为了获得广大的果位，断除一切罪行，积聚善法，恒常生起利他菩提心。如是发心。至尊圣救度母，以及十方三世安住的一切佛陀及其眷属，我以完全的虔诚顶礼。花、香、灯、油、香水，食物、音乐等等，以实际供品和意幻化现供养。祈请圣众享用。从无始以来直到现在，所造十不善和五无间罪，心被烦恼所控制的一切罪业，我皆忏悔。声闻、缘觉、菩提心，以及凡夫等等，三世所积的一切善根，我皆随喜。祈请您根据众生的想法和智慧的差别，大小共同乘的法轮。轮回未空之际，请您不要涅槃，以大悲心，垂视沉溺于痛苦大海中的众生。我所积的一切功德，愿皆成为证悟菩提之因，愿我迅速成为引导众生的导师。如是透过七支供积累资粮。愿一切众生皆具安乐，愿众生远离一切痛苦，愿常不离安乐，愿证悟诸法平等性。如是修持四无量心。 扎吽 邦 霍（藏文）观想会供圣众融入自身。 观想处所和供品，以 嗡 诃亚 哲瓦 吽 啪（藏文）进行清净， 以 梭巴瓦（藏文）进行净化。 从空性中，观想处所为胜乐金刚的清净刹土，在中央，由天物和禅定所化现的无量供云充满整个虚空。 嗡 班杂 阿甘（藏文）等， 响达 阿 吽（藏文）。 如果想要广增，也可以念诵供云陀罗尼来加持。 ཨ 空明自性本觉之界，从智慧游舞的显现中，于白莲满月之上， ཏཱཾ་ （藏文，梵文天城体：ता，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：当）字绿色光芒，遣除圣众及一切有情的障碍，收摄融入刹那间，于金刚守护的大帐篷中，自身即至尊度母绿色身，一面二臂寂静微笑，右手施予胜印，左手施予救护
English
For the sake of attaining the vast state of enlightenment, restrain all misdeeds, accumulate virtuous Dharma, and constantly generate the altruistic Bodhicitta. Thus, generate the mind. To the noble and venerable Tara, and to all the Buddhas and their retinues residing in the ten directions and three times, I prostrate with complete devotion. Flowers, incense, lamps, oils, and perfumes, food, music, and so on, I offer with actual offerings and mentally emanated offerings. I request the assembly of noble ones to accept them. From beginningless time until now, the ten non-virtuous actions and the five heinous crimes, all the sins of the mind controlled by afflictions, I confess them all. Hearers, solitary realizers, Bodhisattvas, and ordinary beings, and so on, whatever merit has been accumulated in the three times, I rejoice in all that merit. I pray that you turn the wheel of Dharma according to the thoughts and the differences in intelligence of sentient beings, of the great, small, and common vehicles. Until samsara is not empty, please do not pass into nirvana, and with compassion, look upon the sentient beings who are drowning in the ocean of suffering. May all the merit I have accumulated become a cause for attaining enlightenment, and may I quickly become a guide for leading beings. Thus, accumulate merit through the seven-branch offering. May all sentient beings have happiness, may they be free from all suffering, may they never be separated from happiness, and may they realize the equality of all phenomena. Thus, meditate on the four immeasurables. Dza Hum Bam Hoh (Tibetan) Visualize the assembly of merit field dissolving into oneself. Focusing on the place and the offering implements, purify with OM HAYA GRIWA HUM PHAT (Tibetan), and purify with SVA BHAVA (Tibetan). From emptiness, visualize the place as the great pure realm of Akanishta, in the center of which, boundless offering clouds made of divine substances and samadhi completely fill the entire expanse of space. OM VAJRA ARGHAM (Tibetan), etc., SHABDA AH HUM (Tibetan). If you want to expand, you can also bless by reciting the Dharani of the Offering Cloud. A In the realm of empty-clear self-awareness, from the appearance of wisdom's play, upon a white lotus and full moon, the green light of the syllable TĀṂ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ता, Sanskrit Romanization: tāṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 当) removes the obstacles of the noble ones and all beings, gathering and dissolving in an instant, in the center of the great Vajra protection tent, I myself am the venerable green Tara, with one face and two arms, peaceful and smiling, the right hand making the gesture of supreme giving, the left hand giving refuge.
