采取灌顶等如常仪轨。结尾依靠是，经文中说：“任何一切的最后是不死的……”等所说之义。为了结尾吉祥长寿灌顶，三根本诸佛汇聚之本体，玛哈咕噜莲花生，以慈悲心垂念我，赐予我不死寿命之殊胜灌顶。如是祈请三次。 观想上师咕噜大乐为不死莲花生，于五处以五手印和五字表示，放出不可思议的光芒。迎请化现为太阳光芒之尘埃的明妃神速母，使你们的生命力衰损复原，四大精华，轮回涅槃之精髓和一切吉祥，化为不死甘露，以各种颜色的光芒显现。从你们的顶门进入，充满整个身体，获得不死寿命之成就。融入面前的寿命物，生起成为金刚寿命精华之信解。如是说。 摇动箭幡，吽！从光明法身宫殿中，圆满受用报身，不死莲花生，与三根本海众眷属一起，为了赐予修行者殊胜寿命灌顶，从法界中唤起誓言，瑜伽士我等眷属的，生命力衰损复原，外器四大之精华，内情众生的寿命福德，秘密诸佛菩萨的，智慧慈悲能力之功德一切，汇聚成光芒甘露之相。 融入我和修行之物中：赐予无老青春之成就！赐予无病安乐之成就！赐予不死寿命之成就！赐予殊胜智慧之成就！嗡 啊 吽 班杂 咕噜 贝玛 悉地 阿玉卡 吽 吽 扎！然后手持寿命穗。如是勾召寿命，汇聚精华后，这寿命穗即是三根本总集不死莲花生，咕噜大乐之相，双手于等持印上，持有充满不死甘露之宝瓶和寿命瓶，于五处以手印等如上。迎请，融入手中的宝瓶和瓶中旋转，从中流出无法估量的不死甘露。

Take the initiations and other rituals as usual. The final reliance is, as the scripture says, "Whatever is the ultimate of all is immortal..." and so on. For the sake of the final auspicious longevity initiation, the essence of the Three Roots and all Buddhas combined, Mahaguru Padmasambhava, with compassion, think of me and grant me the supreme initiation of immortal life. Pray like this three times. Visualize the master Guru Dewa Chenpo as the immortal Padmasambhava, marked at the five places with five hand implements and five syllables, emitting inconceivable rays of light. Invite the goddess Magyokma, an emanation like dust of sunlight, to restore the vitality of you all that has been lost and diminished. The essence of the four elements, the essence of samsara and nirvana, and all auspiciousness, are transformed into the nectar of immortal life, appearing as rays of various colors. Enter from the crown of your heads, filling the entire body, and attain the accomplishment of immortal life. Dissolve into the life substances in front of you, and generate the conviction that it has become the essence of Vajra life. Thus it is said. Wave the arrow banner, Hūṃ! From the palace of the clear light Dharmakāya, the Sambhogakāya with perfect enjoyment, the immortal Padmasambhava, together with the retinue of the ocean of the Three Roots, in order to bestow the supreme longevity initiation upon practitioners, awaken your samaya from the sphere of reality. Restore the vitality of us yogis and our retinue that has been lost and diminished. The essence of the outer vessel, the four elements, the life, merit, and glory of sentient beings, the inner essence, the wisdom, compassion, and power of the secret Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, all qualities, are gathered into the form of nectar of light. Dissolve into me and the substances of practice: Grant the accomplishment of ageless youth! Grant the accomplishment of freedom from disease and happiness! Grant the accomplishment of immortal life! Grant the accomplishment of supreme wisdom! Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Āyuṣa Hūṃ Hūṃ Dza! Then hold the longevity stalk. Thus, having summoned life and gathered the essence, this longevity stalk is the embodiment of the Three Roots, the immortal Padmasambhava, the form of Guru Dewa Chenpo, with his hands in equipoise mudra, holding a vase filled with the nectar of immortal life and a longevity vase, with hand implements and so on at the five places as above. Invite, dissolve into the vase in your hands and swirl in the vase, from which flows immeasurable nectar of immortal life.

Enter through the aperture of Brahma at the crown of your heads, filling your entire body, purify all untimely death and habitual tendencies, and attain the accomplishment of immortal life. Visualize the essence in the heart center, in the center of various vajras, in the mandala of the union of the sun and moon, in the body of the syllable Hūṃ, marked with the syllables Ni and A, dissolving into it, accomplishing the vajra life. Recite: O! Auspicious, radiant, youthful vase realm, Wisdom's self-arising Padmasambhava, By the empowerment of the union of great bliss, May I obtain the power to be free from birth, death, aging, and decline! At the end of the mantra: Kāya Abhiṣiñca Oṃ. (Tibetan: ཀཱ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: काया अभिषिञ्च ओṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: kāya abhiṣiñca oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Body empower Oṃ) Give the longevity wine. Āḥ! By gathering the elaborations pervading samsara and nirvana, In the expanse of the radiant bindu, May the vajra life be perfectly accomplished, Seal with the unchanging stability! Recite: Jñāna Vajra Āyuṣe Rakṣa Rakṣa Hūṃ. (Tibetan: ཛྷཱ་ན་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ध्यान वज्र आयुषे रक्ष रक्ष हुṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: dhyāna vajra āyuṣe rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Wisdom Vajra Life Protect Protect Hūṃ) Thus say. Then recite auspicious increase. Afterwards, the vow commitment and so on, and the subsequent parts of the ritual, the feast and so on, should be done as usual. When bestowing this longevity empowerment alone separately, during the practice, after the root recitation, visualize yourself and the front as Guru Dewa Chenpo, the immortal Padmasambhava, in an instant, and with the visualization of collecting and integrating the life essence, mainly recite the above longevity mantra. During sessions and intervals, perform the longevity invocation and urging. For the actual empowerment, from bathing and so on, to offering the mandala, supplication, refuge and bodhicitta, accumulating merit, and if desired, taking vows. Visualize Guru Dewa Chenpo, the immortal Padmasambhava, and after invoking and stabilizing the wisdom being, combining the longevity invocation and so on as above will accomplish it. ༈. Furthermore, the meaning derived from the empowerment text is, thus extensively.
