རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ཚོགས་དང་བཅས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བདེན་པ་དང་། ངན་འགྲོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་སྦྱོང་བ་འཕགས་པ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བདེན་པ་དང་། གསང་སྔགས་རིག་སྔགས་ སྙིང་པོ་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་གྱི་བདེན་པ་དང་། བདེན་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ཀྱིས་ཚེ་ལས་འདས་པ་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་གསོན་གྱི་དུས་སུ་ཚེ་ལ་བར་དུ་གཅོད་ཅིང་། གཤིན་གྱི་དུས་ན་སྡིག་པ་སྦྱོང་བ་ལ་བར་དུ་གཅོད་པའི་གདོན་བགེགས་ཐམས་ཅད་གཏོར་མ་འདིས་ཚིམ་པར་གྱིས་ལ་དཔག་ཚད་དང་རྒྱང་གྲགས་སུ་མ་གནས་པར་སོང་ཞིག །གལ་ཏེ་མི་འགྲོ་ན་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་རྡོ་རྗེ་འབར་བས་མགོ་བོ་ཚལ་པ་བརྒྱར་འགས་པར་འགྱུར་ཏ་རེ། ཞེས་བརྗོད་ཅིང་། གུ་གུལ་གྱིས་བདུག །ཡུངས་ཀར་གྱིས་བྲབ། ཨོཾ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲི་ཝ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་དང་། སུམྦྷ་སོགས་བཟླ་ཞིང་། རོལ་མོ་དང་བཅས་གཏོར་མ་ཕྱིར་དོར། བདག་མདུན་འཕགས་པ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་འགྲོ་འདུལ་པདྨ་གཙུག་ཏོར་དུ་གསལ་བའི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་སྔགས་ཀྱི་འོད་ཟེར་མེ་ལྕེ་ལྟ་བུ་འཕྲོས་པས་ཚེ་འདས་ཀྱི་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྲེགས་ཤིང་སྦྱངས་པར་བསམས་ལ། པདྨ་གཙུག་ཏོར་གྱི་སྔགས་བཟླས་པའི་བྱེ་མས་བྲབ་ཅིང་། པདྨ་ཨུཊྛི་ཥ་དང་། སྤྲོ་ན་ཀུན་རིག་མི་འཁྲུགས་པ་དང་རྡོར་སེམས་སོགས་ཀྱི་སྔགས་ཀྱི་མཐར། ཨོཾ་ད་ཧ་ད་ཧ་སརྦ་ན་རཀ་ག་ཏེ་ཧེ་ཏུཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ༔ ཨོཾ་པ་ཙ་པ་ཙ་སརྦ་པྲ་ཏ་ཀ་ག་ཏེ་ཧེ་ཏུཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ༔ ཨོཾ་མ་ཐ་མ་ཐ་སརྦ་ཏིདྨ་ཀ་ག་ཏེ་ཧེ་ཏུཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ༔ ཅེས་བརྗོད། དེ་ནས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་སོགས་རྟེན་གྱི་གཟུགས་བརྙན་ཤར་བའི་མེ་ལོང་འཁྲུས་གསོལ་ཞིང་། ཇི་ལྟར་བལྟམས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ནི། །ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ནི་ཁྲུས་གསོལ་ལྟར། །ལྷ་ཡི་ཆུ་ནི་དག་པ་ཡིས། །དེ་བཞིན་ བདག་གིས་ཁྲུས་གསོལ་ལོ། །ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀ་ཏེ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཤྲི་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ། རྒྱལ་བའི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་མཆོག་ལ། །ཉོན་མོངས་དྲི་མ་མི་མངའ་ཡང་། །ཚེ་འདས་སྒོ་གསུམ་སྒྲིབ་སྦྱང་ཕྱིར། །གཙང་མ་ ཆབ་ཀྱིས་སྐུ་ཁྲུས་གསོལ། ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་སོགས། ཁྲུས་རས་ཀྱིས་ཕྱི་ཞིང་། དེ་དག་སྐུ་ལ་མཚུངས་པ་མེད་པའི་གོས། །གཙང་ལ་དྲི་རབ་བསྒོས་པས་སྐུ་ཕྱིའོ། །ཨོཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃཨཱཀཱ་ཡ་བི་ཤོ་དྷ་ནེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཁྲུས་ཁུ་སླར་ཡང་བུམ་པར་བླུགས་པས་རྟེན་ལ་བཀྲུ་ཞིང་། ཧཱི འདི་ནི་ཕ་རོལ་ཕྱིན་དྲུག་ཆུ༔ དུག་ལྔའི་སྒྲིབ་པ་སྦྱོང་མཛད་ཅིང་༔ ཕར་ཕྱིན་དྲུག་ལ་ལེགས་འགོད་ནུ༔ ཕར་ཕྱིན་ཆུ་འདིས་དག་གྱུར་ཅིག༔ ཁྲུས་ལེགས་མཛད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ༔ པདྨ་ཨུཊྛི་ཥ་དང་། ཡི་གེ་དྲུག་པའི་མཐར། སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་ཤཱནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔ ཞེས་བརྗོད། དེ་བཞིན་དུ། འདོད་ཆགས་ཞེ་སྡང་གཏི་མུག་གསུམ༔ འདི་དག་འཇིག་རྟེན་དུག་གསུམ་སྟེ༔ སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་དུག་མི་མང༢ དཀོན་མཆོག་བདེན་པས་དུག་བཅོམ་མོ༔ དུག་གསུམ་རང་བཞིན་དག་གྱུར་ཅིག༔ ས་ཆུ་མེ་རླུང་འདི་དག་ནི༔ དུག་གི་ཕ་མ་ཡིན་པས་ན༔ བདེན་པའི་བདེན་ཚིག་འདི་བརྗོད་པས དུག་རྣམས་འབྱུང་བ་བཞི་ལ་ཐིམ༔ ཚེ་འདས་དུག་ནི་དུག་མེད་ཤོག༔ དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་བདེན་པ་དང་༔ ཏིང་འཛིན་སྔགས་ཀྱི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས༔ ཚེ་ལས་འདས་པ་འདི་ཉིད་ཀྱི དུག་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་ དག་གྱུར་ཅིག༔ ཅེས་སོ་སོའི་མཚམས་སུ་གོང་གི་སྔགས་དང་། གཞན་ཡང་ཡི་གེ་བརྒྱ་པ་སོགས་སྒྲིབ་སྦྱོང་གི་སྔགས་ཅི་རིགས་པ་བཟླ་ཞིང་ཁྲུས་བྱ། མེ་ཏོག་འཐོར་ཞིང་། བྱང་ཆུབ་སྙིང་པོར་གཤེགས་པ་ན། །ས་དག་རྣམ་དྲུག་གཡོས་གྱུར་ཅིང་། །བདུད་ཡིད་མི་བདེར་འགྱུར་པ་དེས། །ཁྱེད་ལ་བདེ་ལེགས་མཛད་པར་གྱུར། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་བ་ན། །འཕགས་པའི་བདེན་པ་རྣམ་གསུང་ཞིང་། །ཐུབ་པའི་སྙན་པ་གང་བྱུང་དེས། །ཁྱེད་ལ་བདེ་ལེགས་མཛད་པར་གྱུར། །ཡིད་འཕྲོག་གང་ཞིག་མུ་སྟེགས་བྱེད། །ཐམས་ཅད་ཆོས་ཀྱིས་ཕམ་མཛད་ཅིང་། །ཚོགས་ཀུན་དབང་དུ་མཛད་པ་དེས། །ཁྱེད་ལ་བདེ་ལེགས་མཛད་པར་གྱུར། །ཚེ་ལས་འདས་པས་གཙོར་བྱས་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་སྤང་བྱ་མི་མཐུན་པའི་ཕྱོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་ཏེ་ཤིན་ཏུ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག། ཅེས་བརྗོད། ཚེ་འདས་ཉིད་སྒོ་གསུམ་གུས་པ་ཆེན་པོས་བླ་མ་དང་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་ལྷ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཞིང་སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྲོ་བར་བསམས་ལ། སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་འདུས་པའི་སྐུ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན་པའི་ངོ་བོ་ཉིད། །དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་རྩ་བ་སྟེ། །བླ་མ་རྣམས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མགོན་པོ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེ་ལྡན་པ། །ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པའི་སྟོན་པ་པོ། །བསོད་ནམས་ཡོན་ཏན་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ཞིང་། །དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །དག་པ་འདོད་ཆགས་བྲལ་བའི་རྒྱུ། །དགེ་བས་ངན་སོང་ལས་སྒྲོལ་ཞིང་། །གཅིག་ཏུ་དོན་དམ་མཆོག་གྱུར་པ། །ཞི་གྱུར་ཆོས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །གྲོལ་ནས་གྲོལ་བའི་ལམ་ཡང་སྟོན། །བསླབ་པ་དག་ལ་རབ་ཏུ་གུས། །ཞིང་གི་དམ་པ་ཡོན་ཏན་ཞིང་། །དགེ་འདུན་ལ་ཡང་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་གྱིས་རབ་ཏུ་བསྔགས། །ཡོན་ཏན་དམ་པས་བརྒྱན་པ་པོ། །སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ཞེས་མཚན་གསོལ་བ། །རྟག་པར་བརྩེ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཕྱག་བྱར་འོས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ། །ཞིང་

与海众一同的真实，以及完全清净一切恶趣的圣观世音菩萨众的真实，以及秘密真言、明咒、心髓、手印、三摩地的真实，以大真实的加持力，令已逝者某某在生时中断寿命，于亡时阻碍清净罪业的一切邪魔，以此食子满足，不居于一由旬和一呼气之间，速速离去！若不离去，则以智慧金刚火焰将其头颅炸裂成百瓣。如是说诵，并以古古香熏，用芥子驱赶，念诵 嗡 诃野揭梨婆 吽 啪 及其它松巴等，伴随乐器将食子抛于外面。自身及对面前方，观想显现圣观世音菩萨，于调伏众生的莲花顶髻中，从其心间放射出咒语的火焰光芒，焚烧并清净亡者的所有罪障，如是观想。并用念诵莲花顶髻咒语的沙砾撒扫，以及莲花顶髻，如果愿意，也可念诵全知、不动佛和金刚萨埵等的咒语之后，念诵：嗡 达哈达哈 萨瓦 纳ra嘎嘎德 嘿 敦 吽 啪！嗡 巴匝巴匝 萨瓦 札达嘎嘎德 嘿 敦 吽 啪！嗡 玛塔玛塔 萨瓦 迪玛嘎嘎德 嘿 敦 吽 啪！如是说诵。之后，沐浴并供养于曼荼罗等所依之物上显现影像的镜子。如初生之时，诸天沐浴一般，以诸天清净之水，如是我也沐浴。嗡 萨瓦 达他嘎达 阿比色嘎 德 萨玛雅 希利耶 吽！于诸佛之身语意至上者，虽无有烦恼垢染，然为清净亡者身语意之业障，以清净之水沐浴。嗡 萨瓦 达他嘎达等。以浴巾擦拭，此乃彼等身无等比之衣，以洁净且香气浓郁之物擦拭其身。嗡 吽 吽 吽 阿嘎雅 比修达涅 梭哈！将浴水再次倒入瓶中，以此擦拭所依之物。 嘿！此乃六度波罗蜜之水，能清净五毒之业障，能善安立于六度波罗蜜，以此波罗蜜之水令其清净！向善作沐浴者顶礼！莲花顶髻ི་ཥ་，以及六字真言的结尾，念诵：萨瓦 帕邦 香定 咕噜 梭哈（藏文：སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་ཤཱནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：सर्व पापम् शान्तिम् कुरु स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：sarva pāpaṃ śāntiṃ kuru svāhā，一切罪业 寂静 愿作 梭哈）。 同样地，贪欲、嗔恨、愚痴三者，这些是世间的三毒，观世音菩萨没有毒，以三宝的真实力降伏毒，愿三毒自性清净。 地、水、火、风这些，是毒的父母，因此，说出真实的谛语，愿毒融入四界，已逝者的毒无毒。 以三宝的真实力，以及禅定咒语的加持，愿已逝者的一切毒全部清净。 在各自的间隙，念诵以上的咒语，以及百字明等各种清净业障的咒语，并沐浴。 散花，前往菩提树下时，大地六种震动，魔心不悦，愿您吉祥。 转法轮时，宣说四圣谛，佛陀的美名传扬，愿您吉祥。 降伏所有迷惑外道者，以佛法战胜一切，统摄一切眷属，愿您吉祥。 以已逝者为首的一切众生，从所有应断除的不利因素中彻底解脱，愿极度吉祥。 这样说。 已逝者以身语意三门极大的恭敬，观想向喇嘛和坛城本尊顶礼并皈依。 诸佛的总集之身，金刚持的自性，三宝的根本，向喇嘛们顶礼。 怙主大悲具足者，遍知一切的导师，福德功德的海洋之田，向如来顶礼。 清净远离贪欲之因，以善业从恶趣中解脱，唯一殊胜的胜义谛，向寂静的法顶礼。 从解脱中也开示解脱之道，对戒律极度恭敬，圣洁的福田功德田，也向僧众顶礼。 诸佛全部赞叹，以殊胜的功德庄严者，名为观世音，恒常慈爱，向您顶礼。 向所有应顶礼者，福田

The truth of the assembly with the ocean, and the truth of the noble Avalokiteśvara deities who completely purify all the evil destinies, and the truth of the secret mantra, vidyā mantra, essence, mudra, and samadhi, by the blessing of the great truth, may the deceased so-and-so, who interrupts life during life and obstructs the purification of sins during death, be satisfied with this torma, and go away without dwelling within a yojana or a breath! If you do not go, may your head be shattered into a hundred pieces by the blazing vajra of wisdom. Saying this, burn incense with gugul, scatter mustard seeds, recite Om Hayagriva Hum Phat and other Sumbha mantras, and throw the torma outside with music. Visualize yourself and the noble Avalokiteśvara in front of you, in the form of a lotus crown that tames beings, from whose heart rays of mantra light like flames radiate, burning and purifying all the sins and obscurations of the deceased. Sprinkle sand that has been recited with the lotus crown mantra, and the lotus crown, and if you wish, recite the mantras of Kunrig, Akshobhya, and Vajrasattva, and then recite: Om Daha Daha Sarva Nara Gagate Hetum Hum Phat! Om Paca Paca Sarva Prataka Gagate Hetum Hum Phat! Om Matha Matha Sarva Tigma Gagate Hetum Hum Phat! Say this. Then, bathe and offer the mirror in which the images of the mandala and other supports appear. Just as at the time of birth, the gods bathe, with the pure water of the gods, so do I bathe. Om Sarva Tathagata Abhisheka Te Samaya Shriye Hum! To the supreme body, speech, and mind of the Buddhas, although there is no defilement of afflictions, in order to purify the obscurations of the body, speech, and mind of the deceased, bathe with pure water. Om Sarva Tathagata, etc. Wipe with a bath towel, this is the incomparable garment for their bodies, wipe their bodies with something clean and fragrant. Om Hum Hum Hum Akaya Vishodhane Svaha! Pour the bath water back into the vase and wash the support with it. Hi! This is the water of the six perfections, which purifies the obscurations of the five poisons, and is able to establish well in the six perfections, may it be purified by this water of the perfections! And at the end of the six syllables, recite: SARVA PAPAM SHANTIM KURU SVAHA (藏文：སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་ཤཱནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：सर्व पापम् शान्तिम् कुरु स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：sarva pāpaṃ śāntiṃ kuru svāhā，Meaning: All sins, peace, make, svaha). Similarly, the three poisons of desire, hatred, and ignorance, these are the three poisons of the world, Avalokiteshvara has no poison, pacify the poison with the truth of the Three Jewels, may the three poisons be pure in their own nature. These earth, water, fire, and wind are the parents of poison, therefore, by speaking this true statement of truth, may the poisons dissolve into the four elements, may the poison of the deceased be without poison. By the truth of the Three Jewels, and by the blessings of samadhi and mantra, may all the poisons of this deceased be completely purified. In each of the intervals, recite the above mantra, and also recite the Vajrasattva mantra and other mantras for purifying obscurations, and bathe. Scatter flowers, and when going to the Bodhi tree, the earth shakes in six ways, the demons become unhappy, may you have happiness and well-being. When turning the wheel of Dharma, proclaiming the four noble truths, and the fame of the Sage arises, may you have happiness and well-being. Whoever captivates and makes the heretics, defeating all with the Dharma, and subduing all the assemblies, may you have happiness and well-being. May all sentient beings, headed by the deceased, be completely victorious over all undesirable and unfavorable conditions, and may it be extremely auspicious. Thus say. The deceased, with great respect in body, speech, and mind, should think of prostrating and taking refuge in the Lama and the deities of the mandala. The embodiment of all Buddhas, the nature of Vajradhara, the root of the Three Jewels, I prostrate to the Lamas. Protector, great compassionate one, teacher who knows all, field of merit and qualities, I prostrate to the Thus-gone One. Pure cause of freedom from desire, liberating from the lower realms through virtue, the one and only supreme ultimate truth, I prostrate to the peaceful Dharma. Also showing the path of liberation from liberation, with great respect for the trainings, the holy field, the field of qualities, I also prostrate to the Sangha.
