Supreme Free from Sorrow, with a complexion of mixed red and white, making the gesture of equipoise. To the north, the Sugata named Excellent Name, with a yellow complexion, one face and two arms, the right hand in the gesture of fearlessness and generosity, and the left hand making the gesture of equipoise. All are wearing the three types of monastic robes, saffron in color, and seated in the vajra posture. Adorned with bodily marks and signs. Possessing a voice with sixty qualities. Minds knowing all knowable things as they are and in their extent. Adorned with a circle of light. On the foreheads of all of them is (Tibetan: ཨོཾ，Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्，Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om). On their throats is (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ，Sanskrit Devanagari: आः，Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ah). On their hearts is (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ，Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ，Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hūṃ). From the seed syllable at their hearts, light radiates, inviting the Buddhas, including the seven Medicine Buddhas, to the sky in front. Make offerings and blessings as before. 大主尊及眷属等，请享用此供施朵玛。等等，一切成就！念诵二咒后如前祈请。之后，学徒沐浴后就座，献花完毕后。哦！为了与虚空同等的一切有情众生，证得圆满正等觉佛陀的果位。为此，请聆听甚深随许，并如理修持。如此思维，发起殊胜菩提心，明确后请谛听。其中，导师圆满正等觉佛陀，考虑到所化众生的意乐、根器和习气，宣说了八万四千法蕴，其中有波罗蜜多藏和密咒乘两种，此处是密咒乘。其中又有事部、行部、瑜伽部和无上瑜伽大部四部，此处是事部。其中又有共同事部和各自事部两种，此处是后者。其中又有如来部、莲花部、金刚部、宝生部、五部、世间部六部，此处是如来部。其中又有八种分类，此处是种姓之主。其中又有不可思议的事部，其中跟随《药师经八百品》和以咒加持药物，以及七如来愿文的差别广大之陀罗尼等，依随堪布菩提萨埵等所解释的七佛药师佛的随许，为了修持，阿阇黎应做之事全部完成后。成为你们自己的份额，献曼扎，祈请，使相续完全清净，祈请不共的祈请等必须先进行。首先，以对阿阇黎是真实药师佛的虔诚，为了请求随许的供养而献曼扎。

Great Lord and retinue, please accept this offering torma. Etc., may all be accomplished! After reciting the two mantras as much as possible, make the request as before. Then, after the disciples have bathed and are seated in rows, and the scattering and gathering of flowers is finished. Oh! For the sake of all sentient beings equal to the sky, may I attain the state of perfect and complete enlightenment of the Buddha. For this purpose, please listen to the profound permission and practice it accordingly. Thinking in this way, generate the supreme mind of enlightenment clearly and listen attentively. Among them, the teacher, the perfectly and completely enlightened Buddha himself, considering the thoughts, faculties, and latent tendencies of the beings to be tamed, spoke of eighty-four thousand collections of Dharma, among which are the Perfection Vehicle and the Secret Mantra Vehicle, here is the Secret Mantra Vehicle. Among them are the four tantras of Action Tantra, Performance Tantra, Yoga Tantra, and the Great Yoga Unsurpassed Tantra, here is the Action Tantra. Among them are the general Action Tantra and the individual Tantras, here is the latter. Among them are the Tathagata family tantra, the Padma family tantra, the Vajra family tantra, the Ratna family tantra, the Five Dhyani Buddhas family tantra, and the Worldly family tantra, here is the Tathagata family tantra. Among them, there are eight types, here is the chief of the lineage. Among them, there are countless Action Tantras, among which are the "Medicine Buddha Sutra in Eight Hundred Sections," the application of mantras to medicine, and following the distinctions of the extensive dharanis of the aspiration prayers of the Seven Tathagatas, following the permission of the Seven Medicine Buddhas explained by Khenpo Bodhisattva and others, after all the things that the Acharya should do for the practice are completed. Becoming your own share, offering the mandala, making requests, completely purifying the continuum, making uncommon requests, etc. must be done first. First, with devotion to the Acharya as the actual Medicine Buddha, offer the mandala as an offering for requesting permission.
