Among the eleven Mabas: First, the witness and the testimony are: Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) From the all-pervading primordial protector, up to the manifestly enlightened glorious protector lama, the mind-transmission oral lineage vajra master, and the assembly of deities of the great glorious gathering, are the witness and the testimony. All beings possess the nature of the Sugata-garbha, although there is no attachment or aversion to enemies, friends, or relatives, the seven degenerations caused by the demon of grasping and clinging arise as enemies of the practice of the two bodhicittas. Violating the samaya, they despise the master and Dharma brothers; violating the precepts, they disregard the law of karma; violating the meaning, they view the two truths as annihilation; due to the degeneration of karma, they harm the innocent; due to the degeneration of signs, they are biased towards the Dharma; due to the degeneration of desire, they shamelessly rob and steal; due to the degeneration of wrong views, they inflict suffering on sentient beings. If you do not perform wrathful actions on these people, eventually death will come to all sentient beings. When the time comes, even the wish-fulfilling tree will fall. If the fruit of steadfast thought and action is ultimately exhausted, the power of subjugation and control will be in vain. By the power of the unwavering truth of Dharma, and by the power of the Buddhas who liberate through mantra, when the time for Abhicara (藏文，梵文天城体：अभिचर，梵文罗马拟音：abhicara，汉语字面意思：Subjugation Ritual) arrives, do not be indifferent to the work of wrath. The Buddhas of the three times see from the Dharmadhatu, the infallible cause and effect of the two truths are the witness and the testimony. Glorious protectors and Dharma protectors, please generate your power and strength, and perform wrathful actions on these criminals. Thus saying, throw mustard seeds and scatter the libation to the ten directions. Second, the general urging of commitment is: Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), from the palace of the non-abiding wisdom Dharmakaya, the enjoyment of the peaceful and wrathful deities, I urge your commitment, please consider the benefit of beings.
