From the Lama and others. Visualize a blue Hūṃ syllable on top of a moon mandala at the heart. From the Lama's heart, immeasurable rays of light radiate, inviting countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to dissolve into the crown of your heads. Again, visualize from the heart of the Lama and the visualized deity in front, inviting the Medicine Buddha assembly, as large as Mount Meru, as small as a dust particle, immeasurable, dissolving from the crown of your heads and pores like butter, dissolving into the Hūṃ syllable at your heart, blessing the lineage. Recite Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ (藏文，梵文天城体：जः हुं बं होः，梵文罗马拟音：jah hum bam hoh，汉语字面意思：Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ) repeatedly and ring the bell. To stabilize it, place a flower on your head and recite: Tadyathā Oṃ Bhaiṣajye (藏文，梵文天城体：तद्यथा । ॐ भैषज्ये，梵文罗马拟音：tadyathā oṃ bhaiṣajye，汉语字面意思：Thus, Oṃ Bhaiṣajye) etc. This is the subsequent permission of the blessing. For the meaning of the mantra's subsequent permission, visualize a Hūṃ syllable with a mantra garland at the Lama's heart. Visualize yourselves as the Medicine Buddha, with a Hūṃ syllable on top of a moon mandala at your heart. Because of the reverence that the Lama is the actual Medicine Buddha, the mantra garland emanates from the Hūṃ syllable at the Lama's heart, comes out of his mouth, and enters your mouth. Visualize it circling clockwise around the Hūṃ syllable at your heart and repeat these two mantras three times. Recite the two mantras. By reciting in this way, visualize that the first time blesses the lineage, the second time makes it inseparable, and the third time stabilizes it. Scatter flowers to the Lama and repeat this three times: Blessed One, please hold me; Blessed One, please bless me. Three times. After praying in this way, the Lama also makes the flower garland into a mantra, places it on the crown of your heads, and visualize the blessing. Blessed One, please grant this; Blessed One, please guide this. May all the blessings of the secret mantras of the Medicine Buddha and his retinue enter the lineage of the Vajra disciple. Saying this, scatter flowers. From now on, promise to recite the essence of the Medicine Buddha so many times each day.

Put in place, for the sake of taking vows. From that time until the attainment of the state of the Medicine Buddha, hold the Seven Sugata Medicine Buddhas as Yidam deities, and recite their mantras one hundred and eight times each day as vowed, thinking thus, repeat this three times. Teacher, please listen. I, named so-and-so, from this time until reaching the heart of enlightenment, hold the Medicine Buddha and retinue as Yidam deities, and vow to recite their secret mantras one hundred and eight times each day. Say this three times. Some later versions include the general granting of the mind's permission at this point, but it does not appear in the actual manuscript of Tarchen Panchen Rinpoche, nor is it found in ancient texts, so it is certain that it was added by later people themselves. Place a flower on the crown of the head, and may all the blessings of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of the Medicine Buddha and retinue enter the minds of the Vajra disciples. Having made such a promise, thinking whether you can keep the vows, repeat this three times. Recite "How the main one" etc. Offer a mandala. Recite "From today onwards" etc., and dedicate the merit. The third part is the conclusion: From offering blessings etc., to "I prostrate to the Seven Sugatas" as before. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times. Recite "Unfulfilled and damaged" etc. Om Vajra Muḥ (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་མུཿ，梵文天城体：ओṃ वज्र मुः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra muḥ，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, Mu). The wisdom being descends, the Samaya being dissolves into oneself. This was quickly completed at Evam Tarpa Tser by Bhikshu Gaga Shri Bhadra according to the wishes of སྐུལ་པ་པོའི་, may all be auspicious! Again, some explanations of the words in the preceding and following texts, especially the recitation words during the blessing, etc., were done by the unemployed Manjghosha, may it be virtuous! The way to perform the Seven Medicine Buddhas' Anujna, readable, meaning accomplished, wish-fulfilling.
