Ra. The way of abiding in the Great Perfection of Naturalness is: Since the essence is primordially pure, it is naturally abiding; In the very wisdom of naked awareness, In that clear and fresh state of naked mindfulness, Without fabrication, without doubt, before definitive understanding arises, Do not meditate, do not be distracted, protect the face of mindfulness. What is called protecting is just a mere name, For the measure of self-nature that is not established in anything, do not lose the grasp of believing in the meaning. Without making a lasso of good view and meditation, naturally abiding is known as ordinary consciousness. In short, for all those with initial karma, mindfulness is meditation, but if it is too forced, clinging to mindfulness obscures the Dharma-nature, with a little lack of meditation, one easily becomes distracted. Do not meditate, do not think, do not examine, do not contemplate, please know that Dharma-nature is the essence of mindfulness. Nowadays, this is the mantra of old great meditators, From what is to be meditated on, the meditator, what is to be protected, the protector, many years have passed since proclaiming that. When encountering conditions, like water and milk, many times the true color of things is completely revealed. Meditation is the place where understanding is formed, but when will Dharma-nature become a habit? Therefore, even for mindfulness itself, there are six ways of mindfulness, just as the Omniscient One clearly distinguished. Thus, if you maintain the stream of naturally abiding mindfulness, when thoughts arise, meditation appears, and then you are distracted to objects, when the Great Perfection Dharma-nature arises, Dharma is exhausted, realization becomes emptiness, merging with the intent of Kuntuzangpo. Please maintain the current level. The distraction of holding, protecting, and spreading monasteries, is the teaching that it is a great obstacle to meditation, it is certainly true, and the reason for that is, the first supreme teacher was born in Rajagriha (around the 6th century BC, near Patna, Bihar, India), Immediately after birth, he was solely devoted to renunciation, from home he went to a place of asceticism. Even for the samadhi that has been practiced for eons, he showed the way of relying on practice for many years, Then, those who are known as great practitioners in this land of snow (Tibet), from small homes go to large homes (monasteries), relying on children and many bad friends, whether they know the eight worldly dharmas or not, etc., learning only with the eight dharmas, so in the temporary situation, only accidental causes of renunciation and aversion, and the virtuous deeds and decisions made out of fear of death. In order to obtain the supreme meaning of true essence, all the past saints, wise ones, and accomplished ones

Yang! Having practiced in solitude with humility, and having carefully observed the many who have attained accomplishments, I will open the hundred gates of busyness, build supports for body, speech, and mind, care for the retinue of disciples, and establish, develop, and continue the practices of rituals and offerings, etc. All of these are aids to the propagation of the Dharma by the accomplished ones of the past. Because there are many people who enjoy elaborateness, entrust the affairs to them, and do not let the holy one, when holding the position of abbot, create arrogance and strife. In this way, one will not fall to the side of quiescence, and the mind can truly abide within, meditation will increase, and it will be applied to the supreme insight. This request letter, offered from the depths of my heart, hopes to be able to fulfill all hopes, just as you wish, and may the teachings of Dzogchen be auspicious forever! This was written by Dzogchenpa Rangjung Dorje, according to the wishes of Dzogchen Tulku Ngédön Tendzin Zangpo. If you slander the truth of original purity, then look at the biography of the holy Khara Gomchung. The mind that can be harmonious in any place arises from the discriminating thoughts that cling to self. Taking the list of non-disturbance as the basis, abide in solitude, without connections or support, and even if you only enjoy a little tea, pure appearances like the full moon will arise. In this time when the teachings of the Tathāgata are declining, opening various places and repairing them, etc., are all causes for binding oneself, and you should know that death will come at any time. The essence of the Prajñāpāramitā is Bodhicitta, the lifeblood of all the goddesses, like the leader of a herd of mother yaks, cultivate the mind of benefiting all motherly sentient beings. Do not always think that death will not come, this laziness like going to a tea stall, when sudden death comes, you will feel the pain like a fox falling into a trap. Stop being stiff, may the earth gods tremble! Having to live at the cost of life for the sake of food, this noisy and meaningless ordinary consciousness is what is called the messenger of Yama. Like a wild yak wandering in the forest, protect the unobstructed ordinary consciousness. Even if you mix blood and flesh to make a vase, don't you know that the lords of the ten bhumis will be ashamed? These are not narrow-minded words. When walking towards the meaning of Ati Trekchö, the discriminating thoughts that hold mind and Dharma as real
