Moreover, the Buddhas do not know everything in a sequential manner, following conceptual elaborations, but rather know it all at once, without any before or after. As it is said in the Ornament of the Sutras: Just as a single ray of sunlight illuminates all beings, so too, a single wisdom of the Buddha illuminates all knowable things. And so forth. Furthermore, the Buddhas have abandoned distraction and habitual tendencies, and therefore constantly abide in the Dharmakaya without wavering, which is to abide in equanimity. As it is said in the Noble Heap of Jewels: The elephant sits in equanimity, the elephant sleeps in equanimity, the elephant dreams in equanimity. And so forth. Nevertheless, the activity of benefiting others continues without interruption, and therefore it is merely designated as subsequent attainment. As it is said in the Uttaratantra: The cause of being free from the two obscurations is the two wisdoms: non-conceptual and its subsequent attainment, which is called wisdom. And so forth. Third, the activity of benefiting others: As long as the realm of those to be tamed exists, the two form bodies, without moving from the nature of the Dharmakaya, continuously emanate in subtle and gross forms according to the inclinations of beings. As it is said in the Ornament of Clear Realization: Thus, as long as samsara exists, activity is said to be continuous. And so forth. Moreover, in relation to the Nirmanakaya that arises from the Sambhogakaya, as it is said in the Uttaratantra: Born from the empowerment of others, seeing self and sentient beings equally, because activity is not fully accomplished, activity does not cease as long as samsara exists. And so forth. The manner of this is also shown by nine examples of how the activity of spontaneously accomplishing the benefit of others is engaged in, such as teaching without missing the opportunity, based on the dispositions of sentient beings, the methods of taming them, and the practice of those methods. For example, just as the reflection of Indra appears on a pure beryl surface, so too, the reflection of the Sage King (Shakyamuni Buddha) appears on the pure ground of the mind-streams of beings that are virtuous and free from defilements; and just as the sound of the drums of the gods arises from their own karma, so too, beings, each due to the karma of seeing the Buddha and hearing the Dharma, those who have ears hear the sound of the Dharma of excellent teachings; and just as clouds move, appear, and disappear without obstruction in the expanse of the sky.

Ra. The wisdom of the Tathagata's knowledge and the clouds of loving compassion, in accordance with the inclinations of beings, differ up to the peak of existence. Like Brahma, without moving from the state of non-leakage, he shows various manifestations. Like the sun, without near or far, the light of wisdom enters the realm of beings all at once. Like a wish-fulfilling jewel, although the mind does not conceptualize, the desired purpose is accomplished as wished. Like a lute, the secret of the speech of the Buddhas, although without words or letters, arises in the ears of sentient beings without afflictions, and arises from one's own awareness. Like the sky, the body of the Tathagata pervades all the ten directions of the world, but because it is invisible, it is completely eternal. Like the earth, which has become the foundation of all, the basis for the birth of all the white Dharma medicines of beings, is the ground of the Buddha. Thus, in the previous text it says: Like Indra's drum and clouds, like Brahma, the sun, precious wish-fulfilling jewel, like a lute, the sky, the earth up to the peak of existence. Those who effortlessly accomplish the benefit of others are the family of yogis. He who shows light like a precious god-king, teaches well, like a drum of the gods. The clouds of the pervasive lord's wisdom and great compassion pervade the endless beings up to the peak of existence. Like Brahma, without moving from the state of non-leakage, he shows various manifestations. Like the sun, the light of wisdom shines brightly. The thread of pure, precious wish-fulfilling jewels. The speech of the Buddhas themselves. Like an echo in the mountains, without letters. The body is like the sky, pervasive and formless, it is eternal. Like the earth, the medicine of the white Dharma of beings, without remainder. All aspects are peaceful, it is the ground of the Buddha. Thus it is. In short, the three kinds of miracles of the inexhaustible adornment wheel of body, speech, and mind, pervading all the realms of the ten directions, are taught as the miracle of miracles. Knowing the various aspects of the mind, the profound conduct of the minds of sentient beings appears, which is the miracle of complete expression. The melodious sound of speech

Beginning with the path of definitely arising, this is the miracle of instructing and subsequently demonstrating it. Such a path of no-more-learning possesses three distinct qualities. The distinct quality of abandonment is the complete abandonment of the two obscurations along with their predispositions. As stated in the Vajra Peak Sutra: "Afflictions and what arises from them, likewise the obscurations of afflictions and knowledge, destroying all opposing qualities, this is called the Bhagavan here." The distinct quality of realization is the direct realization of all phenomena as they truly are. As stated in the Intermediate Mother Sutra: "The Tathagatas have no phenomena that they have not directly and completely awakened to, have not seen, or have not known. They directly and thoroughly know all phenomena as they truly are." The distinct quality of qualities is possessing all the qualities of the mundane and supramundane, inexhaustible body, speech, and mind, holding the treasure of the sixty-four qualities of the wheel of adornment. As stated in the commentary on the Uttaratantra: "Thus, the ten powers of the Tathagata, the four fearlessnesses, the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha, and the thirty-two marks of a great being, these are all manifested and gathered in one way, becoming sixty-four." Their nature has also been explained in the sixth chapter, but in order for each to occupy its own domain, it should not be regarded as the fault of repetition. In the Treasury of Precious Qualities, from the chapter on teaching the precepts of aspiration and engagement, up to the commentary on the ninth chapter, the profound view and the vast conduct, which are widely known in the Vehicle of Reasoning, have been well established. The venerable Nagarjuna, in the advice of the Friendly Letter, combined the meaning of the profound and vast with the Sugata-garbha in his own mindstream. May this also make the Buddha's teachings undiminished and prosperous! Sakya Lord Rinpoche Ngawang Kunga Lodro Sangye Tenpai Gyaltsen Palsangpo, holding only the Dharma in his heart, urged with an earth-heart scale, the hoof of the second precious jewel, and gifts from the five inner treasuries, therefore, the Dzogchenpa Rangjung Dorje, residing in the Padma Ongling Monastery on the secluded mountainside.
