支分誓言已失坏，以欲妙供品之会忏悔。（藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：वज्र समय आ，梵文罗马拟音：vajra samaya āḥ，汉语字面意思：金刚誓言啊） 第五，诛杀并镇压： 吽！由无明烦恼所生的能取所取，所生的我执罗睺罗众，投入于色蕴之中，燃尽！识蕴于法界虚空中，啪！于色蕴之聚轮中享用。罗睺罗，萨瓦，哈拉，班杂，布杂，卡嘿！ 第六，残食回向： 吽！于大坛城之周围，居住的自在紧囊，此残食朵玛请享用，守护瑜伽士之修行障碍。乌且扎，巴林达，卡嘿！ 第六，光明灯供： 嗡！于阿赖耶中自生之灯器内，立起清净之识苗，充满法界智慧之灯油，点燃自明之明灯。以此本初清净之光明，圆满不动佛部之意誓言。圆满已，祈赐予加持与成就。于空性明智之灯器内，立起任运成就之色相苗，充满如镜智慧之灯油，点燃自生智慧之明灯。以此法性现前之光明，圆满毗卢遮那佛部之意誓言。圆满已，祈赐予加持与成就。于嘎底水晶之灯器内，立起清净之受苗，充满平等性智之灯油，点燃远射光明之明灯。以此觉受增上之光明，圆满宝生佛部之意誓言。圆满已，祈赐予加持与成就。于虹光明点之灯器内，立起清净之想苗，充满妙观察智之灯油，点燃清净法界之明灯。以此智慧圆满之光明，圆满无量光佛部之意誓言。圆满已，祈赐予加持与成就。于童子宝瓶身之灯器内，立起清净之行苗，充满成所作智之灯油，点燃明点空性之明灯。以此离念法尽之光明，圆满不空成就佛部之意誓言。圆满已，祈赐予加持与成就。 灯供之发愿文： 吽！于明智菩提心之坛城中，从明智传承上师善知识开始，明智才华后裔之道友姊妹们，愿不离明空赤裸之自性。何时融入原始本然之时，莫舍于无明错乱之悬崖，轮回流转……

Having broken the branch vows, I confess with offerings of desirable qualities. (藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：वज्र समय आ，梵文罗马拟音：vajra samaya āḥ，English literal meaning: Vajra Samaya Ah) Fifth, to kill and suppress: Hum! From ignorance and affliction arises the grasping of subject and object, from which arises the self-grasping Rahula assembly. Cast them into the form aggregate, burn them! May consciousness be in the expanse of the Dharmadhatu, Phat! Enjoy within the wheel of the aggregate of form. Rahula, Sarva, Hala, Banjra, Puja, Khahe! Sixth, dedication of leftovers: Hum! On the periphery of the great mandala, dwells the powerful Ging Lanka. Please accept these leftover torma, and protect the yogi from obstacles in practice. Utsita, Balingta, Khahe! Sixth, filling the clear light lamp: Om! Within the self-arisen lamp of the Alaya, erect the pure consciousness sprout, fill it with the Dharmadhatu wisdom lamp oil, ignite the self-illuminating lamp of awareness. With this light of primordial purity, fulfill the heart commitment of the supreme Akshobhya family. Having fulfilled it, grant blessings and accomplishments. Within the lamp of emptiness and awareness, erect the spontaneously accomplished form appearance sprout, fill it with the mirror-like wisdom lamp oil, ignite the self-arisen wisdom lamp. With this light of manifest Dharmata, fulfill the heart commitment of the supreme Vairochana family. Having fulfilled it, grant blessings and accomplishments. Within the lamp of Kati crystal, erect the pure feeling sprout, fill it with the equality wisdom lamp oil, ignite the far-reaching clear light lamp. With this light of increasing experience, fulfill the heart commitment of the supreme Ratnasambhava family. Having fulfilled it, grant blessings and accomplishments. Within the lamp of rainbow rays and bindus, erect the pure perception sprout, fill it with the discriminating wisdom lamp oil, ignite the pure Dharmadhatu lamp. With this light of perfected awareness, fulfill the heart commitment of the supreme Amitabha family. Having fulfilled it, grant blessings and accomplishments. Within the lamp of the youthful vase body, erect the pure volition sprout, fill it with the accomplishing wisdom lamp oil, ignite the lamp of empty bindu. With this light of thought-free and dharma-exhausted, fulfill the heart commitment of the supreme Amoghasiddhi family. Having fulfilled it, grant blessings and accomplishments. The aspiration prayer of the lamp: Hum! In the mandala of awareness Bodhicitta, beginning with the awareness lineage teacher and spiritual friend, may the Dharma sisters and brothers of the awareness talent lineage not stray from the nature of naked awareness-emptiness. When one enters the primordial natural state, may one not be abandoned in the precipice of ignorant delusion, revolving in samsara...

愿我不堕入轮回，愿轮回从根源清净，融入广大的基始法界。 愿基始显现解脱为童瓶身。如果未能在原始之地解脱， 当任运成就寂怒本尊显现之时，愿我认识自显为大智慧， 于中阴解脱为报身。原始音声，明空双运广大， 空色五智，五部佛土，于自显清净报身刹土中， 愿为三清净眷属宣说佛法。如果未能在报身刹土解脱， 愿于自性化身五部刹土，以及部主汇集铜色吉祥山大宫殿中， 刹那化生，成熟于四持明行列。 九乘之巅，瑜伽三品，以及超越彼之窍诀部， 于离勤作之意界本性中，愿分别念及实执垢染得以清净。 于自明本初清净之自光中，自力殊胜百部寂怒本尊之身， 显现而无自性，舒缓开展，献上智慧见之清净明灯。 愿息灭烦恼轮回之法的黑暗，消除善恶执着之知见昏昧， 于不可言说胜观大智慧界中，圆满证悟觉性之大力量。 愿五蕴清净，解脱于五部佛土， 五大清净，成熟为五部佛母，八识清净，解脱为八大菩萨， 四相耗尽，成就虹身。此忆念觉性大光明之明灯， 以无间燃灯之福德力，愿连根拔除业风习气之黑暗， 于普贤王如来意界中，当下解脱。第七，法界解脱见之圆满： “火！”无可供养，乃见之界，于常常见，圆满了法身之界。 无可圆满，乃禅修之自性，于断见中，圆满了色身之界。 无可作为，乃法性之本性，于无作大圆满中，圆满。 无可合修，乃双运之界，于痛苦大乐中，圆满。 无可度脱，乃平等之界，于原始解脱，原始合修中，圆满。 总而言之，违犯、罪堕，以及三界六道之痛苦， 连同其因与果，于普贤王如来广大之界中， 清净之后，恢复原状，获得大乐。
English
May I not fall into samsara; may samsara be purified from its very root, merging into the vast expanse of the ground of being. May the ground appearance be liberated into the Youthful Vase Body. If I am not liberated in the original ground, When the spontaneously present peaceful and wrathful appearances arise, may I recognize self-appearance as great wisdom, And be liberated into the Sambhogakaya in the bardo. Primordial sound, clear emptiness, great dual purity, Empty forms, five pure elements, the fields of the five families, in the self-appearing pure Sambhogakaya realm, May I teach the Dharma to the assembly of the three purities. If I am not liberated in the Sambhogakaya realm, In the fivefold realms of the Nirmanakaya of self-nature, and in the great palace of the Copper-Colored Glorious Mountain where the families gather, May I be miraculously born in an instant, and mature in the ranks of the four Vidyadharas. The pinnacle of the nine vehicles, the three yogas, and the Mind Section that transcends them, In the nature of the mind-space free from effort, may the stains of conceptual fabrication and clinging to truth be purified. In the self-radiance of self-awareness that is primordially pure, the supreme self-power, the bodies of the hundred peaceful and wrathful families, Spreading out the appearances that are without inherent existence, I offer the pure butter lamp of wisdom vision. May I dispel the darkness of the Dharma of afflicted samsara, and clear away the gloom of knowledge clinging to good and bad, In the realm of inexpressible superior insight, great wisdom, may I perfect the great power of experiential realization and awareness. May the five aggregates be purified and liberated into the fields of the five families, May the five elements be purified and mature into the five mothers of the families, may the eight consciousnesses be purified and liberated into the eight great bodhisattvas, May the four appearances be exhausted and the rainbow body be accomplished. This butter lamp of the great luminosity of mindfulness and awareness, Through the power of the merit of burning it without interruption, may I uproot the darkness of karmic winds and habitual tendencies, And be liberated all at once into the mind-space of Kuntuzangpo. Seventh, the fulfillment of the view of liberation in the expanse: "Ho!" There is nothing to offer, it is the realm of view, in the view of permanence, the realm of the Dharmakaya is fulfilled. There is nothing to fulfill, it is the nature of meditation, in the view of annihilation, the realm of the Rupakaya is fulfilled. There is nothing to do, it is the nature of Dharmata, in the unmade Great Perfection, it is fulfilled. There is nothing to unite, it is the realm of union, in the great bliss of suffering, it is fulfilled. There is nothing to liberate, it is the realm of equality, in the primordial liberation, the primordial union, it is fulfilled. In short, violations, transgressions, and the suffering of the three realms and six destinies, Together with their causes and effects, in the vast realm of Kuntuzangpo, Having been purified, restored to their original state, may I obtain great bliss.
