs, musical sounds, and offerings such as umbrellas, take it to the bank of a large river or a deep lake, make a Nāga mandala, and offer sacrifices. Give the colored powder to them and pour it into the water. And visualize that they also carry it with great respect to the foundation below. Fill the vase containing the colored powder with water and bring it back, and for the purpose of pacification, sprinkle it on the mandala house, etc. Then, with the pride of being the victor of the three realms, stand with the left leg extended, and with the hands holding the vajra and bell, make the index fingers of the two vajra fists like iron hooks, with the dry hand seal intertwined with each other, recite: Oṃ Vajra Kīla Uta Kīlaya Sarva Vighnan Vajra Dharaya Ajñāpaya Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Phaṭ Hoḥ (Tibetan: ༀ་བཛྲ་ཀཱི་ལ་ཨུ་ཏ་ཀཱི་ལ་ཡ་སརྦ་བིགྷན་བཛྲ་དྷ་ར་ཡ་ཨཛྙཱ་པ་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra kīla uta kīlaya sarva vighnan vajra dharaya ajñāpaya hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ hoḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ, Vajra Kilaya, Utter Kilaya, all obstacles, Vajra holder, command, Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Phaṭ Hoḥ), and pull out the pegs. Recite: Oṃ Ruru Sphuru Jvala Tiṣṭha Siddha Locane Sarva Artha Sādhani Svāhā (Tibetan: ༀ་རུ་རུ་སྥུ་རུ་ཛྭ་ལ་ཏིཥྛ་སིདྡྷ་ལོ་ཙ་ནེ་སརྦ་ཨརྠ་སཱ་དྷ་ནི་སྭཱཧཱ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ ruru sphuru jvala tiṣṭha siddha locane sarva artha sādhani svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ, quickly, burst forth, blaze, abide, accomplished, lotus-eyed, all meaning accomplished, Svāhā) one hundred and eight times over milk, and wash the pegs with it, visualize that the obstacles are nourished and become Buddhas, and then fill the holes. Then, request the deities of the pegs to return to their places, untie the threads of the pegs, place them in a clean container, and perform bathing and offering with sandalwood water. Oṃ

Oṃ āḥ hūṃ sattvārthaḥ kuru svasti svāhā. After reciting this, place them in their respective positions. Then, offer outer and inner offerings to the wrathful kings and the guardians of the directions who were previously arranged in their respective directions. Offer the torma with songs, dances, and music, and request the wrathful ones to be absorbed into oneself or to return to their own places. Contemplate that the guardians of the directions and their retinues return to their own abodes. This is the twentieth ritual, the collection of the phurba and the thread. How to use the materials offered to the mandala? Then, the vajra master should take the wealth. Having collected all the necessary materials, he should use them for himself. Disciples and others should not use even a little. Whatever wealth there is from the foundation laying, consecration, and fire offering wheel, all of that belongs to the vajra master alone, the supreme Vajra Holder has said. Act accordingly. It is also said in the general tantras that all the materials of the mandala belong to the vajra master himself. If they are distributed to the disciples, the samaya will be broken. If the vajra master does not want them, then offer the umbrella, yak tail fan, and bell, etc., to the Buddha; the cushion, incense, and fragrance, etc., to the Dharma; and the clothes and utensils, etc., to the Sangha. If there is no Sangha, then it is said to give them to a monk or a nun or a lay practitioner. The food and drink, etc., should be given freely to the poor as they wish. Do not give even a little to dogs and crows, etc. Thus it is said. A feast for the Sangha should be held, and the lama, the door master, the karma vajra, and others should be pleased through the tsok wheel. Two thousand commoners are equal to one pure Brahmin; two thousand Brahmins are equal to one monk; two thousand monks are equal to one who is without defilement; two thousand who are without defilement are equal to one who possesses wisdom; two thousand who possess wisdom are equal to one vajra master. Therefore, knowing that the lama is the unsurpassed field of generosity, by pleasing him, the dakinis will gather like clouds, and the two siddhis will be easily accomplished. The foundation laying empowerment ritual of the Vajrayana path causes the seed of the four kayas to be specially planted as the result in the minds of those to be tamed, and it is able to wash away the stains of the three doors that are obstacles to the accomplishment of siddhis, as well as the instructions.
