བགེགས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས༔ བརྐུས་དང་འཕྲོག་དང་གཞོམ་པའི་ཚེ་ཁུག་ཅིག འབྱུང་བ་དགྲ་གཤེད་འཁྲུགས་པའི་ལས་སྦྱོར་གྱིས༔ ཉམས་དང་ཟད་དང་འཐོར་བའི་ཚེ་གསོས་ཤིག༔ ཡིད་ཀྱིས་དངངས་དང་ཧད་ཀྱིས་བརྒྱལ་བ་དང་༔ འུར་གྱིས་འདྲོགས་པའི་ཚེ་དང་གཡང་གསོས་ཤིག༔ ཚེ་ཁུག་གཡང་སྐྱོབ་དངོས་གྲུབ་དེང་འདིར་སྩོལ༔ འབྱུང་ལྔ་འོད་ལྔ་འབར་བའི་ཚེ་བཅུད་བསྟིམས༔ འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་ཡི་དངོས་གྲུབ་དེང་འདིར་སྩོལ༔ ཞེས་ཚེ་འགུགས་ཤིང་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་སྙིང་པོས་བརྟན་པར་བྱ། དེ་ནས་ཚེ་བུམ་སོགས་ཚེའི་རྟེན་རྫས་སོ་སོའི་དབང་གཞུང་ལྟར་ཚིག་ཅུང་ཟད་ཁ་བསྒྱུར་པས་ཕུལ། སྤྱིར་བཏང་དུ། ཚེ་བུམ་ཕུལ་ལ། ཧྲཱིཿ མགོན་པོ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་པའི་དགོངས་པ་ཡིས༔ ལྷ་མོ་ཙཎྜ་ལཱི་ལ་ཐུགས་བརྒྱུད་ནས༔ འཆི་མེད་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་བྱིན་རླབས་ཏེ༔ འདས་དང་མ་བྱོན་ད་ལྟ་དུས་གསུམ་གྱི༔ ཚེ་ཡི་རིག་འཛིན་རྣམས་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས༔ ཨོ་རྒྱན་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས༔ འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་ཡི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ། འཇམ་རོལ་ དང་བཅས་མེ་ཏོག་འཐོར་ཞིང་༔ སྐུ་ཚེ་མི་ཤིགས་པའི་རྡོ་རྗེར་གྱུར་ཅིག༔ མི་འགྱུར་བའི་གཡུང་དྲུང་དུ་གྱུར་ཅིག༔ མི་ནུབ་པའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན་དུ་གྱུར་ཅིག༔ འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་ཡི་རིག་འཛིན་བརྙེས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག ཅེས་བརྗོད། ཚེ་རིལ་ཕུལ་ལ། བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཚེ་བརྟན་དཔལ་གྱི་ཟས། །སྙིང་པོ་འདུས་པའི་བཅུད་འདི་ནི། །དེ་རིང་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་གསོལ་བར་གྱིས། །འདི་གསོལ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད། །ཞལ་མཐོང་འགྱུར་བ་གདོན་མི་ཟ། ཅེས་དང་། ཐབས་ཀྱི་རྫས་ཚེ་ཡི་རིལ་བུ་ཕུལ་བ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ཐབས་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་མཆོག་ཏུ་མི་འགྱུར་བར་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཚེ་ཡི་དངོས་གྲུབ་བརྙེས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཚེ་ཆང་ཕུལ་ལ། འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་ཡི་དཔལ་ལ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཅིང་། །རིག་པའི་བློ་དང་རྣམ་དཔྱོད་ཤེས་རབ་དང་། །སྲིད་དང་ཞི་བའི་དཔལ་འབྱོར་གང་ལགས་པ། །དེ་ཀུན་ལྷུན་གྱི་གྲུབ་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །ཅེས་དང་། ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་རྫས་ཚེ་ཡི་བདུད་རྩི་ཕུལ་བ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ཤེས་རབ་སྟོང་ཉིད་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཚེ་ཡི་དངོས་གྲུབ་བརྙེས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །སྤྲོ་ན་སྐབས་འདིར་བརྗོད་བྱ་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་ཤིང་། རྗོད་བྱེད་རྒྱས་བསྡུས་འཚམས་པའི་ཞབས་པད་བརྟན་པར་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་པའི་སྙན་འབུལ་གྱིས་མཚམས་སྦྱར་ཏེ་མཎྜལ་ཕུལ། །གོང་ལྟར་ཡང་མཎྜལ་ཚོམ་བུ་སོ་བདུན་མ་རྒྱས་པར་འབུལ་བ་དཀྱུས་ལྟར་ལ། མ་ཚང་བ་མེད་པ་འདི་ཉིད་དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མ་དམ་པ་ཞབས་པད་བསྐལ་པ་རྒྱ་ མཚོར་འཚོ་ཞིང་གཞེས

愿诸魔众，于盗、夺、毁时，挽回生命。 愿五大种敌害兴起之时，于衰、竭、散时，滋养生命。 愿于心中惊恐、眩晕昏厥，于喧嚣惊吓之时，救护生命。 祈愿当下赐予挽回生命、救护危难之成就。 融入五大种、五光芒燃烧之生命精华。 祈愿当下赐予不死生命之成就。 如是，挽回生命，并以缘起心要稳固之。 之后，依寿瓶等各自寿物之仪轨，略微变动文句而献供。 一般而言，献寿瓶时： 舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：种子字）！ 祈请怙主无量寿之意念，经由天女旃扎丽（Caṇḍālī）之心传，以及长寿莲花生之加持，祈请过去、未来、现在三时之持明者们， 祈请邬金莲花生，祈请赐予不死生命之成就。 伴随乐器，散花： 愿身寿化为不坏金刚。 愿化为不变之雍仲。 愿化为不灭之胜幢。 愿证得不死生命之持明。 如是说。 献寿丸时： 吉祥长寿增上之食物，此乃精华汇聚之精髓，今日请您享用。 享用此物，定能亲见世尊无量寿，消除一切障碍。 如是说。 凭借献供方便之物——寿丸，愿以方便大乐，无有变异，证得金刚寿命之成就。 献寿酒时： 享用不死寿命之光辉，以及智慧之明辨与分别智慧，无论世间与寂静之荣耀财富，祈愿皆能自然成就。 如是说。 凭借献供智慧之物——寿酒甘露，愿以智慧空性，证得金刚寿命之成就。 若有兴致，此时可穿插以言辞丰富，措辞详略得当之祈请文，祈请莲足永固，并献曼扎。 如前，亦可不广献三十七堆曼扎，如常仪轨。 愿此无有缺漏之供养，令具德上师莲足，于无垠之劫中，安住永驻。
English
May the hosts of obstacles, at times of theft, robbery, and destruction, retrieve life. May the activities of the conflicting elements and enemies, at times of decline, depletion, and dispersion, nourish life. May you protect and nourish life when the mind is frightened, stunned by bewilderment, and startled by uproar. Grant the accomplishment of retrieving life and protecting from danger here and now. Infuse the life essence of the five elements and five lights blazing. Grant the accomplishment of immortal life here and now. Thus, retrieve life and stabilize it with the essential heart of interdependence. Then, according to the empowerment lineage of each life-sustaining substance such as the longevity vase, offer with slightly altered words. Generally, when offering the longevity vase: HRIH! Through the intention of Lord Amitayus, through the mind transmission to the goddess Caṇḍālī, and the blessings of the immortal Padmasambhava, I pray to the vidyadharas of life in the past, future, and present. I pray to Orgyen Padmasambhava, please grant the accomplishment of immortal life. Scatter flowers accompanied by music: May your life become an indestructible vajra. May it become an unchanging Yungdrung. May it become an undiminishing victory banner. May you attain the vidyadhara of immortal life. Thus, speak. When offering longevity pills: Auspicious, long-lasting, glorious food, this essence of gathered essence, please partake of it today. By partaking of this, you will surely see the face of the Bhagavan Amitayus and eliminate all obstacles. Thus, speak. By relying on the offering of the means, the longevity pill, may you attain the accomplishment of vajra life, with the great bliss of skillful means, without change. When offering longevity wine: Enjoying the glory of immortal life, and the intelligence of wisdom and discriminating awareness, whatever the glory and wealth of existence and peace, may all of that be spontaneously accomplished. Thus, speak. By relying on the offering of the substance of wisdom, the nectar of longevity wine, may you attain the accomplishment of vajra life, with the wisdom of emptiness. If inclined, at this time, intersperse with a prayer that is rich in expression and appropriate in wording, requesting the lotus feet to be firm, and offer a mandala. As before, one may also offer the thirty-seven-heap mandala without elaborating, according to the usual ritual. May this complete offering cause the glorious and precious lama's lotus feet to dwell and remain for vast kalpas.
