大乐之水啊！洗涤能取所取轮回的习气，自生智慧心性之水啊！将五毒洗涤于清净法界中，清净烦恼五毒的习气，愿宝瓶、秘密、智慧、本智四灌顶完全圆满！念诵三遍 ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་ཐོད་ཕྲེང་རྩལ་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛཿསིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ་ཨཱཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思），之后置于顶、喉、心、脐，最后施予宝瓶水。如此宝瓶置于顶上是宝瓶灌顶，置于喉间是秘密灌顶，置于心间是智慧灌顶，置于脐间并以语言开示表诠意义是第四灌顶，总之，是获得依于宝瓶的四种灌顶圆满。于莲花宝器中，将精华法药所制的甘露，以及上师父母双运的俱生菩提心调和成一味，置于四处并施予，生起依于班杂甘露而圆满授予四灌顶之想。 ཧཱུྃ༔ 圆颅骨，法性虚空之自性，充满不死甘露之酒，五肉甘露，五部五智，降伏烦恼魔，五部化为五身，于无二自性中，生起法性之嬉戏，未作任运大乐菩提心，法性甘露，胜过分别念魔，愿获得四灌智慧圆满之灌顶！念诵托程擦之咒，并置于四处而施予甘露。如是班杂甘露置于四处并开示表诠意义，因此获得依于圆形班杂的四种灌顶圆满。所依为朱砂镜，以及所依之本尊显现为咒语之形相，并置于四处，生起依于朱砂坛城而圆满授予四灌顶之想。 ཧཱུྃ༔ 明镜圆满法身无垢染，清净明亮无有浑浊而澄澈，影像清晰而无有能取所取，心性清净明亮而无有阻碍，超越能取所取名相之事物境，菩提心之神变任运显现，明空无碍，于法界中无有明灭，愿获得四灌智慧圆满之灌顶！念诵托程擦，并将明镜置于四处，以朱砂作点。

Oh, water of great bliss! Wash away the habitual tendencies of grasping and being grasped in samsara. Oh, water of self-arisen wisdom mind! Wash the five poisons into the pure realm of reality. Purify the habitual tendencies of the five afflictive poisons. May the four empowerments of vase, secret, wisdom, and innate wisdom be completely perfected! Recite three times ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་ཐོད་ཕྲེང་རྩལ་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛཿསིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ་ཨཱཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), then place it on the crown, throat, heart, and navel, and finally give the vase water. Thus, placing the vase on the crown is the vase empowerment. Placing it on the throat is the secret empowerment. Placing it on the heart is the wisdom empowerment. Placing it on the navel and explaining the symbolic meaning through words is the fourth empowerment. In short, it is to obtain the complete four empowerments based on the vase. In a lotus bhānḍa container, mix the essence of nectar made from dharma medicine and the co-emergent bodhicitta of the union of the guru father and mother into one taste. Place it in the four places and give it, generating the thought of completely bestowing the four empowerments based on the bhānḍa nectar. ཧཱུྃ༔ The round skull, the nature of dharmata's expanse, is filled with the wine of immortal nectar. The five meats are nectar, the five families are the five wisdoms. Subduing the demon of afflictions, the five families are generated as the five bodies. In the state of non-duality, generate the play of dharmata. Unfabricated, self-arisen great bliss bodhicitta, dharmata nectar, triumphs over the demon of conceptual thought. May you obtain the empowerment of the complete four wisdom empowerments! Recite the mantra of Tötreng Tsal and place it in the four places, giving the nectar. Thus, placing the bhānḍa nectar in the four places and explaining the symbolic meaning, one obtains the complete four empowerments based on the round bhānḍa. The support is a vermillion mirror, and the deity of the support appears as the form of mantra. Place it in the four places, generating the thought of completely bestowing the four empowerments based on the vermillion mandala. ཧཱུྃ༔ The round mirror is the stainless dharmakaya, pure and clear, without turbidity, and transparent. The reflection is clear and free from grasping and being grasped. The nature of mind is pure, clear, and unobstructed. It transcends the realm of objects of grasping and being grasped phenomena. The miraculous manifestations of bodhicitta arise spontaneously. Clear and empty, unobstructed, there is no appearance or disappearance from the expanse. May you obtain the empowerment of the complete four wisdom empowerments! Recite Tötreng Tsal and place the mirror in the four places, marking it with a vermillion dot. Thus,

Having placed the mirror of Sindhura in four places, marked it with a dot, and introduced its symbolic meaning, thus, relying on the round mirror, one fully obtains the four empowerments. This blazing jewel offering cake, outwardly, is in the center of a jewel inexhaustible mansion, complete with all characteristics. Inwardly, the deity assembly of the guru, root, and three roots vividly and manifestly abides like a dense rain, having placed it in four places, therefore, generate the aspiration to fully bestow the four empowerments based on the offering cake. Hrih! The offering vessel, the palace of the bhānda, the sphere of dharma; the offering cake, the five desirable qualities, wisdom la; the supreme body of the guru, great bliss, inseparable; pure nectar, the substance for offering to the guru; may I subdue the mothers and dakinis, and; in order to tame beings with the four activities; in order to send forth many emanations for activity; may I obtain the empowerment that perfects the four wisdom empowerments! While reciting the mantra of Skull Garland Power, place it in four places, and finally give a portion of the offering cake as the nectar of accomplishment. Thus, having placed the blazing jewel offering cake in four places, and given it as the substance of the vow in the manner of accomplishment, and introduced its symbolic meaning, thus, relying on the round offering cake, one fully obtains the four empowerments. In order to stabilize the wisdom of the meaning of the empowerment, having placed this guru's statue, which manifestly appears as the wisdom body, in four places, therefore, generate the aspiration to fully bestow the four empowerments based on the image of the vidyādhara guru. Ah! The dharmakāya, although not moved from the unborn state; the sambhogakāya, clear and mixed with the feminine, the guru's body; the nirmāṇakāya, tames sentient beings with various methods; the three bodies are naturally equal, clear without mixing; in the past, Padma, you and I had the same aspiration; now, I also hold the attitude of a disciple; I will not abandon you even for my life, but strive diligently, therefore; may all the vast wisdom and power be perfected! Recite Skull Garland Power and place the statue in four places. Thus, having placed the statue in four places and introduced its symbolic meaning. Therefore, relying on the statue of Guru Rinpoche, one fully obtains the four empowerments. Then, for the final empowerment of the deity body seal, a second wisdom body, identical to themselves, arises from the bodies of the master and the mandala assembly. Generate the aspiration that it dissolves into you all, blessing your mindstream. Saṃsāra and nirvāṇa separately.
