Like the appearance of a rainbow's image, and the sound of the great drums of the gods, arising from their own actions, each sentient being, due to the accumulation of karma from seeing the Buddha and hearing the Dharma, those who have ears, like hearing a sound, hear the sound of the Dharma that is well taught. Just as a collection of clouds moves unhindered in the expanse of the sky, appearing and disappearing. The cloud of wisdom of the Tathagata's knowledge and the compassion of loving-kindness, in accordance with the inclinations and compliance of sentient beings, pervades even to the peak of existence. Like Brahma, without moving from the state of non-leakage, he manifests various forms of emanation. Like the sun, without near or far, the light of wisdom shines simultaneously on the realms of sentient beings. Like a wish-fulfilling jewel, although the mind does not discriminate, it fulfills any wish as desired. Like a lute, the secret of the speech of the Buddhas, although without words and letters, enters the ears of sentient beings without afflictions, and arises from one's own conceptual mind. Like the sky, the body of the Tathagata pervades the realms of the ten directions, yet does not appear as a form, therefore it is completely constant. Like the earth is the foundation of all things, the basis from which all the white Dharma medicines of sentient beings grow is the land of the Buddha. Thus, it is said in the previous text: Whoever is like Indra's drum and clouds, Brahma, sun, precious wish-fulfilling king, lute, sky, earth to the peak of existence, effortlessly benefits others, the yogi. He who appears like a precious divine king, teaches well like the sound of a divine drum. The gathering of the all-pervading wisdom and great compassion clouds, pervades limitless beings to the peak of existence. Like Brahma, without moving from the state of non-leakage, he manifests various forms of emanation in great abundance. Like the sun, the light of wisdom is extremely bright, a pure precious thread like a wish-fulfilling jewel. The speech of the Buddhas is just that, like an echo without letters. The body is like the sky, pervasive and formless, it is constant. Like the earth, the white Dharma of sentient beings, all Dharma medicines are without remainder, all aspects are completely pacified, it is the land of the Buddha. Thus it is said.

In summary, the three aspects of the inexhaustible adornment wheel's miraculous manifestations of body, speech, and mind pervade all realms of the ten directions, which is taught as the miraculous manifestation of magical power. Understanding this through knowing the various aspects of the mind, revealing the profound conduct of sentient beings' minds, is the manifestation of eloquent expression. Starting from the path of definitively uttering the sounds of speech, indicating them, is the manifestation of subsequent instruction. Such a path of no-more-learning possesses three distinct qualities: the distinction of abandonment, which is the complete abandonment of the two obscurations along with their habitual tendencies. The Vajraśekhara states: "Afflictions and likewise born, afflictions, the obscuration of knowledge likewise, whatever is an opposing factor, the Dharma is destroyed. Here, it is said to be the Bhagavan." The distinction of realization is the direct realization of all dharmas as they truly are. The Intermediate Mother states: "The Tathāgatas have not fully awakened to any dharma, nor have they seen or known anything. They directly know all dharmas as they truly are." The distinction of qualities is possessing all aspects of worldly and transmundane qualities, holding the inexhaustible adornment wheel of body, speech, and mind as a treasure of sixty-four qualities. The commentary on the Uttaratantra states: "Thus, the ten powers of the Tathāgata, the four fearlessnesses, the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha, and the thirty-two major marks of a great being—these are all manifestly gathered into one, becoming sixty-four." The nature of these has already been explained in the sixth chapter, but it is not considered a fault of repetition for the sake of each occupying its own domain. The Treasury of Precious Qualities states: Up to the explanation of the ninth chapter, which is the section on teaching the precepts of aspiration and engagement, the vast conduct widely known in the causal vehicle and the tenets of the profound view have been well established. In the mistaken path, the glorious Nāgārjuna, through the teachings of the Suhrllekha (Friendly Epistle), combined the meaning of profundity and vastness with the Tathāgatagarbha of his own lineage, thereby also ensuring that the Victorious Dharma does not decline.
