Tham hri la dza rab. Recite these mantras 5 times for various inflammations and swellings. For abdominal parasites, recite the salt mantra and offer with boiling water. For hot parasites, offer with cold water. For tooth parasites, apply salt to the teeth and then apply between the teeth. For intestinal colic, give mantra water. For scabies, apply old butter and dry in the sun. For boils, mix mustard powder and ashes and sprinkle on top. Sow in the "Yamala" hole. For lymph node swelling, blow air and visualize it disappearing. For bleeding, apply Euphorbia and bandage. For skin diseases, mix the dirt from three pot bottoms, old butter, and old yogurt, recite mantras and apply, then dry in the sun. For old wounds, applying oil residue with mantras is effective. For dog bites, recite mantras on dog hair and the wound. Burn the dog hair until half-charred and immediately apply to the wound. Then cover it with black "Reba" and tie it with white thread in a cross. Observe after three days. If liquid flows out, take black dog hair, tie three strands of thread into three vajra knots, tie around the waist, it is effective. It is very important to recite a thousand mantras for each knot. Athi. When staying in the mountains, draw four auspicious swirls counterclockwise under the eaves in four directions. Place a vajra cross on top. Close it and consecrate it. This protects against wild people, robbers, dogs, white yaks, and other harms. Write "Siha" on the right thigh. Write "Saga" on the upper lintel of the door. Make it invisible to others. This is the profound teaching offered to Jetsun Milarepa by the Five Long-Life Sisters. ༈ Write "ཧ ས ཀཾ།" on the pillars of the house and paste it to protect against thieves, according to the tradition of Rechongpa. ༈ Namo Padma Karaya. This million-fold white mantra can be recited. First, do a three-day retreat of silence. Then recite it one hundred and eight times. Write in gold on blue paper. Consecrate it and wear it around the neck. For the benefit of others, combine it with mantra water horse. Om Padma Shavari Phat! Nanpar Shig! Naga Nan! Tadyatha! Sarva Virita! Hana Hana! Vajra Raksha Raksha Svaha! This mantra is omnipotent. It can destroy sudden, congenital diseases, as well as toxins caused by mixing and transformation, plagues, infectious diseases, and various diseases of the organs. In particular, it can destroy the gods of the upper and lower parts.
