From the place called Tshenang Nar (Mtshe snang snar), which is known from seeing Nazha Tongwa (Sna zhag mthong ba), the boundary of the Mon region (Mon pod), which is named after the ends of the two lakes, Nera Yutso (Ne ra g.yu mtsho) in the north and Jechen Yutso (skyer chen g.yums tsho) in the south. Or the Kymo Jong (skyed mo ljongs) of Syi (Spas yul). To the east is Go Yul ( 'Go yul) three lands, the northern part of the foundation like a golden curtain, is Ngomtsang (Ngom tshang), the place of the body of the complete Buddha Padmasambhava. To the east is Zigtshang (gZig tshang), the place of speech. To the southwest is Taktshang (sTag tshang), the place of mind. To the south is Gompa Phug (sGom pa phug), the place of merit. The region where the places of the water god's activities, such as Karpo Zang (dKar po zangs), are connected to Ngari (mNga' ris). The holy Avalokiteśvara temporarily immersed in the Vajra Yoga of secret mantras, when he was fascinated by the illusion of benefiting beings together with the assembly of male and female Bodhisattvas of the body, Lobsang Rinchen Tsangyang Gyatso (blo bzang rin chen tshang dbyangs rgya mtsho), who was born into a race intoxicated by gods, demons, humans, and ghosts, is the place where he played and frolicked as a youth. With the clouds of the border as his robes, in the year of the Two Born Powers (seventh Rabjung, 703 AD), as it is said in the Sutra Gathering of Intentions (mDo dgongs 'dus): "The emanation of the form of the Lord of Lanka is different, the emanation of the speech appears as letters, the emanation of letters is like this: through the name, origin, form, nature, sound, action, gate, category, and the basis of letters, one can see and know that one secret sacred thing. Therefore, he will become proficient in and liberated from all dharmas." As it is said, the essence of the realization of our incomparable teacher is only to reveal the profound meaning. Because it enables many sentient beings to easily reach the great city of all-knowing wisdom, this is the unique characteristic of the treasure of secret mantra tantras. Among them, those fortunate disciples with excellent karma, without longing for a long time, can be united with the state of the primordial protector like a magic trick, therefore, the twenty-five volumes of the treasure of tantras, including the catalog, which are gathered by the determination of what is known as the three sections of tantras or the three yogas. In this land of snow, the meaning of the realization of the teacher, the complete Buddha, is good, the words and phrases are good, and it is to go to complete enlightenment.

Having obtained the wisdom of Manjushri Kumara in the place where the good path is spoken, the twenty mountains of the view of the perishable are completely destroyed by the drinking-blood bone vajra of scripture and reason, so all the suns of speech praise him as the lord of the wise men of the snowy land, glorious Samyepa. It goes without saying that this holy person's scriptures, both in terms of what is to be expressed and the language that expresses it, have profound and vast qualities and do not depend on others. Other treatises either fall into one corner of the science of terminology, or while establishing the understanding of the four poisonous ways, in terms of the expression of names, sentences, and letters, they acknowledge the dependent-established Svātantrika tenet and think that the secret teachings of the Buddha's immeasurable activities, which can tame beings to be tamed by means, are good in some respects and bad in others. By explicitly presenting the consequences of contradictory explanations, they are eager to engage in abandoning the Dharma, but with excellent wisdom and a very broad mind, they easily reach the city of the four perfect knowledges. Moreover, in the supreme tantra, it says: The nature of mantra should be observed by those whose minds are subtle, whose Dharma is subtle, extremely profound, and most profound. What is most profound? Whatever it may be, for all dharmas, there are those who seek the edge, the bottom, the limit, and the center. These are not called profound wisdom or most profound, but they are called the ultimate of the ultimate. Just as a confused person mistakes a mirage for water and pursues it, or a blind person seeks the end of the sky, even by seeking the edge, the bottom, the limit, and the center of all dharmas, one cannot find them, nor can one distinguish them. Lord of Lanka, what is it that understands that all dharmas have no edge, no bottom, no limit, and no center? That is called profound wisdom, profound Dharma. Why is that? Because the intention of all Buddhas is free from conceptualization. By the power of the inconceivable wisdom of the noble ones, in this snowy land, surpassing the peak of all sectarian speakers, the writings of the Second Buddha, Omniscient Ngakgi Wangpo, include the root and commentary sections of the three categories of works, fifteen in total.
