我于一切圆满俱足之空性中，安住于离思离念之状态。除了眼翳之外，即使重种亦难生根，除了增长之外，能摧毁一切疾病，尤为赞叹驱除邪魔。此外，水、角、珍宝，石制火绒等，应根据情况配合使用。若血过多，则于临近之脉络放血。尤其甚深之咒语疗法为：念诵“རྩ་དཀར་ཀྲ་ག་སོད། དམར་ཀྲ་སོད། དམར་ཤིག་ཤིག་སོད།”，通过按压、反转箭杆方向来消除。或者，用干净的汉纸，以汉墨书写咒语：སི་ཏི་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཕཊ༔ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思），写好后于空腹时服用。对于一切难以治愈的，可将水银提炼后，与等量的芒硝、杜鹃花、藏红花、麻吉、杉刺混合，再加入木香、鱼胶，以尿液揉成丸。此为疏通脉络之法，应从秘籍中清晰提取，如法服用，极为重要。应避免食用寒凉、清淡之食物，应食用温补之物，尤其在热病消退后，可混合蜂蜜酒，或加入红糖的烈酒，服用最为吉祥。为使消瘦者增肥，应食用滋补的药油。行为上，应避免无法承受的重负等剧烈活动，避免在喧嚣、水边、声音嘈杂和潮湿的地方睡觉，避免饮食和睡眠不规律，尤其应避免引发疾病的因素。应在极其温暖、舒适且僻静的地方，身语意三门不散乱，安稳度日。总而言之，对于隆病，应滋补身体，进行艾灸；对于赤巴病，应从脉络和饮食上进行净化；对于培根病，应浸泡在天然或人工温泉中。对于混合型疾病，应混合上述方法进行治疗。尤其重要的是，要准确无误地辨识疾病。因其极为重要，故在《功德经》中也说：“若人不知白脉之病症，却自称星象医者，实乃愚痴之人。”因此，应熟练掌握此法，以便了解其他常见疾病的治疗方法。此法可用于压制一切伤口，是治疗瘟疫、毒疮、腿部炎症的利器。故应以细致之心运用。此法以无限慈悲为面容，以经论和证悟为引导的八种美妙姿态，凡是您的教诲，犹如盛开的蓝色莲花，愿一切成就，作为耳饰赐予。因此，从经典和口诀的智慧之海中，涌现出利益和安乐的珍宝之树，我将精勤利他。

I, in the all-encompassing and perfect expanse of emptiness, abide in a state free from thoughts and concepts, as comfortable as it may be. Except for cataracts, even if replanted, it is difficult to take root; except for growth, it destroys all diseases, especially praised for dispelling demons. Furthermore, water, horns, jewels, stone flints, etc., should be used in combination according to the situation. If there is too much blood, then bleed the nearest vein. In particular, the profound mantra treatment is: recite "རྩ་དཀར་ཀྲ་ག་སོད། དམར་ཀྲ་སོད། དམར་ཤིག་ཤིག་སོད།", and eliminate it by pressing and reversing the direction of the arrow shaft. Alternatively, on clean Chinese paper, write the mantra with Chinese ink: སི་ཏི་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཕཊ༔ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese Meaning), and take it on an empty stomach. For all difficult-to-cure conditions, refine mercury, mix it with equal amounts of mirabilite, rhododendron, saffron, magi, and juniper thorns, then add costus root, fish glue, and knead into pills with urine. This is a method for clearing the channels, which should be clearly extracted from the secret texts and taken as prescribed, which is extremely important. Avoid eating cold and light foods, and eat warming and nourishing foods, especially after the fever has subsided, you can mix honey wine, or add brown sugar to strong wine, taking it is most auspicious. To fatten up the thin, eat nourishing medicinal butter. In terms of behavior, avoid strenuous activities such as unbearable heavy loads, avoid sleeping in noisy, waterside, loud, and humid places, avoid irregular eating and sleeping, and especially avoid factors that cause disease. One should be in an extremely warm, comfortable, and secluded place, with body, speech, and mind undisturbed, and live peacefully. In short, for Lung disease, nourish the body and perform moxibustion; for Tripa disease, purify from the channels and diet; for Beken disease, soak in natural or artificial hot springs. For mixed diseases, treat them by mixing the above methods. Especially important is to accurately identify the disease without error. Because it is extremely important, it is also said in the Sutra of Qualities: "If a person does not know the symptoms of white channel disease, but calls himself an astrological doctor, he is a foolish person." Therefore, one should master this method so as to understand the treatment methods of other common diseases. This method can be used to suppress all wounds and is a weapon for treating plagues, poisonous sores, and leg inflammations. Therefore, it should be used with a meticulous mind. This method has immeasurable compassion as its face, and eight beautiful postures guided by scriptures and realizations. Whatever your teachings are, like blooming blue lotuses, may all be accomplished, given as earrings. Therefore, from the wisdom sea of tantras and instructions, the best wish-fulfilling tree of benefit and happiness emerges, I will diligently benefit others.
