Having abided therein, having obtained the siddhi of employing in the manner just described, having pleased the Tathagatas, thereby actualizing the samadhi of the Completion Stage, one will attain the state of Vajradhara. The Bhagavan, the Laughing Vajra of Vows, thus declared. This is the Great Vajradhara. ༈. In "this," etc., all those who are employed are worldly yakshas, etc., and those who are beyond the world, such as the beautiful ones. Because it is to be concealed, it is secret. In order to accomplish those who are employed, it is called Vajra Secret, that is, the secret activity that Vajrasattva truly relies upon. In "Vajrasattva," etc., Vajrasattva is Akshobhya. His great wisdom is the nature of mind, the letter Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). The Vajra of Speech is Amitabha. Because he holds and generates it, he is the Holder of the Vajra of Speech, the letter Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿). The Vajra of Body is Vairochana. His great laughter is the generating letter Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), so these three letters should be added to constantly urge. The meaning of "constantly" is from the beginning of generating those who are employed, until all times. Constantly reciting these three syllables in this way, thereby urging, that is, by urging, one should bless oneself to be capable. ༈. In "this," it refers to the object to be accomplished by those who are employed. The exhortation of vows, etc., mentioned below, this is Vajra Wisdom. The Tathagatas, that is, their wheel is the retinue. The words of the mantra made by them are the words for accomplishing those who are employed. The place of their vows refers to the situation that cannot be transgressed. Moreover, it is divided into four types by the differences of exhortation of vows, etc. In "exhortation of vows," etc., the vow is the speech of the Great Vajradhara, the three letters Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Reciting these three letters to urge his mind is to pray for the purpose of accomplishing oneself to be capable, that is, to supplicate. In the Later Tantra, it is said: The Suchness of Body, Speech, and Mind, is said to be awakened and urged.

Etc. "Relinquishing the Samaya" means that the very nature of the Samaya is the order of non-transgression. Applying it to activities means that light radiates from one's own heart in ten directions, inviting the wisdom beings who are being sent and employed, and combining those who have been invited with the activities of entering into the Samaya, thereby accomplishing the meaning of the Samaya, that is, accomplishing all activities. Spreading light in the ten directions, that is what is called "relinquishing." "Binding the Samaya" refers to the Samaya deity, which is not found in either the new or old translations. Binding means combining the name of that deity with common language to make it a Samaya, that is, ordering it not to transgress. Inviting all Vajradharas, that is, "Inviting all Vajradharas," there is meaning in both inviting and having been invited. "Tying the Samaya" means visualizing oneself as the Vajradhara of the three families, radiating the weapon of light from the seed-syllable in the heart center, inserting it into the hearts of all wisdom Vajradharas, making it a mass of light, binding the Samaya being to it, that is, placing it, and placing a fierce field beneath it, that is, with the weapon of light, be sure to place the being being sent and employed in the heart, that is, planting it. The Later Tantra says: "In that place of the Vajradhara, with light, all Vajras, gathered in the form of a mass, are said to be bound by binding." Thus, worldly beings who are sent and employed, etc., also perform the generation stage as before, and perform the four actions of urging the Samaya, etc. ༈. Thus, what can be done by accomplishing the being being sent and employed through practice? As stated in "Vast is the expanse of space," etc., the realm of space is vast and boundless, pure and without obscurations, and all phenomena have been completely abandoned. Thus, even the space beyond what is seen, in the form of a mass, that is, with one's own tangible body, a form as hard as a diamond, if the practitioner urges, then the beings being sent and employed can accomplish it, let alone the accomplishment of others. This is said to be an extraordinary characteristic. ༈. The phrase "Of all Buddhas, the Bhagavan" is unclear in both the Tantra and the commentary, so searching elsewhere, it was not found: པ་ཚབ་ཆག: like this.

Oh! The so-called "only son" refers to Vajradhara: Patsaba, who possesses all Buddhas as his only son. The one whose only son is all Buddhas is the great Vajrasattva, who spoke thus. Now, in order to show how to control kings and others, "Buddha" and so on are spoken. Buddha is one who enters into realization, possesses great wisdom, and is a scholar of treatises, skilled in this. Vajrasattva is a king, minister, etc., who has great merit and a steadfast mind. If they also wish to be controlled and want to place what they desire, then hold the Vajra Samaya. The nature of the three, such as "Body Vajra," is the great secret body of Manjushri, which is hidden and should be contemplated and practiced as explained below. How to practice? "Vajra Gentle" and so on are spoken. In an instant, one becomes Vajra Manjushri, powerful and able to accomplish even difficult tasks. "In the center of the Vajra Sky" means that one should contemplate and practice arising from clear light. Some lamas associate this with the generation stage, while others think it should be done with union, because it says "in an instant" and "arising from clear light." They say so. But this sign is very uncertain, because in this commentary, there are many explanations of clear light in the generation stage, such as "abiding in the center of the sphere of space," and in the generation stage, there are also many instances of arising in an instant, like the Mandala of Lhagmo. Moreover, it is said that by stabilizing the generation stage and practicing, with sharp faculties, such siddhis can be accomplished in seven days, while those who practice union do not need to practice for half a month for this. Therefore, it should be done through close practice with supreme devotion to the inner generation stage. That is, from emptiness arises red Manjushri, with all clothes and ornaments red, holding an arrow produced from the syllable (Tibetan: རཾ་, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal meaning: ram) in the five fingers of the right hand, five unopened red utpala flower arrows, and in the left hand holding a bow produced from the syllable (Tibetan: བཾ་, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal meaning: vam) or (Tibetan: ཎཾ་, Devanagari: णं, Romanized Sanskrit: ṇaṃ, Literal meaning: nam), and produced from the syllable (Tibetan: ཨཾ་, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, Literal meaning: am)
