And, showing various ways of acting. Manifesting with the mind of mindfulness, the forms and actions of the six realms of beings, taking them with the mind and doing them with the body. As it is said, in order to make the actions of the three doors born of karma and habitual tendencies naturally return and stop from the outside, in order to avoid the fault of the seventh root downfall in secret conduct, one must go to a place where there is no human traffic and no visibility, offer a torma to the local earth lord, not engage in frivolous false actions, and pray for activity. Now, for the benefit of all sentient beings, distinguish the boundaries of the three doors of samsara and nirvana, thinking: In order to prevent it from returning to samsara from the outside, then strip naked. Place the heat and cold of hell, the hunger and thirst of pretas, the servitude of animals, the birth, old age, sickness, and death of humans, the strife of asuras, the fall of gods, etc. on oneself, and make those gestures, as well as running, jumping, bending, limb extension and contraction, etc. In short, with the actions that can be remembered, make the appearance completely disappear. Similarly, in order to distinguish the boundaries of speech, it is said from the transformation of liberation: In order to make the words spoken unable to return, gods, nagas, yakshas, as well as, gandharvas, flesh-eating ghosts, pervaders, speak all kinds of good and bad languages. In short, the language of the six realms of beings, express the thoughts of the mind with language. Thus, without discrimination, emit all kinds of noise and sounds. The actions of the mind are also, it is said from the only son of the Buddha: Like and dislike, happiness and suffering, constant and impermanent, etc., the thoughts of seeing, meditating, and practicing, as well as dharma and non-dharma, etc., greed, hatred, ignorance, as well as, good and non-good, etc., do all kinds of thinking and actions. As it is said, forcibly arouse the memories of the three times Thinking, all activities of good and non-good, making the three doors appear tired, observe and rest the nature of the completely satisfied after-perception. Similarly, from the after-death it is said: Also practice the actions of the Three Jewels. Thus, again, press the ground in a lotus position and abide in equanimity. Emit light from the brow, want to wear a monastic skirt, the eyes look at the yoke and other peaceful and gentle demeanor. The behavior of his language

Reciting sutras such as the Heart Sutra, engaging in speculative words and Madhyamaka's refutations and establishments. Similarly, performing the postures of wrathful deities, the play of the nine dances, verbal actions such as the sounds of rulu and hum hum phat phat, practicing various expressions of body and speech. As stated in the tantras: "Mantras and recitations, the sound of Dharma, existence and non-existence and appearances, speculative words speak of various kinds." Therefore, although there are ways to separate the three doors of body, speech, and mind, and to alternate the preliminaries of the three doors, for any being with the appearance of samsara and nirvana, the play of the three doors and the three kayas spontaneously arises. Unifying this is easy to practice and highly effective. Separating training in this way, striving for half a month, eleven days, or seven days, etc., can temporarily cause the clinging to the three doors to naturally subside and sever the connection of samsara. Ultimately, the body matures into a light body, speech transforms into the rotation of letters, and mind liberates into rigpa, etc., it is said to have immeasurable benefits. In short, from realizing the proximate cause, it is known that no matter what method is used to separate training, it will not invert the three realms. Thus it is said. Secondly, separating according to the inner aspect is the intention of the tantra "Vast Expanse of Clarity." It states: "At the crown of the head, throat, heart, navel, secret place, and soles of the feet, reside A Su Nri Tri Pre." It says that from the moment this body with karmic imprints is formed, the seeds that propel one into the six realms continuously exist. On top of this, the karmic forces of previous lives accumulate and become the proximate cause for future lives. Therefore, at the time of death, wherever the wind and mind gather in these elemental channels of letters, one will be propelled to that place. Therefore, now, in the stage of the path, this special training method is a superior Dharma of the unsurpassed vehicle, which is easy to practice and has many methods. How to practice? As stated in "After Death": "This body is born from ignorance, therefore the seeds of the six realms naturally exist. Rigpa is the essence of the three kayas, therefore the three kayas manifest as three letters. Practice separating training with letters." Thus it is said, at the crown chakra, which is the basis of practice, is the white seed of the gods, A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal meaning: A), at the throat is the greenish-yellow Su (Tibetan: སུ, Devanagari: सु, Romanized Sanskrit: su, literal meaning: Su) of the asuras, and at the heart is the Nri (Tibetan: ནྲྀ, Devanagari: नृ, Romanized Sanskrit: nṛ, literal meaning: Nri) of humans.
