These are words of encouragement. The first part has two sections: how to study, contemplate, and meditate for oneself, and how to guide other beings to be tamed. Such as the Tira, etc., and the lute, etc. The second part has two sections: how to meditate on calm abiding and insight meditation, and how to generate wisdom of higher seeing. As shown by Chitraka, etc., and Shila Machak, etc. The latter also symbolizes how to practice other perfections such as generosity and the Vajrayana. The third part is: like the steadfastness of the King of Mountains, etc., which also symbolizes the wheel of action and activity. Part Three The meaning of the conclusion has three parts: how it was composed with what kind of intention and action, dedicating the merit of the composition to complete enlightenment, and concluding with an epilogue. Such as Hima, etc., He Zhe, etc., and such as the sound A Ang Neypa, etc. This was written by Manjushrikosha himself, may it be auspicious! Homage to the Lama who is the all-pervading master of all lineages. After prostrating with one-pointed devotion, I bestow the essential words of the profound path as nourishment for the practice of the faithful. We have obtained this human body, endowed with eight freedoms and ten endowments, which is so difficult to obtain and so meaningful, so strive for the method of taking its essence. That is, death is certain, and there is no certainty when death will come, and at the time of death, nothing other than the Dharma will be of help, so quickly strive to practice the sacred Dharma with diligence. After death, only white and black karma will follow, so always engrave in your heart the vow to do good and abandon evil. Wherever you are born in the cycle of existence, there is unimaginable suffering, so in order to quickly liberate yourself and all sentient beings from it, with a mind of wanting to do so, take refuge in the Three Jewels, and generate the two minds of aspiration and action Bodhicitta. Practice purification by meditating on Vajrasattva, accumulate merit, and do Mandala Yoga. In particular, in order to quickly receive blessings, the method of realizing innate wisdom is to diligently practice Guru Yoga with devotion at all times. Above the lotus sun and moon on the crown of the head, visualize the Guru as the embodiment of all refuge places. Pray with intense longing, receive the four empowerments, and blend the Guru's mind with your own. The key point of the body is the seven-point posture of Vairochana, the key point of the breath is to practice slowly, the key point of the eyes is to gaze unwavering at space, and the key point of the mind is to cut off the conceptual thoughts of the three times of past, present, and future. At that time, the conceptual thoughts of the past cease, and the conceptual thoughts of the future

Unthinking, unborn, and in the present moment, This instant awareness, experienced, Is beyond thought and expression. The nature of awareness is the union of clarity and emptiness. This itself is the primordial state. Without being corrupted by artificial mind, Maintain it naturally, free from contraction and expansion. From that state, whatever thoughts of grasping and fixation arise, Like colors on clear crystal, They dissolve on their own, unmixed and unheld. At all times and in all circumstances, Maintain the continuity of that clear awareness. In the great state of non-meditation and non-distraction, May you attain the ultimate, secure ground. In short, whatever appears is the form of a deity, Whatever sounds are the secret mantra, the vajra sound. If memory and thought do not stray from the expanse, Supreme accomplishment will certainly be achieved in this life. Thus, for the sake of a faithful and devoted person, By the fearless community of yogis, May the virtue of putting whatever arises into writing, Make manifest the ground of primordial liberation! Sarva Mangalam! Namo Guru Bhya! To all the Buddhas with their sons, And to the glorious Lama, inseparable, By the blessings of your wisdom gaze, May you always be protected. The Victorious Ones, in accordance with the minds of those to be tamed, And in accordance with the doors of the holy Dharma, Displaying limitless appearances, When gathered, are contained within the Three Baskets. Having well understood the meaning of all of these, As the Three Trainings, With a mind solely seeking liberation, Diligently rely on a spiritual friend who shows the path. Since leisure and fortune are difficult to find, And there is no certainty of when death will come, Strive to adopt and abandon the results of actions, And constantly meditate on renunciation from samsara. The wish-fulfilling tree of limitless qualities, The ground for generating and increasing it, Is the discipline of abiding by vows as promised. Strive for the means of complete purity. In a very peaceful, solitary place, Having abandoned the five faults and relied on the eight branches, Accomplish the samadhi of the nine stages of abiding in the mind. Transcending the elaboration of self, aggregates, and consciousness, Generating the wisdom that realizes ultimate truth, Where appearance and emptiness are non-contradictory. Even in relative truth, determine that all phenomena Are inseparable from the two truths. Train all of these in the great union of generation and completion, of deities and wisdom. In short, combining renunciation, compassion, And intense devotion, Transforming appearances, sounds, and thoughts into deities, mantras, And wisdom
