Its apex, also possessing the adornment of goodness, resides within the channels. From the above, a slight distinction can be made: it is believed that three main channels reside in the center of the body, located at the junction of the vertebrae, namely: Roma, Kyangma, Kundarma or the Central Channel. Among these, Roma has less activity, relying on the power of bindus to experience, and is difficult to express, hence it is called "Ma." Among them, it causes the white bodhicitta of conventional truth to flow, possessing the nature of skillful means, the color of the channel is white, located on the right side of males and the left side of females. Its function is to generate bodhicitta in males, while the bodhicitta of females is enveloped, hence there is no satisfaction with desire. Kyangma has no bends or branches, so it is called "Kyangma" or "rigid," being immutable. It is the basis for maturing and separating the conventional elements, hence it is called "Ma." Among them, it causes the red essence to flow, possessing the nature of wisdom, the color of the channel is red, located on the left side of males and the right side of females. It maintains the power of ejaculation in males, and through the action of bleeding from the nose, it maintains the moment of wisdom. For females, from the root of the five elements, five coarse poisons separate, from which arise thirty-two different deceptions, thus resulting in thirty-two types of diseases. Its power leads to temporary uterine excess, changes in the channels cause actual blood flow, the five elements being enveloped cause the seed not to flow out, and the production of many parasites, etc. In other tantras, the positions of these two channels and the distinction between male and female are reversed, which the Omniscient One considers to be merely different perspectives. Kundarma, it is so called because relying on it, bindus, the bliss of channels, and the bliss of winds all arise, hence it is called "Kun," and because it is universally pervasive, it is called "Darma." Neither of these two channels is located on the edges such as left or right, but is located straight in the center, hence it is called the Central Channel, and its color is bluish-green. In this moment of great secret, in the center of this channel resides the great channel of light, supreme, immutable, called the Kati golden channel. The wind flowing from this central channel is the aspect of non-conceptualization.

No. Furthermore, it is said that the three winds of male, female, and hermaphrodite flow from all three root channels by nature. However, since a portion of the two channels, the left and right, flows into the non-conceptual hermaphrodite wind, the sign of "wind flowing from the center" is established. When the wind that relies on this and the residing bindu are both included, the three experiences of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality and the three great appearances of clear light arise. Moreover, when the essence of the clear light channels gathers without transforming into the supreme, an inconceivable clear light appears. The Omniscient One said that this key point is a great secret that is extremely difficult to understand. Generally, the nature of these channels is that the left channel has the nature of taking food, separating essence and waste, and excreting. If its interior is wide, a person eats a lot; if it is narrow, a person eats little; if it is crooked, a person always vomits and cannot eat, and suffers from various sudden illnesses. The right channel increases the body's heat and ripens it. If its neck is narrow, the body is naturally hot; if it is wide, it is always cold because it is too small; if it is crooked or deformed, it is like the left channel. The Kun-dha-ma channel shows the nature of the body's thirst and non-thirst, so if it is narrow, a person is always not thirsty; if it is wide, a person is very thirsty; if it is crooked, it shows various uncertain actions. If it suddenly trembles and changes, various diseases arise in which the body and speech are not under control. Furthermore, if one is skilled in the key point of the left channel, one will cut off attachment to food and live by meditation. If one is skilled in the right channel, one will cut off attachment to clothing and generate warmth. If one is skilled in the central channel, one will cut off attachment to thirst and cut off the continuation of dreams. By applying the meaning of clear light, the key points of these three are very important. The nature of those channels is that the left channel is the nature of bliss, the right channel is the nature of emptiness, and the Kun-dha-ma channel is the nature of non-duality of bliss and emptiness, and it should also be known that it is the nature of showing the wisdom that transcends the grasper, the grasped, and effort. Apart from that, the special characteristic of this channel is that in the center of the central channel, within the clear light channel, there resides the spontaneously accomplished clear light bindu. The four chakras are differentiated as follows: the crown chakra, the great bliss chakra, has thirty-two channel petals; the throat chakra, the enjoyment chakra, has sixteen channel petals; the heart chakra, the dharma chakra, has eight channel petals; and the navel chakra, the emanation chakra, has sixty-four channel petals. In all of those channels, the essence that separates from the left channel is white.
