And also fearlessness, life, and likewise nectar. It is called the name of pure increase, namely mother, increase, and complete victory, seven in total. As it is said, there are seven types. Aru, whether long-beaked, short-beaked, or small, are all the same. It has a three-sided, slender shape. Generally, for purgatives, the beak of the short-beaked is used, and for stopping diarrhea, the root of the slender root is used, which is widely known. Regarding the quality of the Aru species, in the Vajra Dakini it is said: "Aru is piercing, growing in forests and mountains of great power. The slender aquatic is the best, others are inferior or mediocre." As it is said, the best is the one that comes from India. The small, yellow one that comes from Nepal is said to be weak in potency and should not be used. Furthermore, in common parlance, the corrupted pronunciation of "Bahula" is Barura. In the Vajra Dakini it is said: "Barura is ordinary, growing on mountains or anywhere else. The heavy and oily one is good." In Sambita, it is also called "Glei's fruit." Furthermore, Kyuru, in the Vajra Dakini it is said: "Kyuru is fleshy, with large bones and flavor, growing on stony mountains. The very ripe one is the best." Generally, Aru is known to have five tastes, etc. Barura and Ar-kyuru, except that their qualities are slightly inferior and smaller, share the five tastes, etc. Its potency is cooling, and the aftertaste is mostly hot and sweet. It is beneficial for tumors and eyes. Kyuru's taste and aftertaste, etc., are similar to Aru, but its potency is cooling, as extensively explained in the Eighth Root Commentary, etc. The names of the three are: त्रिफला (Tibetan, Devanagari, triphalā, Romanized Sanskrit, three fruits). Also, it refers to the Three Jewels, the Three Supreme Ones, etc. In the Eighth [Treatise] it says: "These three fruits are the best source of essence, eliminate eye diseases, heal wounds, treat skin diseases, wound stiffness, and eliminate excess fat, diabetes, phlegm, and blood." Among them, Aru only grows in India, Barura also grows in Nepal in ones or twos, and Kyuru not only grows in those places, but also in all border regions such as Jang and Gyalrong (Ngawa and Gyalrong, present-day Ngawa Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan). Furthermore, Giu-wam is a Chinese transliteration, which means the bile and essence of a cow, i.e., the essence of a cow. In Sanskrit, it is also called गोरोचना (Tibetan, Devanagari, gorocanā, Romanized Sanskrit, ox-gall). Origin

Bezoar is found in the liver and gallbladder of cattle, with a reddish-yellow-brown color and an oily sheen. The fractured surface has reddish-yellow layers. It has a good smell and a slightly bitter taste. When mixed with other medicines, it may change slightly, but long-term modulation can turn it yellow, which is the best bezoar. Slightly inferior to the top grade is the second-grade bezoar, which is yellower and fluffier than the former. Some people think that "elephant bezoar" only comes from elephants, which is pure nonsense. Therefore, whether in India or China, bezoar is mainly produced in cattle, but it is also produced in humans and other livestock. Bezoar produced by humans is the best, while bezoar produced by yaks, sheep, and goats is considered inferior. The Root Tantra of Chakrasamvara and other scriptures say that there is essence in the heart area of humans, which is the so-called "rochana," referring to this. Rock essence, rock exudate. This medicinal material is not found in India, so it must be transported from Tibet. There are many small particles inside this medicinal material because iron filings eat it. Therefore, the rock exudate needs to be soaked in water, the small particles removed, and then refined. Bamboo manna, the essence of bamboo. In Chinese, it is called "zhu huang," where zhu means bamboo and huang means essence, which is a transliteration. This medicinal material is produced in bamboo in India and China. Among them, the bamboo manna produced in India is white with a slight purplish-red tinge. It does not damage the teeth when eaten, and the taste is not obvious. The bamboo manna produced in China is slightly darker than the former, and the taste is also not obvious. The Difficult Explanation says: "Bamboo manna Marunasila, is called a kind of earth-born radiance, is one of its causes, is the essence obtained from cultivation." As it is said, bamboo manna is produced from bamboo plants. In the Coral Rosary, it is said to be like wood bamboo, which seems not to be a real object, this is just speculation. If bamboo manna cannot be found, then Dharma King Songtsen Gampo said: "In Tsangma Seta Puri, there is self-born urine bamboo manna." This means that bamboo manna is produced in Seta Puri. If it still cannot be found, then in some deep rock caves, the substance formed by water condensation is similar to the previous bamboo manna in color, shape, and taste, and it can be used to replace it. These later ones are called by names such as "Mangala" in Moonlight and other books, referring to the name of white earth. Camphor is divided into three types. In Sanskrit, it is "Kaklura," which is transliterated as camphor. Its origin is itself.
