Then he asked the merchants the reason for this. They said it was the word of the Buddha. As soon as he heard the name of the Buddha, it was like a peacock hearing the sound of thunder, and since he did not know the nature of the Buddha, he asked again. Those merchants spoke of the way of conduct of the Blessed One, who has the nature of merit, and therefore he obtained a great joy that was greater than before, and offered a letter of request to the Blessed One. The All-Knowing Blessed One, knowing, read the contents of the letter of request: Alas, you are obtained through the merchandise of merit, you are mindfulness itself. You are also a good medicine that destroys decline, suffering, and craving. The words that come from the Blessed One are the place for cultivating correct wisdom. This Blessed One is my nectar, a truly great blessing. Just look at it like that. He sent (7) his own image, which a painter could not draw, painted on cloth, and those merchants showed it again. As soon as the pearl vine saw it, it experienced a state of meditation that arose from it, and understood the nature of the nectar of refuge in the Three Jewels and the five precepts, as well as dependent origination and the Noble Eightfold Path, and manifestly enjoyed the fruit of stream-entry. That image is called Thubpa Özer (Radiant Sage), and it is said to be the beginning of all images. The third part has two aspects. The first aspect is: humbly concealing pride and admonishing with reason, indicating with names such as "Supreme Intelligence": The place and time indicated by the Great Sages who possess supreme intelligence, namely the Dharma wheel, are the teachings proclaimed through the five perfections, and the blessings bestowed by the supreme deity who sees the truth of Dharma. Perfecting the five sciences, the treatises determined by individuals who have gathered the three causes, with the five great limbs and the four limbs of necessary explanations, are meaningful, abandoning suffering, focusing on practice, and possessing the three qualities of Buddhism. Since it is like an ocean, not just a part of the meaning, but indicating that all aspects are included together, if it is something profound (8) and stable, I am a general

Breaking through the thick skull, without knowing shame, like the rushing water in a dry ravine, with waves rolling and making a clamorous sound, although it doesn't flaunt the beauty of words and meaning, it is advised to listen because it relies on explaining the purpose of the sacred Dharma, rather than adhering to the views of the six evil non-Buddhists who are meaningless, have inverted meanings, are deceitful, lack compassion, emphasize erudition, and emphasize debate. Mipham Rinpoche said: All Dharmas are the Buddha's words and treatises, well-spoken and explained in their meaning. By their power, the teachings of Shakya will long remain in this world. So it is. If, as just said, the need for this treatise is small, the virtues of the holy ones are boundless and not self-satisfied, as Gyaltsen Zhiwa Lha said: What has not appeared before is not spoken of here, nor do I have the ability to skillfully compose sentences, therefore, I have not considered benefiting others, I composed this for my own familiarity. Also, as the great chariot Nagarjuna said: Just as the body of the Sugata, even if made of wood, no matter how it is made, the wise will make offerings. Similarly, although my poetry is not good, it is for the sake of speaking the Dharma, so do not denigrate it. So it is said. Because it is reasonable, it should not be viewed that way. Second, regarding unfavorable circumstances, exposing faults with aversion is called the beginning, and so on. Thus, from beginningless time, although tormented by the extremely fierce plague of suffering of birth, old age, sickness, and death, and unable to bear it, those who possess the great medicine nectar essence that can become an antidote, who possess the sacred Dharma, but do not practice it through hearing, thinking, and meditating, and abandon it, how should I advise those beings wandering in the wilderness? The Letter to a Friend says: Whoever obtains the cool nectar of birth, sickness, old age, and death, but does not obtain, enjoy, or hold it, those people are obscured by many faults and thick ignorance, like those who are chronically ill and do not rely on great medicine. Also, that same sutra says: The one stainless eye of all beings, which is the common lamp of the three realms, whoever obtains and then abandons that Dharma,
