Before proceeding, recite "Mara ya sad jig phat phat" and add the mantra. Then, starting from "after," "all that arises from the chief of malice" refers to all the chiefs of obstacles. The others are easy to understand. If you recite this wrathful king's mantra one hundred and eight times, you will kill all malice. "According to the ritual method" refers to the combination of rituals as described in the 'Discrimination.' "By exhortation" refers to cursing the deities by fully understanding the meaning of the mantra, etc. For this, the ritual here is as follows: Through the door of accomplishment, first perform two other samadhis, and at the best time for accomplishing the task, draw a sixteen-spoked wheel on a shroud in the charnel ground. Draw a multi-colored vajra on its center. On the fire wheel drawn on its center, write the name of the person to be killed and add the mantra of the blue club-bearer. Take soil from both banks of a river flowing into the ocean, soil from an anthill, soil from the footprints of the person to be killed, and soil mixed with the five ambrosias such as feces and urine, and make an image of the enemy. Then, invoke the enemy's consciousness into it, that is, invoke and place it within, with the thought that it is real as the preliminary, and place it in the heart of the image of the person to be killed. Then, place it inside the joined skull of a warrior who died in battle. Then, at midday or midnight, step on it with your left foot, and knowing the meaning of the mantra, recite the mantra one hundred and eight times in the manner of commanding the blue club-bearer, and that person will die. If he does not die, that is, does not perish, then make a tripod from three skulls of warriors killed by swords, place the image on it, and scorch it with the charcoal fire from burning the corpse of someone killed by a sword in the charnel ground, and that person will be seized by a fever. Then, if you put that image into the fire of the charnel ground, that person will die immediately. This is the accomplishment of the killing activity through the door of accomplishment and the blue club-bearer. Then, starting from "after," the Tathagata Akshobhya is the great Vajradhara who has completely transformed and abides.

Oh! Whoever possesses the splendor of gathering clouds that pour down rain from all directions, that is the splendor of all clouds, the great power. The samadhi that generates it is inseparable from it, therefore it is called that. Having directly realized it, it is extracted from the body, etc., of this one who has become the nature of the great powerful mantra. The meaning of namaḥ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) and so on has already been explained. Om (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) and so on are the actual mantras. Ugra is fierce. Shula is a spear, pani is a hand, whoever has a fierce and sharp spear in his hand is called that. Jyoti is lightning. Nirnada is sound, whoever has a sound like the falling of lightning is called that. Here, before svaha, add: parizarvarsha (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) the dharaṁ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) stream of rain, pataya (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) send down, hri (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), and expand this mantra. The meaning of this and so on has already been explained. Here, in the old translation, it says: "The great powerful one, all the nagas." However, "The nagas are all the great powerful ones" is correct. Remembering the three-bodied vajra, that is the fierce Vajradhara. Recitation and so on means reciting one hundred and eight times each in three sessions. "By application" means by those applications, accomplishing the activities of subduing and so on. "When drought occurs" means when it does not rain, eliminating the cessation of rain and causing the stream of rain to fall. The order here is this: above Vajradhara, first is the application, then make the supreme king of the mandala that transforms it into the immovable. Then, at the time of the karma supreme king, with the substances of manifest conduct such as the neck and life, on a cloth from the charnel ground, draw an eight-petaled lotus, and on the eastern petal draw the yellow son of wealth increase, on the southern draw a white lotus, on the western draw the red cause of power, on the northern draw the black holder, on the fire direction draw the blue-green great lotus, on the truthless direction draw the gray boundless one, on the wind direction draw the white possessor of lineage, on the powerful direction draw the yellow conch-holder, on the top draw the seven-headed cobra with raised hoods, and on the bottom draw the eight nagas with the snake tails coiled seven times, and in the heart and on the crown of each of them write Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), Nāṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), Hā (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思).
