The time of the one with matted hair has come. With matted hair filling the empty realm, Having subdued the three realms, She shows fearlessness and fierceness. The time of the subduing hair has come. With a blazing fire on her body, She burns all the empty realms, And illuminates the empty realms with light. The time of the fire blazing from her body has come. In her right hand, she holds an iron stake. The time of the great liberator has come. She liberates the oath-breakers and enemies. A sign of cutting through the flesh of existence, The time to liberate the fallen has come. In her left hand, she holds an iron hook. There is no power to escape anywhere. She is seized and cannot possibly be lost. The time of the great capturer has come. With her feet, she subdues the vicious nagas. She dances with a subduing posture, Leaping and moving with terror. The time of the vicious face has come. Adorned with wondrous ornaments, The three realms are filled with black emanations. One and many liberate the empty realm. The time of the wondrous goddess has come. Hūṃ. The mistress of the Gandharvas in the east, The great black mother with matted hair, Riding a black whirlwind, She goes in an instant to where she thinks. On her dark blue-black hair is an iron comb. Her teeth are filled with iron razors. The razors slash, slash at the heart. Whatever is broken, slash at the heart. In her right hand, she holds a knife, a butcher woman. The time to slaughter the oath-breakers has come. In her left hand, she scatters blood, a terrifying woman. She devours and feasts on corpses. Her feet leap and stretch out viciously. Her right foot is the foot of a butcher when slaughtering. Oath-breaking enemies, come quickly! Her left foot is the foot of a boy who cuts. Whatever oath-breakers there are, cut their heartstrings. Urge and curse, urge greatly. Accomplish the tasks entrusted to you. Hūṃ.
