Without being bound by impurities etc., it is given away without poverty or attachment. It is said. Stolen and robbed items are impure. It is not appropriate to mix with various displeasing guests etc. It is for those who are extremely pure. It is said. Therefore, the wisdom deity has no concept of sweetness, nor attachment to desirable qualities, but it is for the yogi himself to accumulate merit. The scriptures say: In order to increase the great accumulation of merit, accumulate as much as possible. If you don't have it, visualize what you can offer. If you have it and don't offer it, the deity will be ashamed. If you don't have it, you should make a special effort to avoid stinginess, which is the key to increasing it. The guests are pleased and I will attain accomplishments. The wisdom deity has no size, it is for accumulating one's own merit. As it is said, do not be stingy or arrogant, if you have it, like not having water etc. If you cannot have it like that, you should use pure essence flour, without rottenness etc. In short, you should be free from all faults, and purify the lineage to the extent that you are satisfied when you eat it yourself. Moreover, it is not directly robbed from the hands of others, nor secretly stolen etc. It is not contaminated by dirt, which causes guests not to come and be displeased etc., this is called purity. With such a cause, a little white should be added in advance and cooked slightly to make the food for the outer offering. The scriptures say: Food made with clean food such as rice, or various cooked foods mixed with meat, alcohol, garlic, ginger, turmeric etc. that are not in accordance with the Dharma. It is said that some people do not understand this meaning and explain it in a self-righteous way, making food in advance without distinguishing the ingredients. Some people say: Visualization is the most important thing, so they are casual and sloppy, which is not distinguishing between inner and outer offerings. When we enjoy food, if we mix everything in our stomach, without considering hot and cold and sweetness, and eat it together, it will not taste good, or it will become poison etc., which will cause faults. Similarly, the difference between the object of offering and the object of offering is very large. Then, at the time of actual cooking, there should be an elixir vase without leakage, the essence of alcohol, three whites and three sweets etc.

When placing it, the amount of tsampa should not be less than the amount you eat yourself. As Jowo Rinpoche said, "Tibetans will not become rich because they make the torma tsampa too thin." So don't make it thinner than that. If it is a long-term practice, the ingredients should also be adjusted according to the season, and determined according to the instructions. Second, the classification of tormas. The scriptures say, "During practice, there is the support torma, and the method of arranging the torma comes from others." If we classify it in detail like this, the terma of Gyalwa Drikungpa, the profound Dharma of Ti Dro Drak, says, "For those who have the confidence of yogic view, what are the materials of the torma? What is the shape of the torma? Whether it is a real object or a mind-manifestation, it is fine. All activities can be accomplished by the power of awareness." This means that yogis have special insights and are not attached to worldly things. They do not need to rely on the worldly image of the torma, and can transform all appearances and sounds into the nature of the torma. However, for ordinary practitioners, they need to strive to seek meaning, and they need to understand the meaning of words and the key points. Therefore, in that Dharma it says, "For those who have entered the path, whether they achieve the supreme or the common, the common is the material and the shape. If you do not distinguish it with special key points, then no purpose will be achieved." It is said that if classified, there are five types: meaning torma, practice torma, offering torma, dispatching torma, and wrathful torma. The first is, after the previous content. "First, the torma vessel is the Dharmadhatu, the meaning of food is unborn, and the unobstructed retinue is the power of wisdom." It means that it is said in combination with the wisdom of suchness. The second is, the key point of practice, in that Dharma it says, "Second, the torma plate is the palace, the food is the three roots, the peaceful and wrathful main deity, and the retinue is the mandala of the retinue deities appearing." This can be clearly understood. The third is, in front of the practice torma, place one similar to it, which is called the offering torma, the key point is after the previous content. "Third, the torma vessel is a precious vessel, the food is white sweet five amritas, and the retinue is the substance of the five desires." It is said like this. However, in most termas, there is rarely a separate discussion of offering torma and practice torma. The secret intention of those is that the great practice of the Eight Great
