By this virtue, may I quickly attain the great glorious Hayagriva. Dedicate and make aspirations, etc., and perform auspicious recitations as usual. In the lineage of accomplished masters, this blessing is combined with the longevity empowerment, called the Union of Longevity and Hayagriva, which seems to be the practice of the lamas. If you are doing recitation practice, in a secluded place, if there is a painted image of this deity, arrange it in front of you. Place a round torma and offerings. The method of entering the recitation practice is the same as the general recitation manual. Regarding the quantity, the scripture says, "If you recite a million times, you will accomplish all actions." Therefore, perform the numerical recitation in the order of four sessions, the best being 1.5 million recitations, the medium being 400,000 recitations, and the lowest being 100,000 recitations. The main focus is to concentrate on the mantra garland in the heart, which is burning like a flame, and recite it with one-pointed attention. Sometimes, light radiates from the mantra garland, offering to the noble ones, benefiting sentient beings, and especially subduing all harmful and malicious beings. Invoke all the blessings and power of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and let them dissolve into the HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) in the heart, blessing your own lineage, and visualize yourself becoming radiant and extremely powerful, and then recite.
