And, may the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyak-sambuddha, the great treasure of unmixed qualities, become the teacher of all the worlds. When bodhisattvas practice the bodhisattva conduct, may we also, like the great bodhisattva Dharma Superior, have the courage to teach the profound Dharma, and may we also show such respect for the Prajnaparamita. After saying this, they paid respect to the Prajnaparamita and the great bodhisattva Dharma Superior, and then withdrew to one side. Whoever sees the sons of the Victorious Ones, The profound manner of the Bodhi conduct, This unprecedented miracle, Their joy will increase. Then, the great bodhisattva Sadāprarudita and the 500 daughters, including the merchant's daughter, also made offerings and showed respect to the Prajnaparamita and the great bodhisattva Dharma Superior. They bowed their heads to the feet of the great bodhisattva Dharma Superior, joined their palms, and withdrew to one side. After withdrawing to one side, the bodhisattva Sadāprarudita recounted to the great bodhisattva Dharma Superior everything that had happened before, and especially asked this question: Holy One, when I entered into seeking the Prajnaparamita, many doors of samadhi manifested in a solitary place, and then I saw countless bodies of the Tathagatas. They made me breathe easily and gave good instructions before disappearing. Then I arose from that samadhi and thought: Alas! I did not ask the Tathagatas from where they came and where they went, and I felt regret in my heart. Then I thought again: This question must be asked of the great bodhisattva Dharma Superior. Holy One, please explain to me from where those Tathagatas came and where they went. After saying this, the great bodhisattva Dharma Superior thought: O wise person

These are through metaphors, which can easily lead to the understanding of profound meanings. Thinking, "I will explain this meaning through various metaphors," he first intended to show that the Thus-gone Ones neither come nor go through the metaphor of a mirage. With a very clear and smiling face, he spoke these words: The continuation of those reptiles is freed from the bonds of shackles. The trees are adorned with the green garments of new leaves. Adorned with the ornaments of numerous beautiful flowers. When the cuckoo flocks proclaim their intoxicating clamor, The sky also abandons its garment of clouds. The lotus's relative also descends to midday. At that time, the moving mirage, Is seen by some unskilled ordinary people. They cling to that which causes their own exhaustion, And with deluded minds, they label it as non-existent water. Then, from which entrance does it initially come? And ultimately, in which direction will it flow? Therefore, if the manner of coming and going is examined, Which wise person Can find its coming and going? Again, wishing to show that difficult-to-understand profound meaning through the metaphor of illusion, that great being spoke these words with a clear voice: Whatever illusionist here, Hair standing on end and eyes red. Tongue wagging like a flickering red lung, Emitting a terrifying force, holding a sharp weapon, Having conjured many terrifying Yama's messengers, He tears open the stomachs of some people, Adorns his own neck with illusionary ropes, The body is completely stained with blood. Holding heads in his hands and licking brains. When seeing these, some ignorant children, Cover their faces with tears and clasp their hands together. Their hearts also become as if secretly attacked, Generating unprecedented fear and running away, But those wise ones who understand its nature, How could they generate fear in this? The very source of fear is also without substance. Then, wishing to explain this profound meaning through the metaphor of dreams, that supreme speaker again spoke these words: The city of the senses, the sun that illuminates the five realms, has set. The pupils of the eyes are covered by the membrane of lotus petals. The mind-being is deprived of the opportunity to wander in the realms. The land of the mind is suppressed by the darkness of sleep, some, Having seen a wondrous assembly of victors, Upon awakening, that
