Hā! All of samsara and nirvana are in the state of awareness, Pāśaṃ Kuru Svāhā. Bind, Do, Svāhā.) All enemies, obstacles, five poisons, and three poisons are in the state of awareness, Māraya Phaṭ. Kill, Phaṭ.) Tenth, surround with a halo of five lights, eleventh, a Phaṭ drawing of five lights. Then, to firmly establish it, according to the teachings of the secret practice, the essence of the great bindus, connect with the root mantra and recite, speak auspicious words and scatter flowers, firmly establish it with the heart of dependent arising. If performing empowerment, then hold the three vows, hold them as in the ritual, offer a hundred prostrations and a mandala to the banner, recite it once and place it on the crown of the head. Ho! Victorious ones, vidyādharas, peaceful and wrathful deities, by this wheel of liberation through wearing, may the three doors of the fortunate disciple, so-and-so, be matured, may they be liberated and fulfilled, may they be increased and expanded. Kāya Vākka Citta Ratna Karma Abhiṣiñca Svāhā. Body Speech Mind Jewel Action Consecrate Svāhā.) Thus saying, touch the five places and bless. This is the actual relic of the Dharmakāya, (494) the tantras, āgamas, and upadeśas of the three sections, and the life wheel of all the victorious ones. Whoever holds it at the crown of the head, throat, and armpits will be liberated from all sins, it is equivalent to propitiating the Buddhas of the three times. In the past, relics and remains, the earth shakes, sounds, lights, and rainbows appear, the sun, moon, and planets are seized, the earth shakes, and light and sound, hail, frost, and epidemics, when famine and livestock diseases occur, those who possess bodhicitta should, in sequence, visualize Vairochana, Akshobhya, Ratnasambhava, Amitābha, and Amoghasiddhi, and the tongues of the noble women of their respective families, visualize them marked with letters and recite. Gatherings and offerings, ransomings, and even superior and inferior animals, give generously and practice yoga. If it is shown in one day, then in the early morning it scatters and in the afternoon it sinks deep, at noon it is calm and in the evening it is disturbed, at dusk it scatters and at night it sinks deep, at midnight it is calm and at dawn it is disturbed, according to the essential points of each time, recite and accumulate merit extensively. This is spoken to those who are devoted to secret mantra, what need is there to say to those who have faith? Even if it is worn by ignorant animals, the rope of compassion will not be cut. Those who are doubtful and have wrong views, because they have abandoned the activities of Vajradhara and the methods of taming, secret words, vidyā mantras, medicines, and remedies, arise in dependence. (495) The power of Oṃ, even if bestowed on all, will be deceived, it is pitiful to cut off good fortune. Those who meet this and have faith are beings with karmic connections.

Miza, when the heart essence teachings decline, may Kuntuzangpo bless them, and may they meet Rangjung Dorje, and may they be liberated by seeing, hearing, remembering, and touching. Samaya, Gya Gya Gya. (496) (497) This is the arrangement of the peaceful and wrathful states of existence, a ritual for combining the lower realms, called "The Ornament that Clarifies the Confusion," arranged for easy reading. (498) Homage to the Bhagavan, the Victorious Peaceful and Wrathful Deities! This fulfillment and confession of the Peaceful and Wrathful, combining the oral and treasure teachings, has three parts: preliminary, main, and subsequent. The first has four parts. The first is the expulsion of the outsiders: Bless the preliminary offering with Akaros. Hūṃ! Listen, you hosts of obstacles and wrongdoers! Obstacles that harm body, speech, and mind, all obstructing forces and beings, do not stay here, move elsewhere! I am the great glorious Hayagriva, the Vajra-holder, the blazing form. If you transgress my command, you will be destroyed like dust. Oṃ Śrī (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཤྲཱི་,梵文天城体:ओṃ श्री,梵文罗马转写:oṃ śrī,汉语字面意思:嗡,吉祥) (499) Vajra Hyagriva Rāja Hriya Hari Nisa Raksha Utsataya Phat! May the obstacles be driven to the far shore of the ocean and transformed into a single blazing mass of wisdom fire. Second, sprinkle cleansing water on the offering substances. Oṃ Vajra Krodha Hyagriva Hulu Hulu Hūṃ Phat! From the transformation, may the outer and inner offerings be pure and unobstructed, filling the earth and sky with clouds of Samantabhadra's offerings. Also recite the mantra for the medicine offering and rakta. Third, taking refuge: All sentient beings, beginning with my parents, take refuge in the Lama. I take refuge in the Buddha. I take refuge in the Dharma. I take refuge in the Sangha. I take refuge in the Bhagavan, the Victorious Peaceful and Wrathful deities, the entire assembly, together with their retinues. Fourth, generating bodhicitta: All phenomena are empty and without self. How pitiful are all sentient beings who do not realize this! May I establish them all in the state of perfect Buddhahood. For that purpose, I will meditate on the great mandala of the Bhagavan, the Peaceful and Wrathful. Three times. May all sentient beings be endowed with happiness and the causes of happiness. May they be separated from suffering and the causes of suffering. May they never be separated from that great joy. Happiness and suffering.
