于虚空中事业如白昼，远离生灭具足利乐之显现，为令教法众生莲苑盛开之，殊胜资粮愿吉祥广大无边。利乐之源等，宣说导师世间界等，一心祈祷。又为自己恩重如山的金刚上师等，于特殊之处献上特别长寿仪轨之方式：于上弦月之良辰吉日，打扫房屋，于以陈设庄严之中央，置备圆满之狮子宝座，或长寿之坐垫，或以金刚与雍仲图案装饰之白垫覆盖。其前方陈设供品之类别，于附近随意安放无量寿佛之坛城与供品食子，曼扎与身语意所依，吉祥之物品等所需之物，以及如上所说之遣除违缘之供品等亦备齐。若陈设利益大，则绸缎之路与空行之服饰等亦如仪轨般准备。之后清晨起身，修持无量寿佛之仪轨，可按噶玛噶举或伏藏之广略仪轨皆可，于事业宝瓶中生起念诵充满甘露。若作会供，则于会供结束前先行。若与日出之时相合则最为殊胜，无论如何亦于上午，以香乐等恭敬迎请长寿仪轨之对境，安坐于已陈设之宝座上后，以事业宝瓶之水，伴随悦耳之乐声，于镜面上沐浴：嗡啊吽。于显空清净之天宫中，具足六度波罗蜜多五种智慧，十地五道三身精华之此，为金刚上师沐浴，净除三障习气罪业，显现四身五智之相好，愿显空虹身金刚无垢之身，不变坚固为轮回涅槃之庄严。嗡 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 阿比谢嘎达 萨玛雅 希利耶 吽。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）以擦拭身体之方式。嗡 吽 吽 夏达那耶 梭哈。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）之后遣除违缘之物如上，只需一次无需累加数量，五部，四业金饮，替身供施等各自于词句间演奏乐器。

In front of it, display the types of offerings, and place the mandala and offering torma of Amitayus, mandala, body, speech and mind supports, auspicious items, etc. as needed, and also prepare the offerings to remove obstacles mentioned above. If the arrangement is of great benefit, then the silk road and the costumes of the dakinis, etc. are also prepared according to the ritual. Then get up early in the morning and practice the ritual of Amitayus, either the extensive or concise ritual of Karma Kagyu or treasure, and generate and recite the nectar-filled vase of action. If you are doing a tsok offering, go ahead before the end of the tsok. It is most auspicious if it coincides with the time of sunrise, but in any case, in the morning, respectfully invite the object of the long-life ritual with incense and music, etc., and after being seated on the prepared throne, use the water from the action vase, accompanied by pleasant music, to bathe the body on the mirror surface: Om Ah Hum. In the pure heavenly palace of appearance and emptiness, endowed with the six perfections and the five wisdoms, this essence of the ten grounds, five paths, and three bodies, by bathing the Vajra Master, may all three obscurations, habitual tendencies, and misdeeds be purified, and may the signs and examples of the four bodies and five wisdoms be clear. May the body of appearance and emptiness, rainbow body, Vajra, and stainless body, be unchangeably firm as the glory of samsara and nirvana. Om Sarva Tatagata Abhishekata Samaya Shriye Hum.
